we booked 2 room and the staff was amazing, they always make sure we get what we needed. but unfortunately some of kids activities and playground under renovation and just available on weekends.

The hairdryer is one of a kind, can't imagine if someone with long hair and have to keep holding the button till the hair dry, findgers should be all numb. No usb socket, well, it's understood that the hotel was built a while ago, however, a multiple socket plug should be supplied in each room, i think this is a basic requirement.

Had a staycation for 1 night at Pullman Ciawi. Great Hotel with great service & Facilities. Multiple Swimming Pools, Gym, Kids activities, Spa (pay extra) and very Lush with Green plantation. Highly recommended for Family getaway.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights. What amazed us was the room cleanliness. We hardly found dust in the room. And the location is excellent, it is only 15 minutes away to pagi sore and bumi aki restaurants. However, there is lack of children playgrounds, even the swimming pool is not kids friendly.

Une expérience très mémorable pendant notre séjour à l'hôtel Indigo a commencé avec l'enregistrement au récepteur, où nous avons été surpris d'être informés que notre chambre avait été mise à niveau à la vue King Suite City par le personnel de la récepteur (pardon, Il a oublié de demander son nom, un jeune homme avec des lunettes et des mots polis), et a fini avec un check-out au récepteur. Durant notre séjour à l'hôtel Indigo, le service était excellent; il y avait bienvenus à manger et à manger dans la chambre, et le service continuait à notre petit-déjeuner, qui a reçu un chaleureux salut et service du personnel (en particulier M. Lucky) et le restaurant. La position agréable est relativement loin du centre-ville, donc il est calme à se reposer, mais si vous voulez explorer Bandung, il est aussi proche des attractions fascinantes. Avec cette expérience, nous voulons faire un autre voyage à l'Hôtel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar, où nous espérons trouver plus de surprises et un service aimable et attentif pour les clients de l'hôtel. Il est souhaitable que cet hôtel Indigo soit plus rentable et continue à être un endroit désirable pour les vacances, les repos ou les réunions.

Everyone was very welcoming from Concierge to front desk to team during breakfast to housekeeping to those at pool, spa, gym and even kids club! Too many names to mention! Love the amenities and view! Good vibes all day long! Will definitely make a comeback!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. I’m so surprised with the hospitality from each division of the hotel. They are very humbled and have a quick respon to all my request especially when I said that I brought parents. Very well mannered The only thing that I really hate the most is the location and of course it goes to the traffic I literally need 24 hours from the hotel to Jakarta due to the super stuck traffic, I know it’s a long holiday but I think they need to figure better way to avoid this situation, and hopefully they can fix it in the near future Overall, I love it! Thanks
