The location is convenient, but the room cleanliness needs improvement. The air conditioning was not functioning well, and service response was quite slow. Hope the hotel can improve in these areas.

Overall, the hotel was decent with a great location and good service. Staff were attentive and even checked in via text to confirm room cleaning preferences, which I appreciated. However, the room was not very soundproof and I could hear neighbours opening doors late at night. The water also had an odd taste, and I didn’t enjoy it, so I stopped using the dispenser. Bedsheets were clean, but the towels had visible stains, and I had to request room slippers from reception. Despite these issues, the service and location made the stay acceptable overall.

everything is good , clean and comfort so I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay this area

The room is clean. Spacious. Check in and out was fast. No elevator is available though. The hotel is located in the town area, so during weekdays, check with the reception if parking is chargeable.

H3 Hotel est un hôtel budget à Yong Peng. L'hébergement est confortable, propre et acceptable. ⭕ espace de stationnement fourni. ❌ Aucune chaudière électrique, aucun ascenseur (ce qui est un problème si la chambre est sur le sol supérieur).

Les gémins ont dit: Le petit déjeuner est servi à l'hôtel Hako (Taman Universiti) à Skudai, où vous avez été très agréablement accueillis. La disposition de la chambre est moderne et efficace, qui fait de la plus grande partie de l'espace. En ce qui concerne les installations, j'ai vraiment apprécié le distributeur d'eau fourni dans le lobby, qui est un touche confortable et écologique pour le remplissage des bouteilles. Le parking était également entièrement sans stress, car il y a de nombreux parkings disponibles autour de l'immeuble. Mon seul petit critique serait la propreté des toilettes, que j'ai trouvée moyenne it n'était pas sale, mais il pourrait certainement profiter d'une propreté plus profonde pour correspondre à la haute qualité de la chambre. Globalement, il est un choix de grande valeur pour un court séjour à Skudai!

Went with 4 kids. House big enough. 3 bedrooms. Master room was big and spacious. With a floor mattress. a king size bed and attached toilet. 2 common bedrooms. 1 room with a king/queen size bed and single size bed. The other room with 1 king/queen size bed. Living room has a sofa bed. Possible for 1 pax to sleep comfortably. Toilet looks old. And master bedroom toilet has an odour. Quite bad. No complains about sound. But heard one or two loud door slams only which i thought is okay because it happens at home as well. The wind, the kids, accidentally. Neighbours seems good. No noise from them and don't even bump into any. But from each room cannot hear each other. Morning around 530am will hear the morning prayers from one of the common bedroom that has 2 beds. The other rooms didnt hear it or perhaps deep asleep. Haha. And another prayer session around 430pm afternoon. Last about 30min. If very tired should be able to fall back to zzz again. My kids did. Towel has a smell. But we don't use as we use to bringing our own towels. I like that there is security counter but not to deposit your luggage prior check in. Anything just ask them and check in is very smooth. Instructions from owner was very clear and direct. Less than 5 min to check in. Early check in allowed at a charge if there's no guest prior. Very nice owners. Reply via whatsapp. And they provided small water bottles and coffee sachets. Quite surprise they do as most, doesn't provides. And a few trash bags .. good! Overall the stay was ok as we only sleep there. No other activities.

Manage to get another weekend getaway at Johor Bahru during the chinese festive season. Got my favourite snack ar komtar jbcc. But this round have unpleasant front desk service given. Perhaps due to fasting season and get such attitude. Time to improve if you want to retain your customers
