First time staying this hotel. Self check in was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Bedsheet was clean except that i found quite a few small red ants crawling on the wall.

The door is already opened when we get there.. it was fuss free to check in and out with their kiosk machine. There is also good food around the place and laundry store if needed to wash laundry. Overall a comfortable stay for a short trip.

Nice time staying here! The hosts were so nice, they took a really good care of all the guests. They also have a lock for your locker, so you don’t need to bring yours. Plus, the decorations and environment are awesome. They have a fish tank and cats there. I really recommend this place for solo travelers!

The hotel is very clean and modern. The room is well kept and the receptionist is very helpful. There is free bottled water in the room, the bedsheets are crisp and wonderful to sleep on. They also provide clean, fresh towels. Security is tight as it should be. Parking is freely available. No hassles. Will return again the next time.

Cette fois, j'ai visité ici parce que la lumière et la puissance étaient hors d'ordre, donc j'ai dû charger mon HP au lobby, donc retour au lit, seulement dormir tôt.

Although the location is not that convenient, however food courts, some restaurants and Speedmart 99 (Mini Mart) are still around within walking distance. Overall the hotel is good enough with basic needs except the water flow is not strong enough (slow flow) for shower.

Staff is helpful, but only available from 3pm to 11pm daily No lift, only staircase Room is clean and nice , aircond is comfort as well But the surrounding was quite noisy if you stay at rooms with windows due to some motorcyclist leapm around during mid night Overall, it's worthy if you stay at double room at price Les than RM 100 per night

One downside is the lack of soundproofing. You can hear noises from neighboring rooms and sounds from the pipes, which might be an issue for light sleepers. The location is excellent—just a short distance from Plaza Pelangi and KSL Mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. There are plenty of food options around, and the hotel even provides recommendations on nearby eateries, which was a nice touch. Overall, it’s a great option for those who value modern design and convenience, but if you’re sensitive to noise, you may want to bring earplugs!

C'était un grand séjour. Vérifiez rapidement. Suivez les instructions. Parking alloué pour vous si vous apportez votre voiture. Chambre propre. Passer sur le centre de R&F au niveau 8 pour ceux qui ont juste besoin d'un repas rapide. Viens à nouveau bck pour le prochain séjour
