Idéalement situé à proximité de nombreux endroits pour manger, prendre un verre et visiter. Se garer à l'extérieur n'était pas trop compliqué, il suffit de trouver une place et de payer. Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous n'avons trouvé qu'un seul employé qui ne parlait pas anglais et qui était un peu difficile à enregistrer, mais quoi qu'il en soit, il était très gentil, serviable et serviable. Il nous a également aidé à comprendre comment fonctionnait le parking. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient belles et spacieuses même si le mini-réfrigérateur ne semblait pas vraiment fonctionner. A part ça, je reviendrai si j'étais dans la région.

C'est le meilleur hôtel de toute façon. Vous pourrez profiter de la vue fantastique de la Toscane, des chambres et des lits propres, des toilettes propres, du personnel très amiable, un grand petit-déjeuner, etc. Recommandé à des amis et des rencontres. J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel, à 30 minutes de Florence, après avoir fait des courses au Mall Florence et de visiter Florence pendant mon voyage à Rome, et je suis retourné à Rome par Siena et Bannorejo pour une journée et deux nuits. Je vous recommande de vous rendre à l'hôtel de la Toscane, à un moment venu, et de voir le magnifique soirée de la Toscane.

La salle d'hôtel et les photos du couloir sont présentées comme une image, très chaude. La chambre d'appartement familial est grande, l'air conditionné est bon et le vent est très caractérisé et la porte est tournée. Le petit déjeuner est très riche, mais je dois aller à la ville ancienne. En outre, il n'y a pas de bouilloire. Pas d'élévateurs, je dois jeter le bâtiment. Parking sur le parking de la route, gratuit et sûr. Le petit frère de la réception aidera à transporter les bagages au 2ème étage, louange! Le terrain est très bon demain sur le balcon, le soleil est juste éclat.

La chambre était très luxueuse et spacieuse, avec des vues pittoresques. On a l’impression de vivre dans un musée de luxe haut de gamme. La qualité du service est de premier ordre et très chaleureuse et conviviale. C'est un endroit où je veux revenir encore.

Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Pour les 15 premiers jours de ces vacances d'hiver en Europe, j'ai choisi de séjourner dans un hôtel pour le confort du petit-déjeuner. Quand je suis arrivé en Toscane, je conduisais en voiture, j'avais donc plus de liberté de choix, je me promenais à proximité et j'ai vu le magnifique environnement, j'ai donc décidé d'emménager. La maison unifamiliale était très propre et très chaleureuse ! La chambre twin dispose de deux lits militaires en fil d'acier, mais la literie est propre, car je ne suis resté qu'une nuit et je voulais faire une transition.

I stayed here for 3 nights. 👍Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can go to the city center conveniently. 👍Breakfast is typical American style with a touch of Italian. A few kinds of Italian cakes and pies are offered. 👍there's a pizzeria and a bar nearby this hotel. (7 minutes by walk) 👎Netflix isn't set on the TV. 👎the shower booth in the bathroom was too small. It was a 'double bed' room and I can say that it would be so small for 'single bed' room and even for '5 years old kid'.

La chambre est très européenne et très terrain dans le vignoble. Pourquoi les meubles sont seulement installés et ne peuvent pas être utilisés. Les installations sont simples, la chambre n'a qu'un seul chaussoir, pas d'eau chaude 㷛, une tasse, il faut organiser le bureau de demande et préparer les chaussures. La réception à 9 heures 7, c'est très inconfortable pour les voyageurs, presque. La salle de bain est très fine, il n'y a pas de place pour mettre des vêtements personnels à maillot, etc. En général, il est inconfortable de vivre, le prix est très élevé, ce prix n'est pas tout à fait précieux.
