WWai kam yengGrande location car il est proche de lapangan merdeka et à pied distance de la gare. La chambre est énorme et très moderne. La plupart des Chinois ethniques (pas la RPC) séjournent dans cette maison. Restez ici à l'avenir

西西蒙子No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers.
The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough.
Staff helped to bring luggage to the room.
The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

IInvitéWe stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

TToricisI had a very pleasant stay at Aryaduta Medan. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to access shopping areas and local attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, Aryaduta Medan delivers great value and a comfortable stay. I would gladly return again.

IInvitéThis hotel represents exceptional value for money, with quality rooms and exceptional services. I stayed 3 nights in April 2026, and i have wonderful view on the 8 floor. This trip was combination of business and pleasure. The breakfast had a range of options, catering for western and Indonesian tastes. However, it would be nice if milk was refrigerated, as with other Marriot group properties in Bal. There is a supermarket across the street and very large hypermarket about 5 minute walk from the hotel. An excellent bakery is 2 minute walk from the hotel. This hotel is not near major shopping malls, but they can be easily reaching via a grab taxi for about $2 in 10 mins. The bed was super comfy and arm chair was great. However, the desk height was not really appropriate and do not sufficient for business work. However, I completed most work in the armchair with pillows for the laptop. Excellent range of TV channels including BBC and CNN. An ice bucket costs 50,000 IDR. ($4 Aus dollars) I used the pool which was great on 2nd floor with city views. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated on extremely busy road and be careful when walking on the sidewalks (footpaths), it can be easy to fall. Still, I would highly recommended this hotel for the price paid and outstanding service and room quality for 4 star establishment. .

NNK.PLocation is perfect. 5mins walk to train station to go to Kuala Namu airport. Next to Center Point mall, many eateries, shopping and Lotte Mart is there.
Room is cosy and bed is comfiortable. It will be better if the air cinditioning in the room is colder, probably more regular servicing and cleaning the air cond is required.
Nice Chinese New Year deco in the hotel lobby and restaurant. Breakfast is goid with many varieties.

But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in ..
After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?
