⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable & Great Service I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free. The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Space Residency JB. The unit was clean, new, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the facilities provided were good. The overall environment was comfortable and everything felt relatively new. The only downside was the entry and exit process. Each time we entered or left the residence, we had to provide the unit number and wait for the security personnel to verify the details and take a photo. While I understand this is part of the security procedure, it can be a little inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when you are in a hurry. Other than that, it was a good and comfortable stay overall.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

From start parking will be in the basement, valet will be allocated parking at the entrance not in front of the group level as their lobby is at Level 5. From the carpark lift basement lift does not link to the hotel lift so I have to switch lifts. Going in and out of the parking system is easier detecting our plate no. The room is comfortable and all is good. Breakfast is 60+RM..spread is good too. All clean and acceptable. The only issue is the route as there is road closure so making it difficult to navigate and tour around to reach the hotel. Nothing much at the SKS mall, hopefully they will have to make shops and also havin the cinema will be entertaining.

Le réceptionniste a expliqué la réservation à partir de l'e-mail indiqué dans la chambre à lits jumeaux, il nous a donc donné le type de chambre. Ridicule, comment se fait-il qu'il ne se contente pas de passer à la chambre VIP exécutive, mais qu'il dégrade ma chambre. Mauvais service. C'est la deuxième fois que je rencontre ce cas à l'hôtel KSL. N’hésitez pas à vous battre pour votre propre droit. Tout le monde devrait être plus prudent lors de la réservation.

Chance to experience first class suites on airplane with full king size bed without paying a premium. This is the place where you should go with family! Small hotel with 2x Boeing 747 cargo planes converted into suites. Each plane comes with 10 rooms and hotel building block has another 20+ rooms. With less than 50 rooms, you won’t experience over crowding like other hotels with 100+ rooms. Other words quiet and more privacy. Which gives you the premium feel. Not to mention the high end finishing in common areas and in room. 5 star quality hotel in a secluded area which you rarely can find. Other than the airplanes main attraction, the children water park playground pool was a blast for the children. They also have 4 different swimming pools located at ground floor and 3rd floor. Children pool, beach pool with real sea white sand, adult pool, and jacuzzi pool. Food option was very limited. 1 Japanese restaurant in hotel and 1 Chinese restaurant outside of hotel, walking distance a stone throw away. Each room comes with 2 pax complimentary Japanese Ala carte breakfast. Airplane suite rooms design is too low the ceiling to floor height. At 178 cms I need to bend my head 70% of the time. Knocked my head a dozen times due to low height ceiling. Unsuitable for 175 cms and above height. Is like walking in hobbiton house or some tight cramped cave. Take note for slightly above average height people. Definitely not for foreigners. Phone in room wasn’t working. Could call front desk and house keeping. Had to manually walk out to front desk to ask for assistance. 90% of hotel staff cannot speak English. Security guard, cleaners, and pool towel boy. You’ll definitely have a tough time if you cannot communicate in Bahasa Malaysia. Only front desk staffs could speak English. Maybe their market cater for local Malaysians who speaks Bahasa only. Very poor directions. No signage at all for hotel and lobby. No hotel staff at lobby most of the time. They have 2 wings of lobby. A little confusing. All the Grab drivers got lost as it’s a new area. Use Chao Shan Lou restaurant as pick up and destination in Grab app. Check in was at 1st floor. You need to ask around and pray someone is at lobby to inform you. Don’t feel very welcome from first impression. Management ought to do something about this. Had bad experience with hotel cleaner at toilet in lobby area. Wet floor from washing toilets, the water flow out to common area outside of toilet. Both my wife and I slipped and almost fell. Very slippery fall hazard. Cleaner didn’t place wet floor signage at all when floors were still wet. On black marble tiles you cannot see the water. Management should look into their cleaning policies. This could have been very bad if it was an elderly who fell. Safety of guest must be the utmost priority. Plenty of parking around as all the shop houses within vicinity are still empty vacant.

Magnifique complexe hôtelier offrant une ambiance très paisible et relaxante. Le personnel était aux petits soins et nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. Le petit-déjeuner était correct et varié. La chambre était propre et confortable, et le minibar très pratique. Le seul point à améliorer concerne le mobilier de la chambre, qui présente quelques signes d'usure et paraît un peu vieillot. Un nettoyage chimique des sols de la salle de bain et des toilettes serait également bénéfique.

We had our first overseas vacation with our 6-month old infant at Westin Desaru as we had enjoyed our previous stay here when my wife was pregnant. Staying at the Westin with an infant was a wonderful choice, it felt very much like being taken care of by a pair of reliable old hands. Essential baby amenities like a baby cot+mattress+bumper, bathtub and bath amenities were provided. The room was v spacious and had good soundproofing. The hospitality was impeccable and small but thoughtful gestures like safekeeping our baby soother when we left it at the restaurant and going the extra mile to give us an indoor table during breakfast hours were very much appreciated. We can't wait to have our kid be a part of the Westin Kids Club when he gets older. Thank you Westin Desaru for the top-notch service and for giving the best peace of mind to first-time parents!!

La lampe de table/lampe de bureau semblait usée et aurait besoin d'être réparée. Service : L'enregistrement à la réception s'est bien passé, mais nous avons rencontré un problème avec la télévision de notre chambre. Nous ne pouvions regarder aucune chaîne. Au début, nous avons pensé que cela pouvait être dû aux conditions météorologiques, mais la télévision de la chambre de mes parents fonctionnait parfaitement. Nous avons scanné le code QR pour demander de l'aide et n'avons reçu qu'un simple « Noté » en réponse. Nous avons envoyé deux messages et obtenu la même réponse à chaque fois. N'ayant reçu aucun suivi, nous nous sommes rendus à la réception pour signaler le problème en personne, mais malheureusement, aucune mesure n'a été prise avant notre départ. C'était assez décevant. Parking : Évitez de vous garer directement sous les arbres, car il y a beaucoup de fourmis tisserandes dans les environs. Petit-déjeuner buffet : Le petit-déjeuner buffet était correct. Le poulet kurma avait un goût qui ressemblait davantage à celui de l'ayam ungkep, ce qui était un peu trompeur, mais j'ai adoré car j'aime beaucoup l'ayam ungkep.

I am happy with my stay at Hardrock hotel. From the check in to the stay and amenities and to check out. There is a valet parking charged at rm35, subsequently usage of car will be at rm15, useful if you have lots of luggages. I love the pool area, the food at GMT+8 is not bad. Although some of the beef patty were cooked well done. The staff are so passionate and helpful. Love their service totally! The night band is also a very good addition. I love that I can just head out and listen to live band performance. There are also lots of kids friendly activities/tours available at desaru. Hotel Room is spacious and clean. Although a long walk from the elevator/ lobby. But it’s still great
