L'hôtel lui-même était si bon, à moins qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup à faire, l'emplacement était à 3 minutes de la station Yamaguchi.

I had a truly wonderful stay at VIA INN SHIMONOSEKI and would happily give it a well-deserved 5-star review. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from Shimonoseki Station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and onward travel. Whether you’re exploring the Kanmon Straits or heading out for a day trip, everything feels effortlessly accessible. The room was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable, especially by Japanese business hotel standards. The bed provided excellent support, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of travel. Despite being near the station, the room was quiet and peaceful. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently polite, efficient, and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a good variety of Japanese and Western options, perfect for starting the day on a satisfying note. Overall, VIA INN SHIMONOSEKI offers exceptional value, comfort, and convenience. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shimonoseki.

C'est un hôtel réancien qui ne vous fera pas sentir vieillissant. J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans la chambre japonaise, à partir de la gare d'autobus près de Yumen Onsen, et sans cuisine, il n'y a qu'un court voyage. J'ai vu les feuilles de la tige de Danin 🍁, mais depuis l'année prochaine, c'est la sélection de la grande galerie. Il est un restaurant de poulet de poulet de taille. Le hall offre également un délicieux petit-déjeuner. Je l'utiliserai encore.

This is not the Hotel in the photo added. The hotel is a reasonable Japanese style business hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly and tried to help us with the booking problem cause by Trip.com. The booking agency (Trip.com) had booked us as 6 guests and charged us accordingly. We were 4 adults and one child and were overcharged by Trip.com by 1/3 of the price (about 10,000 yen). The hotel staff were helpful but they couldn't do anything as this was a mistake by the agents not the hotel. I will be contacting Trip.com to ask for a refund of the amount they charged us in error.

Beautiful Onsen hotel. Visiting a friend at Yuda Onsen, and chanced upon Onn. Japanese standard of service and cleanliness, price is reasonable as well. I love how i could visit the onsen as many times I want. For those who are too shy, you can book one of the two private onsen rooms for ¥3500 per hr which is pretty reasonable in my opinion. Free flow of coffee at the coffee machine at the reception. Too many great things at this hotel to be written in a few words. Only downside would be the really tiny rooms but most Japanese hotels are tiny anyway.

La chambre était petite, à peine assez grande pour une valise de 60 cm. Le lit était ferme et les oreillers moelleux et légèrement affaissés. Des oreillers de rechange étaient disponibles dans le hall (fermes et moelleux), mais ils étaient près de la salle fumeur et sentaient la cigarette. La chambre était très propre et bien rangée. Pour les séjours prolongés, l'aimant sur la porte permet de savoir si la chambre a été nettoyée le lendemain. Dans le cas contraire, des serviettes propres et un sac poubelle seront placés sur la poignée. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, mais le choix était limité par rapport à un hôtel classique. Il est suffisant pour un repas copieux, mais il serait peut-être judicieux de manger avec plus de prudence. Dans l'ensemble, le séjour a été plutôt confortable !

Le logement est très bien, mais il est très bien, très bien, très bien. Hagi n'est pas une ville pour les achats, il a également trouvé difficile de manger, bien que beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, la plupart d'entre eux ont été entièrement réservés le jour où nous séjournons. Il est toujours un grand endroit pour visiter et séjourner dans cette propriété et a property value for money!
