La taille de la chambre est spéciale avec suffisamment d'espace pour stocker les bagages, et le sol est très propre et confortable à marcher avec des pieds barbes, donc vous pouvez vous sentir libre de laisser votre chaussure à la porte. En ce qui concerne le lit, il est très grand et confortable, vous offrant une qualité de sommeil élevée sans aucun problème. Dans la salle de bains, elle est non seulement très élégante et propre, mais elle fournit aussi une eau chaude illimitée avec une pression d'eau satisfaisante de deux types de têtes de douche. En outre, il y a un mini-frigo placé dans le réservoir inférieur près du réservoir, vous pouvez boire les deux bouteilles d'eau de printemps préparées par l'hôte ou stocker vos propres boissons ou des repas non finis. En outre, il y a un petit coffre au-dessus du réfrigérateur pour déposer vos valeurs. En termes d'équipements sur le sol, il y a un restaurant de haut niveau qui serve le petit déjeuner anglais traditionnel (par exemple, oeuf bendict) le matin, et le goût est bien. Mais je ne suis pas un grand fan de leur déjeuner ou dîner quand vous pouvez avoir de meilleures options dans les restaurants voisins. La salle de sport, la salle de café et la réception sont au niveau LG, et vous recevrez un rabais de 10% dans la salle de café après l'arrivée. La location est très proche du centre-ville, de la gare et de plusieurs attractions principales telles que la cathédrale et le château. Globalement, j'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour de deux jours, le prix de l'hôtel est très rentable en termes de normes de quatre étoiles, offrant une expérience inoubliable pour les touristes et les voyageurs d'affaires.

Absolutely wonderful. Id stayed at Durham Royal County before with my girlfriend. However she didn't come with ne this time due to reasons that she had. The staff at the hotel were lovely about it and made me feel better about tge situation and a lovely note and complementary drinks for me to come back to in my room. All I can say is thankyou and I'll look forward to staying with you again soon. Thanks Matthew

last minute booking, great service, lucky enough to be upgraded to a lovely room, really friendly staff. Food and drinks reasonable.. spent time in Spa which was very relaxing and just what we needed. Had a look round new entertainment centre . The driving range and facilities is great,  will Definately be taking a  return visit.

Was a romantic get away, found that the drinks are expensive inside the hotel. we never ate at the hotel, as there is a couple of nice pubs close by. the staff were friendly, THe place is a bit of a maze but cool. they do run daily tours but its best if you book up in advance as when we tried to do day of the tour no availability. it is run via a 3rd party not the hotel itself.

The hotel has a very good location, which is definitely a plus and makes it convenient for exploring the area. However, we were disappointed by a few additional charges. Bathrobes are provided only for an extra £8, and the hotel parking is also paid, which was not very convenient and added unexpected costs to the stay.

The rooms were very nice and the staff very accommodating. They had great breakfast options and the food and coffee were excellent. I highly recommend Cbh Hardwick Hall Hotel if you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to get away. The grounds are beautiful too. 

A lovely traditional country house hotel. The public rooms were just what you expected, old world charm, the food excellent but the best asset  was the friendly and helpful staff. Unable to comment on bedrooms as we were in an accessible room which wasn’t great, good parking though. Needs attention to basic customer requirements, overall a great few days

We were very pleased with our recent stay. The accommodations were comfortable and provided a relaxing environment. The service we received was attentive and always delivered with a smile. We particularly enjoyed the convenient location and the overall pleasant atmosphere. We would gladly recommend this establishment to others.

The place was brilliant from start to finish. The staff were amazing, friendly and super efficient. The room was amazing, clean, well stocked with hot drink offerings, fan provided as it was pretty warm, everything you need is there. The restaurant for breakfasts and one evening meal was fantastic, the food is beautiful, the service exceptional and a lovely setting. Overall we had a super weekend in a fabulous hotel in a stunning location.
