Le personnel de service est OK, c'est qu'il y a une porte dans la chambre de luxe, qui traverse la chambre adjacente, qui est séparée d'une porte, et il est clair que le bruit et le bruit parlent demain soir. La chambre de bain ne peut-elle pas être installée avec un petit étui? Il n'y a pas de place pour les produits de bain. C'est tout. Je te paie deux dollars.

Nice hotel with excellent service. Buffet breakfast is good and there are many dining options available in the area. The rooms are spacious and clean. Will definitely visit again during my next trip to Chong li！

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

My stay here was great. The hotel was well located, right by a ski slope, and compared to other hotels, this area was quite secluded (or just less busy). Shan Lu is well run, with space for all activities (equipment storage, relaxing, KTV, spa, eating etc). I liked the free shuttle services, I liked how friendly and accomodating the staff were. The rooms were nice, aesthetic, and quite big. The bed/mattress was hard though, which made sleeping hard after a day of skiing and muscles tight and sore. But overall am happy with my stay here. I had such a good time. And also, the Buffet Breakafast was so so good. They had Everything you can think of! Sushi, chicken sausages, omelettes, juices, cereals, teas, breads, rice, curry, the list is endless!  

We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La. The location is perfect! very close to the beach, which made everything even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the room service, as well as all the staff, were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for one more night. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time by the sea riding bikes along the beach, feeding the seagulls, and taking beautiful photos. It was a wonderful and memorable experience.

Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. Le menu du petit déjeuner était divers et délicieux, et les soirées avec une bière dans le balcon jacuzzi étaient absolument parfaits ! L'expérience spéciale d'interagir avec le détergent et les alpacas chaque matin a été incroyablement guéri. L'accès gratuit à un parc d'amusement, à un parc d'eau et à des sources chaudes a fait de l'hôtel l'idéal pour les voyages familiaux. La plage privée était calme et calme, offrant un rétractation vraiment relaxant. Le personnel de la réception et de la maison étaient tous très aimables. Great experience and very foreigner-friendly This hotel left us with a very positive impression. The overall atmosphere is warm, well-organized, and welcoming, especially for international guests. The buffet breakfast deserves special mention. For us as foreigners, it was surprisingly good and thoughtfully prepared. Since some people have dietary restrictions (忌口), it was not always easy to eat local food outside, but the hotel’s buffet offered a wide variety of options that worked perfectly for different preferences and needs. We truly appreciated the effort. The location is excellent for skiing, the surroundings are beautiful, and everything is well arranged, which makes the stay smooth and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for both comfort and convenience. It gave us a very good impression of skiing in China, and we would happily recommend it to other international travelers

L'hôtel tombe en ruine, nous aimions cet hôtel en 2013 et en 2018, mais maintenant en 2024, il n'est plus aux normes comme avant. Les toilettes étaient cassées, la climatisation devait être réparée. Et le wifi ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Nous avons également eu des problèmes avec notre porte. Et c'était vraiment dommage que les gens fument dans l'hôtel, ça sentait partout, c'était dommage, vraiment ! D'un autre côté, et pour être positif, le personnel était super sympa, le petit déjeuner proposait beaucoup de nourriture (buffet). Et vous n'êtes pas loin de la gare de Cangzhou, vous êtes également à proximité d'un centre commercial avec une vie nocturne et des danses formidables, l'architecture de l'hôtel est FANTASTIQUE à l'extérieur et personnellement aussi à l'intérieur (seulement le hall). On dirait un palais. Ils ont également des commodités telles que des magasins, des restaurants, une salle de sport, etc. Si je devais améliorer cet hôtel, je suggérerais de maintenir les chambres d'hôtel, les couloirs et de rendre l'hôtel plus vivant, car j'ai vu plusieurs magasins fermés comme s'ils ne fonctionnaient plus. En résumé, devriez-vous séjourner dans cet hôtel ? Eh bien, cela dépend, si vous êtes prêt à supporter toute cette négativité, alors allez-y ! Mais si vous AVEZ BESOIN de votre appareil pour travailler à l'étranger, essayez de trouver un autre hôtel, comme un Holiday Inn dans la même ville. Tout cela semble super excitant, mais cela comporte aussi une part de négativité. J'espère que cela vous aidera !

The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care. Everything I needed during my stay was provided promptly and with genuine kindness. I would especially like to recognize Kara, Vicky (The house keeper), and Vivian for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression. InterContinental Shijiazhuang delivers world-class service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the city.
