The hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating. At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise. The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly. I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.

Fantastic location, central - huge bedroom.and bed, very comfy, pillows were terrible too thin ! Spa was new with great whirkpool, towels robes and essentials for getting ready. Free toiletries to use is a nice touch. Compulsory 10% charge even when buying a coffee which seems excessive, think gratuity should be at your discretion as some staff very attentive. Sunbeds great and free for hotel guests which is great, toilets are for everyone so it's easier and closer to go back to the hotel.

Great hotel, with a great location in the main town. Easy to walk to everything. Clean and spacious room and great spa facilities! Would definitely stay again

Pokój, w którym się zatrzymałem, był czysty i bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Wygodne łóżko zapewniało znakomity sen, a przemyślany wystrój sprawiał, że przestrzeń była zarówno funkcjonalna, jak i przyjemna dla oka. Śniadanie było świeże, smaczne i oferowało dobry wybór dań. Jeśli szukasz hotelu, w którym wszystko jest tak, jak powinno być: czysto, komfortowo, z miłą obsługą i bez żadnych niespodzianek - to jest to doskonały wybór.

L'hôtel est fantastique, il est tout simplement énorme et il y a tout: une piscine régulière, une piscine salée, des attractions d'eau pour les enfants, quatre saunas excellentes, salle de fitness, billard, bowling, un grand club de nuit! Et ce qui est le plus agréable, pour les invités de l'hôtel est gratuit partout, qui a été très heureux! Il y a aussi deux restaurants (le dîner était juste merveilleux)😋 Pour ceux qui veulent améliorer leur santé, il existe une liste complète des procédures de soutien thérapeutique et le massage, cependant, le salaire devra être payé séparément. L'hôtel compte le meilleur magasin avec une zone de plage privée. L'hôtel est plus vieux, mais la maintenance est toujours bonne. Le restaurant est excellent et la réception est très chaleureuse. Les frais de stationnement sont plus chers pour aller à la réception en avance pour s'adresser au plus tôt. L'hôtel est un parking en plein air très chaud, et le même prix peut être plus pratique pour aller à côté de la salle de parking commercial.
