⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional hotel, exceptional people A heartfelt thank you to Hotel Azura and its entire team. I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. Accueil chaleureux au dernier étage (ascenseur )avec vue sur mer. Chambre spacieuse propre avec petit balcon et étendoir. Personnel très sympa et gentil à nos petits soins. Déjeuner correct/ merci à la famille Kalemi. ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We stayed here for 3 nights as a group of six and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location with beautiful sea views. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety each morning. The location is excellent, with easy access to Sarandë town, Ksamil, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach. We found it very convenient for exploring the Albanian Riviera. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Orchids Hotel to couples, families, and groups visiting Sarandë, and I would happily stay here again.

The room is a bit hot at the beginning because the AC and the fridge were turned of when we arrived so they took time to run properly. The pool was fun however since it’s a outdoor pool so it wasn’t that clean, just at an acceptable level. Some lights weren’t lighting The toilet is not very clean - it smells. The shower sometimes doesn’t have hot water and sometimes worser, doesn’t have water at all. But one good thing about it is that the toilet and the shower are separated, that’s especially useful when we’re travelling in a group of 5 as we can use different areas at the same time. View is beautiful - sea view Good location, many beaches and restaurants around it.

The place was good enough for the money, 15 minutes walk from the Sarandë center / bus stop, which is big disadvantage if you want to take a taxi they would charge you a lot. But it’s calm and not far from a rocky beach. The amenities are clean and good. Balcony was nice specially morning view of the sea. Considering it’s blocked by trees and buildings. The area is quiet and you can sleep nicely. The bed in the bedroom is comfy however not ventilated so you would need to turn the AC a bit earlier to keep the apartment cool. PS no washing machine and the owner would charge you for each wash.

I had a really pleasant stay in this lovely room. It was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax. They served good breakfast too. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping for. The only downside was that there was no Wi-Fi in the room, which was a bit disappointing—TV needs wifi or internet to work too. I managed, but it would definitely improve the experience if Wi-Fi were available directly in the room. Overall, a charming place to stay, and I’d happily return once the Wi-Fi issue is sorted!

A very good and fresh hotel with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location — just 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Cafes and shops are nearby, but there are no noisy streets around. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the towels are good quality. There is also a small hygiene set in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, and soap), everything is clean and tidy. If you are lucky with the neighbors and they follow the basic rules of community living, the stay can be just perfect. Another big plus — the hotel has its own parking.

L'endroit était très moderne, joliment décoré, propre et très calme. Tout le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Le seul bémol concernait l'hôtel : nous avions réservé un séjour avec petit-déjeuner, servi dans un restaurant en face, ce qui ne nous posait aucun problème. Cependant, le choix était limité : une seule boisson, un seul plat et deux tranches de pain par personne. Si l'on prenait des œufs, il n'y en avait que deux par personne. Je ne mange pas beaucoup le matin, mais si vous avez un gros appétit, je vous conseille de ne pas inclure le petit-déjeuner dans votre réservation.

L'un des meilleurs endroits où j'ai séjourné. L'emplacement est excellent, les appartements sont propres, confortables et bien équipés, ce qui a rendu notre séjour merveilleux. Ce qui a vraiment rendu cette expérience exceptionnelle, c'est Mme Florinka. C'est l'une des personnes les plus gentilles et accueillantes que j'aie jamais rencontrées, et son hospitalité nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous. Si je retourne en Albanie, je ne songerai à séjourner nulle part ailleurs. Merci Mme Florinka pour votre hospitalité exceptionnelle et pour avoir rendu notre voyage si mémorable !

Hotel Blue Bay Our stay in the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View was flawless. The accommodation was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully appointed with excellent amenities. Warm, professional service from the staff set a welcoming tone throughout our visit. Enjoying a high-quality breakfast alongside panoramic, direct sea views was a major highlight. Hotel Blue Bay delivers an outstanding experience and is highly recommended for couples seeking a premium coastal retreat.
