L'emplacement de l'hôtel est génial. C'est juste en face du château d'Egg sur la plage. Vous pouvez voir le volcan et la vue nocturne de la ville depuis le balcon. C'est très confortable de marcher et de courir sur la plage tôt le matin. pas loin pour marcher vers diverses attractions. L'hôtel a une certaine histoire et les installations et équipements sont un peu meilleurs, à recommander !

Équipements : Il y a une piscine, mais elle n'est pas ouverte en hiver. Pour les personnes en voyage d'affaires, la salle manque de bureaux et de tabourets, ce qui rend le travail un peu gênant.
Hygiène : La propreté et le personnel d'assainissement sont très responsables. Il n'y a pas de baignoire et la salle de douche est très petite.
Environnement : Pas trop loin des attractions et des zones urbaines, les environs sont calmes et il n'y a pas de restaurants chinois aux alentours.
Service : Le personnel de la réception et du restaurant est très sympathique.

Hotel correct. La chambre normale est un peu petite. La situation est très centrale à côté de restaurants disponibles. La personnel est très chaleureux et à l’écoute. Un charme un peu désuet pour ceux qui apprécient. Le problème est surtout la parking. Toute les places publiques sont payantes (1 euro l’heure) et presque toutes occupées même en hiver ou alors vous payez 20 euros la journée a l’hôtel. Le buffet du déjeuner est garni et bon. Les communs (salle à manger) non chauffés fin février, en tout cas c’était mon impression.

AAlexanderThe room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.

IInvitéL'hôtel en lui-même est assez standard, comme on peut s'y attendre d'une grande chaîne hôtelière, mais le service laissait vraiment à désirer. On nous avait annoncé un service voiturier, mais il n'y en avait pas. Les employés nous ont simplement dit de nous garer nous-mêmes. Soit. Après mon enregistrement, j'ai demandé si nos bagages seraient montés dans notre chambre. La réception m'a alors demandé si j'avais un ticket pour les bagages, ce à quoi j'ai répondu que nous n'avions rien reçu. Les employés sont restés plantés là, à l'entrée. On m'a dit qu'ils allaient nous les envoyer sous peu, mais vu qu'ils ne faisaient rien, nous avons pris nos bagages nous-mêmes. Précisons que j'étais enceinte de six mois, et cela se voit, mais ils ne nous ont proposé aucune aide. Une fois dans notre chambre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons beau la baisser, rien n'y faisait. Incroyable de constater qu'elle ne fonctionne pas pour le prix payé ! La chambre était étouffante, et même le couloir était plus frais. De plus, pendant notre séjour, il y avait une conférence. On nous a donné une chambre au même étage que les participants, et comme prévu, ils étaient bruyants et agités la nuit. Nous les entendions parler dans le couloir la nuit. Quand nous avons appelé la réception, ils nous ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Super utile ! Au moment du départ, le même serveur est resté planté là à regarder une femme enceinte sortir ses quatre valises. Je me demande vraiment ce qu'ils font d'autre que de rester là à ne rien faire toute la journée. Le service est déplorable et j'ai déjà été mieux servi dans de petits hôtels de charme ou des hôtels familiaux. Le seul point positif de ce séjour, c'est que les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Et c'est tout.

GGayatri GallowayBang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street.
We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation:
No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design.
Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress
Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp.
I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!
