Arrivé tardivement au un problème explication précise et boîte à clé. Personnel au petit soin polyglotte dont le français qui n'est pas mentionné sur le site. Tout été exactement comme mentionné sur le site. Agréable séjour

Great hotel, perfectly situated near Paphos Harbour, the staff were helpful and the rooms were immaculate. The rooftop bar was nice and a good spot for a quick drink and nibbles. I would definitely come back.

Truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming and special.The staff were exceptionally kind, warm and helpful, and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The location is beautiful and peaceful with breathtaking views and a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel relaxed from the very beginning. A special mention must go to the food. The variety and abundance were amazing — every meal offered such a wide choice, with fresh, tasty and beautifully presented dishes. There was always something different to enjoy, and we were genuinely impressed by the quality and selection. The hotel was also a perfect base for exploring the area and Paphos. We stayed here for our holiday in Cyprus and honestly could not have wished for a better experience. There were so many little things that made our stay special and we left with wonderful memories. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.❤️ We would return in a heartbeat and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. For us, this was not simply a hotel stay , it was part of what made our holiday in Cyprus so special. Thank you for everything, would absolutely love to come back❤️

The property is perfectly located in Phapos. Just a 5-minute walk to one of the main attractions (Tomb of the Kings). There are plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking, and also a mall at about 20-25 minutes walk. The hotel was fairly clean but lacked some room amenities (considering it's a 4 star). The property is old because of which there were stains and marks on the walls. Breakfast was also fine, nothing great! Overall, fine for a short stay.

Grand design hôtelier et matériel avec service moyen: La chambre est spacieuse, une grande localisation, un magnifique composant et un design (pour autant que vous n'obtenez pas une de ces chambres à côté qui se trouvent à l'arrière d'un bâtiment ou du parc automobile). Il est étrange que le parc soit un peu plus loin et que vous devriez appeler un numéro à la porte chaque fois qu'ils vous ouvrent. Je ne sais pas qui passera le taux d'appel international pour appeler le nombre comme la plupart des gens utilisent l'esim aujourd'hui. Il y a aussi peu de réplique de la station de café de la chambre (il est facturable)- je pense que c'est parce qu'ils se appellent une suite/ un appartement de service. En général, je dirais que c'est une bonne valeur pour l'argent, étant donné la spacieuse et belle chambre, donc simplement ne mettez pas trop d'accent et d'attente sur le service alors vous serez bien.

Le petit déjeuner est bon, servi avec une grande variété de plats. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit. Son emplacement est également bon. Le problème est que la maison à côté était en cours de rénovation. Du coup, c'est devenu bruyant tôt le matin !

L'hôtel est idéalement situé et offre tout le confort nécessaire. Cependant, il est extrêmement vétuste. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées pour des vacances en famille : elles comprennent une cuisine entièrement équipée et deux salles de bains. Il y a des télévisions, mais pas d'accès à YouTube. La climatisation fonctionne généralement, mais le panneau de commande est complètement hors service et son fonctionnement n'est pas évident. Tous les miroirs des salles de bains se décollent. La lumière dans l'une des salles de bains clignotait constamment, il y avait des traces au plafond et les lavabos et robinets fuyaient. La cabine de douche déborde sur le sol comme s'il n'y avait pas de porte. La poignée de la porte du balcon est tellement branlante qu'il est dangereux de la toucher. Mais en réalité, tout cela est gérable, même si cela demande un peu d'efforts. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement et de façon satisfaisante. Le spa sentait légèrement le chlore et un cafard solitaire a été aperçu, mais la baignade reste possible. Il y a un jacuzzi, un sauna et un hammam. Il est bien plus agréable de se baigner dans les trois piscines extérieures, dont une pataugeoire. La nourriture du restaurant et du bar est bon marché et sans saveur. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est correct, mais difficile d'y passer un séjour vraiment agréable. J'ai apprécié la supérette de l'hôtel, qui propose de nombreux articles utiles. Il y a un Lidl à proximité. La pelouse de l'hôtel est magnifique et les couchers de soleil y sont fantastiques.

Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a base to explore the area, this hotel is exactly what you need for a memorable holiday.

The room was a little outdated but the food really impressed us. It was always different and freshly made. It really impressed us. The staff was friendly and after some time, they recognized us. Even it was off season there was always entertainment in the evening and we could really stay at the property at night and enjoy our evening. It was very quiet in the evening even we had a pool view room facing the pool. We slept really we. What's also impressive is the clearness. It's really well maintained and daily cleaning service was also perfectly done. If you stay there, you have to do all inclusive. The food really makes everything perfect.

Our room was lovely and spacious, and the hotel has beautiful traditional features. The ladies at reception were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a very central location in Polis which is convenient, but it does mean at night there is a lot of noise from neighbouring bars and restaurants, but we stayed on a weekend, during the week it might be different. The breakfast is limited, it is à la carte with few options, and the quality of the meals and their presentation could be better. They also have no non-dairy milk options.
