Ceci est mon 4e ou 5e séjour quand je viens à Medan. Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 ou plus nuits normalement sur chaque voyage. Les services et tout sont parfaits et pas de faute. Le petit déjeuner répond toujours à nos attentes. Le lit est bon et si confortable. Je reviens en mai 2026.

I had a very pleasant stay at Aryaduta Medan. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to access shopping areas and local attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, Aryaduta Medan delivers great value and a comfortable stay. I would gladly return again.

A l'hôtel, vous trouverez un hôtel très bon, mais vous trouverez un petit trafic. Personnel très aimable et disposent également de place d'amusement à l'hôtel

Ayant eu un séjour agréable pour 1 nuit , l'emplacement est excellent, le personnel était tout très aimable et le petit déjeuner était une bonne façon de commencer le jour, serait certainement recommandé pour l'emplacement et un service aimable surtout pour la famille avec les jeunes enfants

Hôtel ancien rénové Avantages : chambres spacieuses avec lit king-size, belle piscine et grand hall Inconvénients : certains équipements sont vétustes, étant donné l’ancienneté de l’établissement L’emplacement est idéal pour se restaurer, mais la proximité d’un carrefour engendre du bruit Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Rooms were quite spacious. There is no swimming pool or other facilities like in a hotel. There is a nice 24hr restaurant on site. Location is close to Medan train station which can take you to the Kuala Namu airport. Podomoro mall which is a very exclusive mall is just walking distance from the suites. The suites are well maintained despite looking slightly dated. Centre Point which is across the road from Medan train station is a good place to explore for some local food. This is a great choice if you are looking for space and a good locatiion.

I booked an upgraded room, but the room was old and falling apart. There were ants crawling on me in the bed, no hot water, breakfast was cold. The AC would not get cold, so we were very hot over night. The bathroom had someone’s eyelashes in there, so it made me think that the cleaners are not doing a good job. Overall, the hotel was not worth the cost.

At late evening check-in they had no non-smoking room available. They upgraded me free of charge into a non-smoking room - very good service attitude. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A safety deposit should be added and may also some painting/photo as wall decoration. Breakfast for IDR 100,000 is good value. Laundry service is excellent and fair priced

Nice resort with friendly service except that it does not have any fridge in room and AC but honestly not a big issue. Thank you to the hospitality of the staff at Mikie. Miss Emma and team. Front service, Ricky could be more polite when check in guest and also answering question before saying NO and not bothered attitude. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

L'hôtel est propre, luxueux, la vue est très belle, le menu du petit déjeuner est aussi délicieux. ❤️
