We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kalemi 2 in Gjirokastër! The hotel itself is full of charm, beautifully combining traditional Albanian architecture with modern comfort. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — fresh, varied, and served with care in a lovely setting. A small tip for travelers arriving by car: Google Maps can sometimes make mistakes when guiding you to the hotel, so it’s best to double-check the route or contact the reception for directions — the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Gjirokastër — cozy, authentic, and with great hospitality!

Lovely small family run hotel, nicely situated in the old town but way from the noisy crowded streets. The room was large enough for two with a spacious bathroom. Everything was new and very clean. Breakfast was supplied, though on the room description, it stated no breakfast. Moreover, the breakfast was very good and was brought to our table, a very nice touch with freshly made breads and omelettes. The family run hotel really took care of us from early check-in to providing information and made sure we got on the local bus, which stopped outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend the Palroto hotel.

Le restaurant a été fermé la première nuit et ils ont changé notre chambre d'un grand lit à 5 lits pour enfants qui était bizarre. Les deux télévisions sont sans sens, aucun canal et ne permettent pas Netflix ou aucun service de streaming. Ils offrent également des activités amusantes à l'extérieur.

Very pleasant young team with good English in charge of reception and the breakfasts. Terrace with stunning views. Just on the edge of the old town - everywhere easy to walk to and friendly (but don’t go for the gastronomy) restaurants. A comfortable place to stay.

Very beautiful and peaceful situation. The staff and the owner were extremely kind and helpful. Their main priority is customer satisfaction. In a word: lovely. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Hotel très calme idéal pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons eu une belle séjour à la maison de Denis. Excellent service à partir de l'arrivée à nous quittés. Joni était un excellent guide qui nous montre la voie à la maison et nous aide aussi le soir où nous sommes perdus. Gjirokaster était l'un de nos endroits préférés en Albanie ❤️we a également eu un très bon petit déjeuner le matin.

また旅行する機会があれば利用したいと思いました。 スタッフも親切で部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。部屋からの眺めも素晴らしく、朝食も美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。

Tout est super! Très joli et agréable hôte et hôte! Très délicieux cuisine! Ils ont dîné plus délicieux que le fond du restaurant, si courageux vous pouvez rester là, et aussi avec la meilleure vue sur la ville! La chambre est tout nouveau, belle, j'avais une poule haute, mais c'est un individu. La principale chose, quand vous arrivez à l'hôtel en haut, faites le bon choix de la tour droite. Il y a un pointeur. Recherchez-la. Nous l'avons regardée et nous sommes allés dans un verrouillage. Le passeur local a dû nous sauver 😅 nous étions sur la grande voiture Kia Sorento. Cela ajoute légèrement des difficultés dues à des rues étroites visibles, mais en général il est possible de conduire. Les jeunes nous ont rencontrés, ont parqué à l'entrée et ont aidé avec les valises. Merci ! Recommander 😍
