The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Non chauffée pour se détendre, Hammam qui ne marche pas, jet d’eau qui ne marche pas. Il faut « réserver » un créneau Chambre : lit confortable, salle de bain avec baignoire propre, kitchenette avec tout le nécessaire. Tv fonctionnelle mais pas les applications. Nous avons été dérangé toute la nuit par le bruit de la chasse d’eau.. sinon dans l’ensemble plutot propre

Emplacement idéal, grande chambre, grande salle de bain, lit confortable, petit-déjeuner européen typique, lait frais, jus de fruits frais, pain et café. Apportez vos pantoufles et votre brosse à dents. Le bar d'en face est bruyant à minuit.

Quick check in, Nice entrance, good location. Pillow, bedding are comfy! Room in good size. Quiet and modern design where I can have good rest especially I was feeling unwell! However. More improvement on staff training! 1) The hotel could inform us earlier to let us know the city centre is blocked for the Xmas market. 2) Instead of just passing me the city map, the Reception could have share more information about the city, and Christmas market info. 3) Housekeeping took more than an hour to send over amenities. Finally sent over after follow up call. 4) Housekeeping knocked my door at 10:30am despite I have my DO NOT DISTURB sign hang on my door. After I opened, the lady asked when am I leaving, ask their manager asked her to check on me. I was puzzled as I understand the check out time af 12noon, and I was right! I found this extremely ridiculous to knock the guest door with the sign hanging, for the sake of knowing when they can clean the room!!?? 5) Arrived on a Sunday, walked into the restaurant. No one serving or trying to ask for your need. After my approach, they only provide snacks/light eats. A la carte not available. Disappointing! 6) There was a person waiting near the hotel entrance at night time, yell at you for asking for money, and being rude if you don’t support. Overall, the hotel itself is nice! Need better management!

C'était significatif parce que c'était un hôtel traditionnel. Mon mari et moi avions une chambre avec un jardin extérieur privé, mais il faisait un peu froid parce que la fenêtre était à simple vitrage. Et il y avait un cendrier sur la table extérieure, et il y avait un mégot de cigarette, donc c'était un peu inconfortable.

La chambre était très grande. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner était également très copieux. L'hôtel est juste à côté de la gare, ce qui est très pratique pour les déplacements. La vue était aussi très belle. J'espère revenir ici si j'en ai l'occasion.

Dit hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een tussenstop, Bij aankomst toont het hotel van buitenaf een verwaarloosde indruk ,maar binnen is dat zeker niet het geval, wij hadden een familiekamer en we hebben in Frankrijk nog nooit zo een grote kamer gehad ,de kamer is zeer groot en mooi ,alleen spijtig dat de gordijnen een armoedige uitstraling hebben en niet erg verduisterend zijn  Restaurant is een aanrader  Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 

J'avais entendu dire que c'était un hôtel de style appartement, donc je n'avais pas de grandes attentes, mais c'était propre, il y avait de bonnes installations hôtelières et même une cuisine, donc c'était parfait pour les familles.

It is full of history and the hotel is an art. Old mansion style hotel that the breakfast is a must where you can expect fine dining environment. Highly recommended but do not carry heavy luggage or oversize luggage due to narrow staircase between room or a very small elevator while to expect to walk stairs one after another to reach your room. But the strategic location and scenery is super amazing and walking distance to railway station approx less than 700m and easily access to a few sight seeing villages by grab from the hotel. Recommended that Colmar and this hotel is an antic to visit.

Situé au centre de la vieille ville de Strasbourg, il est très pratique de se rendre à pied aux attractions à proximité. L'hôtel dispose d'installations complètes, de style français, simples mais de bon goût. Il y a aussi un rideau de fer à levage automatique la nuit, ce qui est bien. La chambre est assez grande, avec chauffage réglable, et la salle de bain est également grande et confortable. Le hall de l'hôtel est petit et confortable et le service est bon. Le personnel parle allemand, français et anglais. Le petit-déjeuner est inutile, je ne peux donc pas faire de commentaire. L'hôtel possède son propre parking. Au début, je pensais qu'il s'agissait d'un petit espace de stationnement avec 3 à 4 places de stationnement. J'ai fermé la porte du garage la nuit et j'ai été choqué quand je l'ai vu le matin. Oh mon Dieu, le garage est tridimensionnel. Le petit espace est tridimensionnel. Il y a trois étages, et chaque étage a un espace très court. Je pense que cela prend en considération les compétences de conduite. J'ai acquis un peu d'expérience. Yyds c'est super. La caution est de 28 euros par nuit. Ce n'est pas donné, mais ça reste quand même bien dans la vieille ville où les terrains sont chers ! La particularité, c'est qu'il y a deux portes dans la pièce. J'ai failli me tromper. Je n'arrive pas à obtenir la carte de la porte. Haha, tu peux l'essayer si tu en as l'occasion~ Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est bon et le prix actuel est également adapté. J'aime ça 👍
