I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

L'hôtel est propre et bien rangé, la décoration est simple et moderne, la chambre est spacieuse, vous pouvez ouvrir vos valises à volonté, et il n'y a aucun problème si vous avez plus de valises. Merci au personnel de la réception d'Umeda. Excellent service client à l'arrivée. J'ai passé une nuit chez mes parents. L'emplacement était parfait, à environ 10 minutes du TGV, mais le trajet semble plus rapide grâce à un passage souterrain reliant la gare à l'hôtel. La chambre d'hôtel offrait de très belles attentions, comme un lit très confortable et une isolation phonique qui, je le vois, avait été pensée. L'environnement et la chambre sont modernes et propres. Rien à redire. Vue incroyable. Il y a aussi un spa – pas grand-chose à signaler, mais un petit plus appréciable. Il y a aussi une laverie moderne avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, avec digicode – mais seulement deux – agréable et pratique. Merci pour ce séjour agréable entre Tokyo et Osaka. Nagoya offre un riz à l'anguille incroyable et une ambiance décontractée.

We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip to Nagoya, choosing it as one of the city’s newest luxury hotels. Prior to arrival, it was difficult to reach the hotel to arrange spa bookings, and the process took quite some time. Even upon check-in, making spa reservations through the front desk felt complicated, so we eventually visited the spa directly to enquire. The wellness facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were excellent, though advance booking was required, which could be inconvenient. Service throughout the stay could have been more flexible, especially when our food delivery arrived and the team was unable to hold it briefly at the concierge while we came down to collect it. That said, the location was great for sightseeing around Nagoya.

The location is superb, right at JR Nagoya Station, which makes it a good base for exploring the area. Deco style of the place is slightly dated, but the upkeep and cleaniness is still good. The room is spacious as well. Would stay again if in Nagoya.

L'emplacement est idéal, tout près de la gare et bien desservi par les transports en commun. De nombreux sites touristiques sont accessibles à pied. Le service était impeccable et le personnel de la réception très serviable. Le seul véritable inconvénient est l'absence de climatisation. La chambre était bien plus chaude qu'à l'extérieur. Nous avons essayé d'ouvrir la fenêtre et nous avons été piqués par de nombreux moustiques. Le lendemain, nous avons demandé un ventilateur, mais il faisait encore un peu trop chaud. Mis à part cela, notre séjour a été globalement agréable.

It was wonderful stay in Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. The building is not new and the room isn’t new but everything is good for our stay. We enjoyed Western and Japanese breakfasts during our stay. One thing that impressed us is that the hotel started breakfast at 4 am in the Nagoya marathon day.. So, it wasn’t expected. Thank you for the hotel. The room service menus are typical Nagoya specialties. Even though the food prices were a bit high, we had to order the foods because we couldn’t walk around after marathon running.

Le salon de la chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Il y a également un bus de limousine directe à cet hôtel à partir de l'aéroport international de Nagoya. La location est à seulement 400 m de la station Fushimi et cela permet de voyager à la plupart des attractions touristiques. Le seul côté est la chambre que nous avons réservée est un peu trop petite pour 3 adultes avec 2 bagages moyens. Je recommanderai très fortement cet hôtel pour ceux qui envisagent de visiter Nagoya !

La vue depuis la chambre est devenue un souvenir spécial. Mon fils, un élève du primaire, était tellement excité de voir le Shinkansen circuler autant de fois. Ma fille, qui sera lycéenne ce printemps, est très satisfaite de la vue nocturne et est heureuse d'avoir choisi cette option. Le petit-déjeuner à Tenkuu est petit et le goût est moyen, donc la prochaine fois, j'aimerais essayer le buffet du petit-déjeuner. Le buffet de glaces affiché sur le site Web ne contient pas non plus de fruits, il s'agit donc simplement d'une décoration luxueuse. Le personnel de la réception et celui du restaurant étaient très sympathiques et je ne me suis jamais senti mal à l'aise. Le service client est de 5 points. Le paysage est incroyable. La prochaine fois, j'aimerais choisir une chambre avec une meilleure vue sans repas inclus.

Located inside the station, very good. No chance to control My own room temperature is something that i m somewhat now satisfying. Got a window that cannot open. Good for viewing, but, cannot open the let the cold winds flow into my room. Yet, hotel air-con is centralised. It means the hotel management decided if today is cold or not. U DON get to decided. Check out photos below as proof. They send in an extra one fan for me, since I complained not cold enough. Photo shown. Other than the temperature, all is good. Many convinient store around. That I know of, Family, 7, lawson. Even McD is not far Supermarket and a small food court is also inside/atttach with toyohashi station. Big table, good. Room space.. . Not quite remembered if I leave my luggage open or not. But, judging from the photo, I must close it after done with my luggage. ( my trip have multiple hotel) Not bad for a big window for night view 2.
