The hotel staff were very nice. The room was soso. But the bathroom was dirty and they have flies and insects inside. Flying everywhere. Even though they said will get back to me but they didn't.

J'ai apprécié l'hôtel. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, avec des draps propres et agréables. Chaussons, serviettes, savon, gel douche et bonnets de douche sont fournis. C'est calme. Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au deuxième étage. C'est un hôtel plutôt correct. Le prix est un plus. Une nuit nous a coûté 2 500 roubles. L'hôtel est simple. Il n'y a pas de piscine. Le personnel est sympathique.

Hôtel de bon rapport qualité-prix avec un petit-déjeuner correct et des repas du soir à prix raisonnables. Idéalement situé, il permet d'accéder à pied à de nombreux bars sympas, restaurants bon marché et commerces de proximité. La circulation dans le quartier peut être très dense, les trajets en taxi peuvent donc être longs. Le personnel était très aimable. La salle de fitness est suffisamment bien équipée pour être intéressante. La piscine sur le toit n'est qu'un bassin de nage, il est impossible d'y nager, mais elle doit être agréable en été. Attention, certaines chambres sont communicantes, ce qui peut occasionner des nuisances sonores, car une porte n'isole pas efficacement du bruit. Une bouilloire, quelques sachets de thé et de café sont fournis, mais ils n'ont pas été remplacés. De même, l'eau potable est fournie à l'arrivée, mais n'est pas renouvelée. La décoration est correcte, le lit était confortable et tout fonctionnait dans la chambre. Dans l'ensemble, un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely amazing stay. The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay. The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions. Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness. Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.

Installations de base. La chambre est délicate mais vieille et doit refléter plus de luminosité et de propreté. Par rapport au niveau international, l'hôtel doit accroître la propreté et le contrôle de la qualité. Le soutien a été bon et les efforts ont été appréciés, mais la gestion de l'hôtel doit investir davantage pour se conformer au taux international équivalent par nuit. Il est presque impossible de noter que les conditions du pays sont actuellement difficiles et qu'il est possible de se conformer aux services de base, et l'hôtel a réussi à fournir les bases de l'eau/de l'eau chaude, de l'électricité et de l'A/C presque 24/7. Pouvez commander la livraison à l'extérieur de la chambre. Adéquat pour les tarifs compétitifs, et les clients qui souhaitent passer du temps en plein air, comme pour les voyageurs, les jeunes touristes et les clients régionaux.

L'hôtel le plus beau à Beyrouth! J'ai séjourné à quelques hôtels à Hamra & c'est facilement le meilleur hôtel. Tous les membres du personnel sont extrêmement polis et utiles. Chambre est propre et confortable. Site parfait pour tout. Ne peut pas recommander cet hôtel assez!

Many thanks to the manager-supervisor Ahmad. Without his help, I would have been in a very difficult situation. I had a business in Beirut and he gave me all the necessary information about SIM cards, the Internet, how to use Google maps offline, where to buy the chocolate I needed, and even offered me a guide around Beirut. Moreover, Ahmad personally arranged with the chocolate shops, and I just had to come and buy what I needed. I am very grateful to him!!!

Местоположение у отеля хорошее, номер понравился, завтрак на троечку, каждый день одно и то же, хумус и соусы кисловатые, яйца заветренные. Также была неприятная ситуация, которая выяснилась, когда мы уже выселились. Сейф в номере не работал и мы в ящике под вещами оставляли кошелек с деньгами. И позже обнаружили, что не хватает 100$. Нигде, кроме как в отеле они пропасть не могли. Так что советую всем быть бдительными, никакие деньги в номере не оставлять и настаивать на исправном сейфе. Видимо обслуживающий персонал, занимающийся номерами в этом отеле недобросовестный.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Beirut. The entire team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Paul, Amira, and Ahmad for their kindness, support, and professionalism. Even the team members whose names I didn’t catch were amazing and made me feel truly at home. The location is excellent, very convenient and central. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Lebanon again. Highly recommended.

This hotel has great service and the location is in central hamra near Barbar and many other main restaurants and coffee shops. The price is affordable and the rooms are clean. This is not some 5 star or luxury hotel and the room is not big. The one thing that annoyed me was the fact that the rooms were very close together so you can hear people talking to each other or on the phone. Overall, great customer service and value for money!
