⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable & Great Service I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free. The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area. Beautifullllll house with Good equipment and facilities and amenities. Loveeee the design. Good security hence a handful of check in steps but also reassures us that it’s safe especially for my husband who is worried about his car.  Owner extended checkout time to 12 pm for us out of goodwill. Very accommodating. Just the aircon maybe need servicing because not cold enough even at 16 degrees. The door is pretty difficult to unlock, need some pull/push of the door. Otherwise, beautifullllllll house, comfortable stay and memorable one.

The good: comfortable bed, decent cleanliness, working aircon, game console was cool, nice view at #48. The bad: Host expect you to contact them on the day else no sound no pic. Sent a series of pictures and videos, shock to see they asked for deposit and my passport photo as part of their requirements. I’m not comfortable with that. Drivers beware: This unit located at B1-2 is damn troublesome. I had to park outside the gantry and walked all the way to the end of the building (approx 200m one way) to get the card. The guard weren’t familiar with such arrangement had to call another guard over to assist in order to let me into the mailroom to retrieve the access card. After that had to walk all the way back again to the entrance. When I drove to the gantry, the access card didn’t work, guard had to come over again to assist. End up found out it’s because the previous user did not “tap out” so we can’t “tap in”. The wayfinding in the carpark is worse ever. Don’t know where to go up, don’t know where to exit. Turn round and round the entire carpark to find and realised it’s in the middle of nowhere. Now for the accommodation itself, it’s decent. Towels were provided. No toothbrush provided but 8 combs provided instead (pic). The cups were damn disgusting (pic). Overall will not return as the carpark and checkin experience was really a huge turnoff.

This was my second stay at Sheraton JB! Overall, another great experience—the staff remain warm and friendly, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. Having a balloon artist right outside the cafe during breakfast was a brilliant touch! A couple of minor areas for improvement this visit: there was a strange smell in the lobby (a few air purifiers might easily resolve this), and the towels also had a slight odor. Thankfully, the lobby issue was isolated to that area. On the plus side, the newly opened SKS Mall nearby is super clean and convenient with almost everything you need, missing only a cinema.

L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

Chance to experience first class suites on airplane with full king size bed without paying a premium. This is the place where you should go with family! Small hotel with 2x Boeing 747 cargo planes converted into suites. Each plane comes with 10 rooms and hotel building block has another 20+ rooms. With less than 50 rooms, you won’t experience over crowding like other hotels with 100+ rooms. Other words quiet and more privacy. Which gives you the premium feel. Not to mention the high end finishing in common areas and in room. 5 star quality hotel in a secluded area which you rarely can find. Other than the airplanes main attraction, the children water park playground pool was a blast for the children. They also have 4 different swimming pools located at ground floor and 3rd floor. Children pool, beach pool with real sea white sand, adult pool, and jacuzzi pool. Food option was very limited. 1 Japanese restaurant in hotel and 1 Chinese restaurant outside of hotel, walking distance a stone throw away. Each room comes with 2 pax complimentary Japanese Ala carte breakfast. Airplane suite rooms design is too low the ceiling to floor height. At 178 cms I need to bend my head 70% of the time. Knocked my head a dozen times due to low height ceiling. Unsuitable for 175 cms and above height. Is like walking in hobbiton house or some tight cramped cave. Take note for slightly above average height people. Definitely not for foreigners. Phone in room wasn’t working. Could call front desk and house keeping. Had to manually walk out to front desk to ask for assistance. 90% of hotel staff cannot speak English. Security guard, cleaners, and pool towel boy. You’ll definitely have a tough time if you cannot communicate in Bahasa Malaysia. Only front desk staffs could speak English. Maybe their market cater for local Malaysians who speaks Bahasa only. Very poor directions. No signage at all for hotel and lobby. No hotel staff at lobby most of the time. They have 2 wings of lobby. A little confusing. All the Grab drivers got lost as it’s a new area. Use Chao Shan Lou restaurant as pick up and destination in Grab app. Check in was at 1st floor. You need to ask around and pray someone is at lobby to inform you. Don’t feel very welcome from first impression. Management ought to do something about this. Had bad experience with hotel cleaner at toilet in lobby area. Wet floor from washing toilets, the water flow out to common area outside of toilet. Both my wife and I slipped and almost fell. Very slippery fall hazard. Cleaner didn’t place wet floor signage at all when floors were still wet. On black marble tiles you cannot see the water. Management should look into their cleaning policies. This could have been very bad if it was an elderly who fell. Safety of guest must be the utmost priority. Plenty of parking around as all the shop houses within vicinity are still empty vacant.

Magnifique complexe hôtelier offrant une ambiance très paisible et relaxante. Le personnel était aux petits soins et nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. Le petit-déjeuner était correct et varié. La chambre était propre et confortable, et le minibar très pratique. Le seul point à améliorer concerne le mobilier de la chambre, qui présente quelques signes d'usure et paraît un peu vieillot. Un nettoyage chimique des sols de la salle de bain et des toilettes serait également bénéfique.

Personnel d'accueil aimable et disponible, et une boisson fraîche à la citronnelle nous a été offerte dès notre arrivée. Merci de nous avoir permis d'arriver plus tôt, c'était très appréciable. Quelle délicate attention de nous avoir attribué une chambre avec vue sur la mer, la piscine et la nature ! 😁 Chambre propre et spacieuse, mais quelques « invités » indésirables ! 🦟😅 Lit très confortable et différents types d'oreillers pour un sommeil réparateur. Deux superbes piscines, l'une à débordement et l'autre sinueuse. Sans oublier le hammam et le jacuzzi pour une détente optimale. La salle de sport était également bien équipée avec différents appareils. Le Coral Lounge était très agréable avec ses jeux comme le billard, le carrom, le ping-pong et de nombreux autres jeux de société. Se promener sur la plage était merveilleux et le bruit des vagues impressionnant. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent : un large choix et des mets délicieux, notamment les croissants et le pain complet… Les plats des différents restaurants étaient également succulents. Le serveur nous a présenté avec enthousiasme leurs fruits de mer frais, comme le vivaneau, les crevettes et les calamars, accompagnés de la sauce spéciale préparée par le chef. C'était vraiment délicieux ! De plus, ils nous ont offert une réduction de 25 % sur l'addition (grâce à la promotion Visit Malaysia), ce qui était une excellente affaire. Oui, nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! 😁

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel sur un bout de bain, car nous avons besoin d'un endroit qui était de l'autoroute pour notre voyage à KL. Je suis heureux que nous l'ayons fait. J'aimerais seulement avoir une chance de passer plus de temps ici. Je pense que dans l'avenir nous pourrions faire le voyage en bas pour rester ici. Il y a de nombreux équipements, un beau golf manikyeux, des restaurants et une rue de bowling. Le personnel était très confortable et agréable. Le resort a une sensation balnéenne ou thaïlandaise. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et ont une salle de bains. Ils sont bien entretenus et offrent de belles vues sur le paysage environnant.

I am happy with my stay at Hardrock hotel. From the check in to the stay and amenities and to check out. There is a valet parking charged at rm35, subsequently usage of car will be at rm15, useful if you have lots of luggages. I love the pool area, the food at GMT+8 is not bad. Although some of the beef patty were cooked well done. The staff are so passionate and helpful. Love their service totally! The night band is also a very good addition. I love that I can just head out and listen to live band performance. There are also lots of kids friendly activities/tours available at desaru. Hotel Room is spacious and clean. Although a long walk from the elevator/ lobby. But it’s still great
