Hôtels 5 étoiles à Samarcande, Ouzbékistan

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Très bon séjour au Zarafshon, le personnel est attentif et les infrastructures sont de qualité. Bon emplacement, nous avons trouvé de bons restaurants dans la zone mais il faut compter 30 minutes pour le Registan et 1h pour Shah i Zinda, sinon Yandex est votre allié ! La piscine est fraîche car non chauffée mais agréable, dommage toutefois que le système de climatisation ait été installée juste à côté, un bruit est présent en permanence. La salle de billard fait aussi office de lieu de stockage, pas gênant pour jouer mais étonnant compte tenu du standing de l'hôtel. Bon à savoir pour la clientèle européenne, pas d'alcool dans l'hôtel.

C'était un excellent service. Il y avait un jeune homme à la réception qui apprenait le japonais, et lorsque nous rencontrions des problèmes, ils répondaient rapidement et bien. Il est idéalement situé, à proximité des attractions touristiques et des installations commerciales, donc si vous l'utilisez comme base, vous pourrez profiter du centre de Samarkand. J'aimerais rester ici à nouveau.

Изначально, мы расстроились из-за местоположения - до всех памятников архитектуры нужно ехать на такси. Но нас второй день мы всё поняли, насколько ошибались. В Самарканде нет какого-то старого города, по которому можно в 6 утра встать, и гулять пока нет жары. А Хилтон есть Хилтон. Шикарнейшие номера, супер гостеприимный сервис, завтраки на 10 из 10. У нас даже был включён лаунж почему-то, это место с прохлаительными напитками, кофем, вином, а с 18.00 еще и горячими блюдами, всё бесплатно. По утрам комплименты в виде орешков и фруктов. Унитазы как в японии, с попомойкой, на пультике. В общем, бомбяо!Бассейн и на улице, и внутри. Есть спа, есть сауна и хамам. В +35 спасало нереально. Вечером можно гулять вокруг ”острова”. Такси в город 25-35тыс.сумов, это очень недорого. Всем рекомендую!
