But for international travellers almost nothing is there No vegitarian options or breads etc either On top.. Compared to other hotels expensive Worst part... Service.. Not sure why such a hotel asks for a deposit in cash and with paperwork.. Imagine a international traveller.. Also they will keep pestering you with calls to checkout by 12

I stayed with my children. Even though it is an old hotel, everything is still very well maintained. All staff are very friendly with greetings when meeting guests. Unfortunately the bathroom toilet does not have a bidet. And the lighting in the bathroom is very minimal. But overall I was satisfied spending the night at this hotel.

never knew the restaurant for breakfast only served indonesian food. and just my preference i dont like the shower. staffs are friendly and helpful, good job! me and my family stay here for my wedding and overall is good

Hotelnya bagus di tenerh kota, dkt dgn mall jadi gampang kemana mana, fasilitas lengkap, worth it to buy deh, next time bakalan staycation disini lagi 🥰🥰🥰

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Hotel baru, lokasi yang sangat strategis. Sayang handuk hotel sudah bernoda dan kualitasnya tidak baik. Menu breakfast beragam namun rasanya biasa saja.

Booked from Trip is cheaper than booking directly from hotel. We got problems initially but the management solved it quickly. Staff are friendly, particularly Mr Febri and few staff from the housekeeping. Room was clean. Amenities are standard. There is no hairdryer, you need to request it. It’s previously named Grand Zuri. However, it’s still well maintained. Even though some moulds are seen in the bathroom. Breakfast is standard, nothing fancy. Perhaps eat local foods are cheaper and nicer. Bought hot Americano and Cappuccino, they were good!!

Situation à proximité des restaurants, mini-marché, ATM. Je reste à la chambre 603. Malheureusement, j'ai toujours eu mauvais odeur de la salle de bains de drainage.
