Very pretty and nice resort with mountain view. Friendly staffs and super super nice breakfast. However, it is too fat away from Kandy city center, you have to pay 1500+ rp for each ride, and most tuk tuk drivers don't prefer to go to this place. The google map shows wrong way and the team knew about this, but informed us just on the day of arrival, making this journey even harder.

We recently stayed at W15 Glenfall Nuwara Eliya on a bed & breakfast basis, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. We were given one of the most centered rooms with the largest balcony, offering a lovely view — definitely a highlight of our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped, with tea and coffee making facilities available. The interior felt luxurious and cozy, and the entire property is well maintained. The washroom was quite large, with basic amenities provided, and they mentioned via WhatsApp that any additional items could be requested. However, I requested two dental kits and even followed up twice, but unfortunately they were not delivered. Check-in was smooth and quick, and parking is conveniently available with a friendly and helpful security officer. The small lawn area is also nicely maintained and adds to the charm of the property. Their pre-order dining system is quite efficient, dinner needs to be ordered before 6 pm and breakfast before 10 pm the previous night. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the English breakfast, which was very well prepared. The staff were generally attentive and helpful, contributing positively to the stay. However, it would be nice to see a welcome drink at check-in, and since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, a small gesture like a cake or simple decoration would have made it more special. Also, the rooms are not fully soundproof, as some noise from the kitchen and lobby could be heard. Overall, it’s a beautiful and comfortable property in Nuwara Eliya, ideal for a relaxing getaway. With a few improvements in attention to detail, the experience could be even better. 🌿✨

A Hidden Gem – Perfect Honeymoon or Quiet Getaway This place is truly a hidden gem. It was the perfect spot for a honeymoon couple or anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway. Travel tip: From Colombo, you can catch a direct bus to Nuwalapitiya. We didn’t know this and went via Kandy, which made the journey longer than necessary. If we had known, we would have taken the direct bus—it’s much easier. Ps:The bus ride is phenomenal—very beautiful views along the way and very cheap. The property is located on a hill and is naturally beautiful, surrounded by trees and birds whose songs make the atmosphere even more serene. It does get a bit cold at night, but it was the perfect kind of chilly—cozy and refreshing. Our room had an amazing view, making it even more special. The stay itself was perfect for our honeymoon: very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were amazing, especially one gentleman at the restaurant (I didn’t catch his name, but I want to mention him). He went above and beyond to help us and was incredibly sweet and warm-hearted—it really made our stay special. A small note: we noticed the pool looked a bit dirty, which some other reviews also mentioned. However, it was clarified in the pool area that they use natural spring water without chemicals, so this is expected and actually a great eco-friendly approach. But This hotel needs some love because this is a very nice place. Another small note: there were some insects, like cockroaches, but that’s expected when staying on a hill in the middle of nature surrounded by trees. Overall, this was a truly wonderful experience and a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!!

Le bon Le personnel du café Bungalow, en particulier Adrian, qui est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour s'assurer que notre séjour est agréable. Le restaurant était un autre accent delicious et préparé avec soin. Le mauvais Le manque de climatisation a été un désavantage notable, surtout en raison de l'humidité de Kandy. La vie privée est un problème qui se pose dans le cadre de la vie privée, mais qui est très difficile à trouver. The Ugly Malheureusement, le plus grand désavantage était le problème de la mousse. Bien que certains niveaux de bugs soient attendus dans un contexte tropical, le nombre élevé de mousses, en particulier dans la salle de bain mais aussi dans la chambre, était difficile à ignorer. Il a certainement affecté notre confort général. Globalement, le Café Bungalow a beaucoup de charme et une très belle hospitalité, mais il y a quelques quicks et inconvénients qui ne peuvent pas s'adapter à chaque voyageur. Si vous êtes préparé pour un peu de charme rustique et vous pouvez gérer le manque de AC et de confidentialité, le service chaud et de grands aliments peuvent compenser les désavantages.

Nearby dining options: Being close to town means you can easily explore restaurants serving Sri Lankan curries, Indian dishes, or Western comfort food. 🤝 Hospitality & Service Friendly hosts: The owners and staff are repeatedly praised for their warmth and helpfulness. Personalized care: From arranging taxis to offering sightseeing tips, they go beyond standard service. Late check‑ins: Guests mention flexibility and understanding, which is a big plus for those arriving after long journeys. 💸 Value for Money Affordable rates: Compared to larger hotels in Nuwara Eliya, this guesthouse offers excellent value. Good balance: You get comfort and hospitality without paying premium prices.

Une très jolie petite villa avec boissons et biscuits lors du séjour, le service est bon. Il y a un total de six chambres, et il y a un salon dans le grenier avec un billard. La décoration est très sympa. La prise est une prise à trou rond et nous avons besoin d'une prise de conversion. Il y a une bouilloire dans la chambre. Le mauvais endroit est que la chasse d'eau des toilettes ne peut pas être lavée et que le robinet du lavabo est mauvais. Parce que je suis resté une nuit, je n'ai pas commenté.

Vous pouvez séjourner dans les Villa Tea Fields de Nuwara Eliya ! Les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien entretenues, avec un intérieur agréable et confortable. Le personnel est très aimable et bienvenu. Un grand endroit pour se détendre, profiter de la nature et expériencer une véritable hospitalité sri-lankaine.

J'ai été soutenu par une famille sympathique lors de mon voyage au milieu de la nature abondante du Sri Lanka. merci! Malheureusement, il pleuvait, mais nous avons passé un séjour très satisfaisant car nous avons bénéficié du transport aller-retour en Jeep Safari, Sigiriya Rock, le déjeuner et le dîner. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et un délicieux thé nous était servi à chaque fois. Même si je ne l'ai pas mangé cette fois, j'aimerais réessayer le dîner au curry qu'ils préparent ici.

L'hôte était très gentil et arrangeant. Bien que je n'aie passé qu'une seule nuit, le dîner était délicieux, la chambre était bien entretenue et équipée de la climatisation et d'un ventilateur de plafond, ce qui m'a permis de passer un séjour confortable. Le lendemain matin, après l'ascension du Pidurangala, ils ont adapté l'heure du petit-déjeuner et m'ont permis de prendre une douche après l'ascension du rocher de Sigiriya. Ils ont été très prévenants. Un grand merci ! 😊

Un salon de trois ou deux étages, deux chambres sont fixées, la troisième est fermée, la chambre est à la consommation locale, c'est possible. Le petit-déjeuner est le petit-déjeuner blanc, pas le curry, la nourriture est fraîche, et vous pouvez aussi L'environnement est bon. Le sauvage vous réveille demain matin. Le défaut est que l'eau chaude est très courte, une personne n'a pas encore lavée, l'eau est froide.
