Excellent hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité du marché aux poissons, offrant de nombreuses options de restauration. À moins de 30 minutes à pied du château de Nagoya, et à 5 minutes de la gare. Nombreux commerces et passages souterrains à proximité. Chambre confortable, oreillers et lit agréables. Climatisation silencieuse. Personnel serviable et sympathique, qui semble parler anglais.

Modern designed hotel. Spacious hotel room with hi tech equipment. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff that waited for our Uber out in the cold and sent us off. Good location with Matsuzakaya and other big department stores just right opposite.

Les installations de l'hôtel de la série Prince sont toujours aussi bonnes et propres, le personnel est poli, les repas sont délicieux et le paysage devant la fenêtre est magnifique. Cependant, d'après mon expérience de séjour dans un hôtel de la série Prince, je me suis senti mal à l'aise en séjournant dans un hôtel pour la première fois. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel tôt et avons fait la queue avec des étrangers pour nous enregistrer plus tôt et stocker nos bagages. 'horloge avant que nous puissions le faire. Les étrangers devaient d'abord s'inscrire, mais le service est poli et vous permet de stocker vos bagages, mais vous ressentez juste le mépris dans leurs yeux. Je pense que c'est mon dernier séjour au Prince Hotel et mon commentaire.

The room is quite spacious. The furnishings felt a bit dated but the housekeeping crew did a nice job of keeping the room very clean. My only complaint was that you cannot turn on the air con during winter time, because the thermostat was locked. Even after we had turned off the heating, it was still hot and stuffy. The window can only be partially opened, so the staff brought us an electric fan. Thumbs up to the staff for their impeccable service. All our requests -- whether it was making a dinner reservation, fixing a leaking faucet or booking a taxi to the bus terminal -- were attended to promptly and competently. The hotel is in a convenient location.There is a 24-hr drug store and a FamilyMart just around the corner. The bus terminal at Oasis 21, Sakae Station(Subway), Sakaemachi Station (Meitetsu Seto Line), Hisaya-odori Park, Mirai Tower and several department stores are only a few blocks away. The drop-off point for the airport limousine is right in front of the hotel, though you have to go to the bus terminal to board the bus bound for the airport.

Extremely convenient and nice location! So close to all different trains /lines. So close to department stores. Rooms are clean, no smell at all, good ventilation in the washroom, epic view from the windows (probably we stayed for 5 nights, so rooms from higher floors were given :D) If I have to be picky: the pillows are a bit too soft otherwise not much else to complain Will definitely stay here again if I visit Nagoya in future!

L'hôtel est propre et bien rangé, la décoration est simple et moderne, la chambre est spacieuse, vous pouvez ouvrir vos valises à volonté, et il n'y a aucun problème si vous avez plus de valises. Le service est très sympathique. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois si j'en ai l'occasion. Convient aux voyages d'affaires et aux voyages en famille. 室内のしつらえ・居心地の良さ・見渡せる景色・こだわりのある設備・何よりスタッフさん達のお客さまに寄り添う姿勢・スタッフの笑顔と気さくさ・フランス人シェフが作って下さったとても美味しい朝食に大満足でした　名古屋在住で小さい頃からテレビ塔（中部電力ミライタワー）が大好きな私が開業当初よりずっと泊まりたかったホテルに主人のお誕生日サプライズ企画に計画し、窓にハッピーバースデーメッセージも書いて頂けてほんとに素晴らしいホテルです

Location is great just a few mins walk from Nagoya station. Hotel is good and the staff are all really friendly. The only concern was the equipment and the deco were not in their best condition. (Etc the air purifier did not work, kettle with missing cover)

Conveniently located at Fushimi station, short walk away from Nagoya Intercity where the exit with elevator is located. Great for family with many large luggage. Limousine bus from airport is located right at the doorstep. Large family room with 4 beds (1+ meter). Kids love the lounge at Level 6 where they can have complimentary snacks and nice beverages. Nice Christmas decorations and vibe during the stay. Multiple convenience stores are located just 1-2 minutes walk away from the hotel.

We took a bus from the airport to Nagoya Kanko Hotel, then walked to the Hilton, which took about five minutes even with kids and luggage. We booked a family room. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change, and while the second room still had a slight odor, it was much better than the first. If you are sensitive to smells, this hotel may not be the best choice. Other than that, everything is ok.
