Excellent location in the middle of Innsbruck. Less than 10min walk to-from Innsbruck Hbf, Alstadt and many location in the city. Check-in was quick. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and big. There is a coffee machine which makes it even better. If you stay 2 or more days, you will get the Welcome Pass for free transport around Innsbruck.

*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.* I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so. Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background. The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling. Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast. Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time. Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.

Myself and wife (both Singaporean) celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary and just wrapped up a 15-day self drive vacation to Switzerland and Austria. Our seventh stop 1 night stay in Alphotel Innsbruck: from warm and smiling reception staffs, to spacious/absolutely clean well laid-out room with balcony/delicious breakfast especially croissonts pastries/3mins walk to shopping mall,sports shop,McDonalds etc/clean and cool air ..... no words can describe our immense joy and amazements. Strongly recommend Alphotel Innsbruck for anyone looking to stay close to Innsbruck city with peace and manageable cost. Thank you once again entire staff at Alphotel Innsbruck .... till we meet again :)

Very strategic location with great mountain view of the alps. Just 5mins walking distance from the train station and the bus (to airport). Big shopping mall will park nearby. Not far from city center (approx 10-15mins walk). Super friendly receptionist especially Fabian. Thumbs up to him as his amazing hospitality enhanced our experience in Innsbruck.

Le service est moyen, l'hygiène est engourdie et le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas la peine d'être mentionné. Heureusement, l'emplacement est correct. C'est un endroit calme dans un endroit très fréquenté, à proximité d'une zone densément peuplée. J'ai réservé une chambre twin. Je n'ai pas fait attention à la réservation et c'était pour une seule personne, j'ai donc donné un prétexte à l'hôtel pour facturer 110 euros supplémentaires. Je vous rappelle de faire attention la prochaine fois lors de la réservation d'une chambre.

La réception de l'hôtel est très intime. Bien qu'il soit un hôtel rapide, il est très propre, très nouveau, je me sens bien d'avoir un peu de goût de décoration. Le petit déjeuner est aussi rationnel, pas riche, mais très délicieux et très nutritif.

Ce voyage à Penz Hotel m'a surpris. L'emplacement est plus pratique qu'un autre hôtel vétéran au bord de la rivière que j'ai réservé. Il a fallu une demi-heure pour se promener dans les célèbres sites pittoresques. Juste à côté, en bas, se trouve le centre commercial et une délicieuse cuisine thaïlandaise. Les chambres offrent également une vue sur la montagne. Mettez en valeur le restaurant jardin au dernier étage au 5ème étage avec une superbe vue. Le petit déjeuner est riche en variété et délicieux! Il y a aussi des rouleaux de printemps chinois et des courgettes frites. Viandes, fruits de mer, desserts, jus de fruits, fruits, fromages ont de nombreuses variétés subdivisées dans chaque catégorie, et ils sont délicieux. Je recommande spécialement toutes sortes de kimchi de style européen, en particulier le thon enveloppé dans de petites tomates et le fromage à pâte molle enveloppé dans des poivrons marinés. L'étrange combinaison de saveurs merveilleuses, vous devez l'essayer si vous avez un goût international !

It’s within walking distance to the historic street, making it easy to explore the local charm and atmosphere. The view of the Alps from the room was absolutely stunning. One thing to note is that parking is quite limited, so it’s best to reserve a spot in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

I hardly leave reviews because I find it a chore but NALA really lives up to its reputation. The hotel is so unique and comfortable .. I don’t even want to go out. I enjoyed staying in the room and even going to the garden to do some reading and work .. it’s just a 10 mins walk to old town and I like it that it’s quaint
