Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, donc nous avons souvent dîné à l'hôtel. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très gentil. Les portes doivent avoir été minces, car les conversations dans la salle étaient assez audibles.

La chambre était confortable, mais la construction en cours était un problème majeur. Le bruit était persistant, et un jour, le marteau était si lourd, il était juste près de ma chambre, ce qui ne permettait pas de se reposer ou de dormir correctement. L'expérience du restaurant GOMA a été particulièrement frustrant, nous avons commandé un repas de cours et nous avons demandé spécifiquement les tailles des portions, en disant que chaque portion serait adaptée à une personne. Mais quand le repas est arrivé, les portions étaient assez grandes pour plus de deux personnes. Nous avons dû annuler le cours principal et d'autres plats car nous ne pouvions pas finir les premiers. Il est de la responsabilité du restaurant d'informer les invités sur les tailles des portions, et cette malcommunication a conduit à une expérience de repas malheureuse. Le restaurant Shivam et Vijay étaient incroyablement attentifs, souvenant toujours de mes commandes régulières et assurant que j'avais mon café packé quand j'étais pressé de travailler. Jaytin du Musafar Restaurant a été un grand appui avec des déjeuners emballés, nous a toujours fourni de délicieux aliments et nous a accordé une attention particulière à nos préférences. Arjun de la cuisine en chambre était constamment polie et amiable, faisant de chaque repas une expérience agréable. Bien que l'hôtel ait eu ses défis, les efforts de ces membres du personnel ont aidé à améliorer mon séjour.

I will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here. I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive. So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect. The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful. The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles. The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job. Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

Cleanliness: The room was clean, not spotless but is a good stay Service: Staff was friendly at front desk Comfort: Bed was comfortable. Location: Convenient to transport and food area Breakfast : Mostly local food. As foreigner, preferably fried noodles or rice will be great.

Excellent suite rooms. Neat clean new construction . Nice closed swimming pool , very enjoyable . Gym is good . Restaurant serves great food . Matured understanding professional staff . We enjoyed staying there . Recommended for friends and family

We had stayed at Hotel Sai Jashan previously, and our experience was so good that we chose to stay here again. The hotel continues to maintain excellent cleanliness standards, and the hospitality of the staff is truly commendable. Everyone is courteous, helpful, and makes guests feel welcome throughout their stay. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless. We highly recommend Hotel Sai Jashan to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Decent hotel, a bit outdated room furniture but ,great friendly freindly staff ,Restaurant was good and clean and amazing food

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

The hotel is located very close to the international airport, which is convenient. However, on the day I visited, there was a road blockage which was not shown on Google Maps. My driver asked me to get down and walk, which I declined, and instead we had to take a 2.5 km detour to reach the lobby. The staff explained that this was due to government work and that even they had to commute the same way. At the front desk, service felt a bit cold. For example, guests are asked to collect their own welcome drink, which is fine, but not something I’ve experienced at other Mumbai properties. I also tried calling the restaurant and service desk multiple times for dinner, but no one picked up. On the positive side, they did offer me a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. Overall, cleanliness was good and the hotel is decent if you just need a convenient stay while transiting through the international airport. For leisure purposes, however, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.
