Definitely will book here again to stay, the staff is very helpful and good, we are arrive on 1pm, although I asked her can we check in early, she said that 2pm only can check in, but she helping us to proceed check in after 10minutes, really appreciate her. Anyway the location very good and I like to room.

This is my 5th? 6th? time staying at Atelier. They are my top choice as I always have business at Pelangi. This time, I tried booking the Junior Suite, an upgrade from my usual SQ/SK option. Specially for their bathtub as I needed a nice mental break. However, I noticed the bathtub does not even fill. It drains as quickly as it fills so that not only waste a lot of water, it doesn't even fill beyond 10cm of water. It was such a shame I looked forward to enjoying this amenity. The toilet drains really slowly also at one point I panicked because i thought it will flood. All other amenities were amazing. Aircon, bed, tv, perfect. I had an amazing stay I didn't want to go out after my business appointment. I just stayed in and ordered takeout meals. I love Atelier!!! Please consider fixing the bathtub plug so will waste less water and enhance bathtub experience.

Clean, modern-looking, and spacious room. Equipped with table and chair, clothes rack (with clothes hanger), Tv, and clean towels. Pillow and bed mattress are firm but comfortable to sleep. Toilet comes with warm shower, bidet, and toiletries (soap and shampoo), as well as hair dryer. Bottled water provided, and water dispenser is available at the lobby. Rather quiet stay (still can hear a bit of traffic noise and corridor noise). Ease of self check-in and check-out (including placing and retrieving deposit). Overall, a pleasant, comfortable, and affordable stay.

Ce hotel de Havona Meldrum est très bon. Deuxième fois ici. fortement recommandé est super Excellent argent de valeur. Près de Shopping n Food Court. Chambre plus grande n Clean.Easy self check in easy self check out. Le service du personnel était très aimable et utile . La prochaine fois, je resterai cet hôtel Meldrum encore 💓❣️💓

We took one queen sized bed room, it is a very simple room, only a queen sized mattress with no tv and table or cupboard etc. It has a window but the window is not facing outside, the window is facing the corridor so it has no different whether to open or close the window. It had a small washroom in the room with water heater but i think the heater is not hot enough. Hope that te management could put more attention on maintainence because the washroom door screws have come off and therefore the door is not fully in right position and could see through the person inside the washroom a little 😅 I like they have daily housekeeping and trustable cleaners there. They are very kind and friendly 😊

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and responsive. We mentioned an issue with the water pressure and the staff promptly assisted us by changing our room. He also followed up to ensure the water pressure and heater were working well in the new room. Really appreciate the attentive service and quick solution😊

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour ici. Nous sommes venus quelques jours pour visiter Legoland. L'hôte est un bon endroit pour rencontrer des gens en raison de la zone commune. Je resterais encore ici si je suis déjà en johor

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Havona @ CIQ Johor Bahru et j'ai eu une grande expérience. Le lieu est propre et bien entretenu, et le personnel est très amiable. La sécurité est bonne avec contrôle d'accès, ce qui m'a fait sentir sûr. Les salles de bains partagées sont également très propres. C'est un hôtel très nouveau, et je l'aime vraiment.
