Avantages: - Je le recommande vivement et je reviendrai certainement - C'est très nouveau et l'environnement m'a fait me sentir très à l'aise avec son style Karuizawa et sa bonne correspondance des couleurs. - La taille de la chambre est grande. - Le service du personnel est excellent et très serviable. Absolument aucun problème de communication avec l'anglais. J'apprécie particulièrement leur aide lorsque j'ai perdu mon écharpe. Les inconvénients: - La température des sources chaudes n'est légèrement pas assez chaude avec environ 40,5 degrés Celsius seulement. Je pense qu'il serait préférable de le faire à 41-42 degrés Celsius. - la salle de gym est un peu petite mais toujours très confortable

Wowee!! What a hidden gem. This hotel was small but punched a knockout!! Pricey but you get what you’ve paid for and more! Hidden in Omachi this hotel offers those wanting to go to the ski parks of all with a complimentary shuttle bus. The staff were super friendly and service was so good!! The food was to die for as I recommend the buffet style for breakaways and dinner as it had everything! Private onsen with a private onsen for females which showed their privacy. Gym, kids play room and also indoor pool. The list goes on! Thank you so much!!

Concernant la réponse de la réception Tout d'abord, je suis arrivé de nuit et l'ambiance et la réponse du personnel de la réception n'étaient pas très bonnes. Il n'y avait aucune aide avec les bagages, j'ai donc dû utiliser moi-même le chariot à l'entrée. À propos des commodités C'était très enrichissant. Des commodités étaient disponibles dans l’espace à côté de l’ascenseur, j’ai donc pu apporter ce dont j’avais besoin. Une chose que je voudrais souligner est la brosse à dents en bois. J'ai été impressionné par son confort d'utilisation et par la sensation qu'il procure dans ma bouche, ce qui en fait un article merveilleux. A propos de la chambre La pièce était grande, mais il y avait beaucoup d'espace perdu et elle était globalement très humide. Le sol était recouvert de moquette, mais il était si humide que je me sentais mal à l'aise sans porter de pantoufles. Le lit était confortable, mais j'étais aussi préoccupé par l'humidité. À propos du nettoyage des chambres Je suis resté 3 nuits consécutives cette fois, mais la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée et des serviettes de bain, des serviettes, du papier toilette, des yukata, etc. ont été laissés devant la porte. Je pense qu'ils peuvent le nettoyer pour vous si vous le demandez. À propos des sources chaudes Il y avait une source chaude au 3ème étage et c'était merveilleux. Il y avait un bain intérieur et un bain extérieur, mais le bain extérieur était particulièrement merveilleux. Toute la salle de bain était propre, équipée de la série Sekkisei et disposait de nombreux équipements. À propos du service de blanchisserie Il y avait un lave-linge et un sèche-linge, le détergent était fourni gratuitement et il était facile à utiliser. À propos du parking J'étais très heureux de pouvoir l'utiliser gratuitement. Il est situé à 5 minutes en voiture de l'échangeur de Nagano et je pense que c'est un endroit très pratique pour ceux qui l'utilisent comme base et voyagent en voiture.

A wonderful stay here. Refreshed and modern. We had the family room with two futons which was pretty spacious. The only downside was that the basin was located inside the bathroom, making it inconvenient for others to use it. The location was brilliant as it was only walking distance to Echoland with plenty of dining options. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good range though if some of the dishes could be different each day that would be even better. One thing to note that is that the car park is unsheltered. We stayed for the ski season in January and on one night there was heavy snow, so the next morning we had to spend some time shovelling the snow around our car before we could drive it out. I suspect this is pretty typical in Hakuba though. Overall we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this for a family ski trip.

My room on the 7th floor was comfortable and well-appointed. While not the largest room I've stayed in (around 18 square meters, I believe), it was certainly adequate for my needs as someone who mostly uses the room as a base for exploring. The bed was just right – not too firm, not too soft – and I slept soundly. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the comfortable armchair with an ottoman, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The view from my window wasn't spectacular, overlooking a street partially obscured by another section of the hotel, but I could still see a decent stretch of the city skyline.

The staff of hotel is great. They are kind and hospitable to help customers. We also enjoyed the hot spring a lot. We would like to visit here again in the near future.

La nourriture est bonne, la chaleur est plus simple

Incroyable que l'hôtel ait fourni des ramen ou des desserts gratuits après 21 heures. Mieux encore, leur petit-déjeuner est merveilleux avec des ingrédients frais locaux. Très proche de la gare JR. De nombreux restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel. Fortement recommandé aux voyageurs qui envisagent d'aller à Kamikochi car vous pouvez acheter les billets pour aller à Kamikochi depuis la gare JR. Très pratique. Si vous avez le temps, vous pouvez rester deux jours à l'hôtel pour profiter d'une journée entière à Kamikochi et vous promener dans la ville un autre jour.

Excellent food (breakfast and dinner, be sure to be hungry to enjoy fully). The onsen is the most beautiful and relaxing we ever had so far, especially under the snow today. Staff is nice and helpful. No regrets in choosing this hotel during our trip in the Japanese Alps

Our staying here was a pure pleasure! And I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel is fantastic, sarrounded by montains and river. The free shuttle from Chino Station makes getting here quite easy. Enjoying the onsen was a delightful experience, offering pleasure for all your senses: the hot spring water, the sounds of nature, the beautiful scenery. The traditional kaiseki dinner was exceptional! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing fresh, local ingredients. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with a perfect blend of spices. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a delightful culinary experience that complemented the serene surroundings perfectly! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to escape and rejuvenate in nature, have a comfortable and pleasant holiday away from the noisy and crowded big city. I can't wait to return during other season! Thank you!
