Lovely rooms clean and well laid out We had two issues - the hotel has a bar and had a number of wines and sujo on the menu but had none of any. These are essential for tourists at this type of hotel At breakfast we ordered coffee  It was so slow coming that we had to leave before it arrived  Which was very disappointing as I like coffee with my breakfast The breakfast selection was good

I chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the airport, and for that, it definitely delivers. It’s convenient if you have an early flight or are just passing through Padang. That said, there’s not much within walking distance around the hotel, so I’d recommend taking a taxi or Gojek if you want to go out for food or explore a bit. I went to dinner at Rumah Makan LAMUN OMBAK and highly recommend it — really good food and definitely worth the short drive. The service was excellent. Everyone at check-in was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. They helped recommend places to eat and made the stay feel easy and comfortable. Definitely 5/5 for service. Cleanliness was probably the weakest part of the stay. The sheets didn’t feel fully clean, and the bathroom had a strong cigarette smell. The bathroom vent also seemed pretty dirty and may have had mold. That said, the AC worked well, the room was affordable, and overall it gets the job done. You do have to adjust expectations a little — this is Padang, not a luxury resort. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid budget airport hotel if convenience is your main priority. It was quiet and no construction so that’s important to me.

L'hôtel est juste à côté du centre commercial et il se trouve à pied à beaucoup de boutiques et au marché de la nuit opposé. Grand emplacement. Chambre très confortable, spacieuse et complète avec des installations de base.

L'hôtel n'avait pas de chambre familiale mais j'ai reçu une chambre de connexion qui est adaptée à mon voyage familial. Pour une chambre d'hôtel spacieuse, je réserve sans petit déjeuner car je voudrais essayer en dehors de la cuisine. Leur cuisine est si délicieuse et vibe padan tu terraza banger.

Big hotel. Wifi unstable. Breakfast is good. Location a bit away from the main town.

L'hôtel est vraiment bien mais malheureusement la salle de bain n'a pas de douchette. La clim n'est pas bonne, il ne fait pas froid, ”j'ai réglé la température mais c'est revenu à la même chose qu'avant, on dirait que la clim est automatique. La poignée de porte et la serrure de la porte de la salle de bain sont un peu bloquées, si vous voulez le verrouiller et le déverrouiller, c'est un peu difficile. L'écran du téléviseur n'est pas propre mais reste confortable.

La chambre était spacieuse et l'emplacement était très stratégique. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et mon père l'a très aimable. Le seul côté était la chambre de fumée, qui avait un odeur très fort. J'aurais dû choisir une chambre non-fumeur, comme l'a suggéré le récepteur.

Recommend to stay at Truntum Hotel while you are in Padang, West Sumatera Indonesia. Although we had only a few hours at the hotel due to major traffic accident on Solok - Padang road, we were happy on the room cleanliness, good buffet breakfast, wide amenities and excellent front desk customer service eventhough we checked in after midnight. Will stay here again on the next trip to Padang. Thank you the Truntum Hotel professionalism.

J'ai été très impressionné par la gentillesse du service. Mme Feby Sukma, en première ligne, m'a été d'une grande aide pour résoudre plusieurs problèmes qui me laissaient perplexe et m'a apporté des solutions que je trouve très utiles.
