The location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around. In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two. This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby. We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed. In terms of things that could do with improvement: Cleanliness The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection. The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus. Service Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way. Facilities The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side. There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered. Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

Asked for housekeeping to be done when we left the hotel. The only thing done was new teabags were placed in the room and new towels were put in. The bed was not made, the room was not tidied, new mugs and glasses were not put in the room. Very disappointing. Called twice but reception was busy, so we settled for a room that had not been attended to properly. Disappointing.

We stayed in Crewe Hall and Spa for 3 nights. The hotel was grand and the ground well maintained. Facilities were also excellent which makes a good relaxing stay. Breakfast and the bar was superb. Spa treatments excellent! What set apart the hotel are the staff. They were friendly, always smile. It definitely made our stay better. Would I recommend and stay again? Absolutely. 10/10.

Check in was quick and easy although there was no information given about the hotel eg pool opening times other than dinner may be busy due to several coach parties being booked in. The room was clean and tidy and there was a nice handwritten note welcoming us alongside 1 single serve pack of digestive biscuits even though the booking was for 2 people. The bathroom had 2 large dispensers for shampoo and shower gel but the shampoo bottle was empty and this was only discovered once in the room. There was air conditioning which was appreciated due to the rare appearance of the British sun that day but unfortunately the unit itself was very noisy whilst running so needed to be turned off overnight. Beds were comfy and there was the option to order additional pillows from reception that wasn't needed. Check out was quick and easy and the staff did try to help us answer a question about a local bus route to aid us on our onward journey but unfortunately they did not have this local knowledge.

Pour trois personnes voyageant, ce type de chambre est parfait. L'emplacement est très bon. C'est en ville, c'est pratique pour aller partout et on peut garer sa voiture. Il y a une salle de sport et une piscine, le petit déjeuner est également bon et le rapport qualité/prix est bon

I will be staying again, everything was positive from the service to cleanliness.

The hotel is definitely in the prime location of the town center with easy access to all the nice cafes and restaurants. Visited Warrington during the Creamfields weekend and therefore the hotel was more overpriced than usual. Clean towels were provided but there were no amenities such as the toothpaste or cotton pads so make sure you pack your own. No complimentary bottled water either, had to buy them from the restaurant downstairs. Good for short period of stay.

Absolute perfect no faults at all. Very clean high standard, facilities brilliant, staff very welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. J'ai essayé de expliquer au personnel de réception pourquoi ma voiture était là, et que j'avais discuté de la voiture sur un rival et qu'elle a été rejetée avec un ”je n'y étais pas, je ne savais pas”, puis elle a émergé à un autre invité. C'est une honte telle qu'elle a vraiment mis un étanchéité sur notre séjour, car il était totalement inutile.

Appartement confortablement équipé. Le climatiseur fonctionne bien, le fer, le panneau de fer, la caisse pour garder des articles et les points multiples de bouchon de mur. Parking est de 10 £ par nuit et wifi avec bonne force. Une table d' étude / de travail est également disponible . Très aimé et ne peux pas attendre de rester ici

L'hôtel est situé dans une position fantastique et le personnel était excellent. Mais quand j'ai réservé la chambre, il avait une photo d'un petit lit double. Lorsque je suis arrivé, il semblait être une petite chambre simple avec un lit unique. Les fenêtres n'ont pas été ouvertes, et le lit était trop doux. Je n'ai pas dormi. Je l'ai dit au récepteur à 4.30am, et encore au petit déjeuner. Ils ont tous deux excusé, mais rien n'ont fait. Je pense juste que £102.00 est beaucoup à payer pour aucun sommeil.

Checking in at the main Oddfellows hotel was smooth but it would have helped to have the exact address of the apartment in advance, so we could park more easily. There is one parking space at the apartment but it is a tight entrance! Apartment 5 was upstairs and very spacious. The lounge/kitchen/diner was well set up and the tea and coffee available was very welcome. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large, comfy and clean (but could do with a few hooks for towels or coats). There is even a laundry room. Decof is quirky and the location is great - just off the main streets. Fabulous place to stay.

A decent and new-build hotel. At a convenient location, near a Waitrose, the town centre and Chester railway station. Recommended for those who would like to stay at Chester. The only problem is some of the light bulbs is broken. And I would like to say Chester is a great town with many historical buildings.

La chambre est très propre, ils peuvent avoir d'autres activités commerciales lors de leur voyage. Super Dog, ils sont plus de 180. Le petit-déjeuner a le sac de buffles préféré 🥐, l'environnement est très bon, ainsi que la piscine et les salles de fitness

L'hôtel est dans un terrain de golf, l'environnement est de première classe, le style de décoration est très moderne, le service est très bon!

La première fois que je suis venu à cet hôtel, je me sens bien, la chambre est confortable et le service est bon. Il n'y a pas d'élévateurs dans la beauté, et je suis un peu délicieux de transporter les bagages au deuxième étage.
