This hotel has marvelous garden river view. The staff are nice specially Mr Mohamad Kiki and his boss in sky roof restaurant. The breakfast was great. I had great time there. But many things needed to be enhanced, the TV channels, most of channels don’t work and no movies channels. The Wi-Fi very slow. The towels are old. The cafe and restaurant desserts must be enhanced. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. No alcohol and has mosque .

As five star hotel clean Organised and good location hotel. Furthermore good service and facilities have beautiful mountain views around.The room clean tidy and comfortable bed, Good breakfast varying for options and tastes, the staff friendly and willing to help.

From the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded all expectations. Nestled in a stunning natural setting with breathtaking views, this resort is the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and serenity. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles. Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional. Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

1 booked 2 classic rooms. At the reception, they upgraded my rooms to superior/deluxe rooms at high floors. Service are good and fast. Every needs will be taken care quickly and seriously. The washtafel has a little problem, after they fix it, the manager send a box of cookies to apologize. Bottled water I must say is free flow, cause I got 8 bottles for the first night, and 12 bottles for the second night. Very generous.

The room is big and nice but the towels are in pretty bad condition and needed to be changed as they are very worn out and old looking. Breakfast had quite alot of variety and is not bad. Pool is very small.

A very impressive resort hotel in bogor with breathtaking landscape view and delicate food at Cascade Restaurant. The infinity pool is so comfortable that my kid didnt want to leave even when it began to rain.

Aime le design et l'atmosphère de l'hôtel. Vraiment modernes et exquises vibes. Les lits sont confortables. Les pigeons ne sont pas les meilleurs. Ils ont fourni quelques mini-bouteilles qui étaient mignons. Cependant le canapé a quelques tincelles visibles. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très bon choix. L'hôtel n'est pas crowdé, nous avons pu profiter de petit déjeuner calme et confortable.. L'emplacement est également très bon. Si vous aimez prendre des photos, très injuste.

Je suis très heureux de vous voir. Le site est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé. Les membres du personnel sont amis et agréables, ils peuvent parler anglais aussi bien - plus les points depuis mon bahasa était.. pas bon, haha Le club des enfants est très agréable (toutes les variations pour les enfants à jouer avec). La chambre n'est pas acoustique, j'ai pris la chambre qui se trouve face à la zone de montagne, je peux entendre les gens marcher/fermer/fermer leur porte. Le spectacle de la piscine est très bien, mais je suis très heureux de voir la matinée dans cette chambre, si étonnant ! A part cela, aime cet hôtel! Merci pour votre service à tous! 👍
