Clerk was friendly and expedient with check in. The room was as expected and they provided parking for my truck and trailer. Overall I had a good experience.

C'était super que les principaux sites touristiques ne soient qu'à 20 minutes à pied ! Cependant, les alentours de l'hôtel ne sont pas très sûrs. Il y avait pas mal de bruit, alors j'ai dormi avec mon casque antibruit. C'était bon marché, donc je me suis dit que ça valait le coup. On peut s'y rendre en bus depuis l'aéroport, mais Uber ne coûtait qu'environ 5 000 yens, alors j'ai utilisé Uber !

Room was as expected... Included breakfast very good Friday!! Scrambled eggs hot and well cooked, potato cubes well cooked and tasty Breakfast Saturday okay, but not as good as Friday, cheese omelet..cool and uninspiring, potato wedges not completely cooked, coffee both days very good

What they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts. The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast. Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

In our opinion, the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Belleville, Ontario should be the benchmark for all such hotels. My husband and I have been traveling from Indiana to Quebec for some years, and this hotel provided our best experience _ever_ for our overnight stay on our trip, going up or coming back. The desk clerk, a very helpful young woman named Raymon M., was exceedingly kind and personable as well as professional. We called when we found ourselves downtown with no hotel in sight, and Ray quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the solution (we'd left out part of the address in the GPS), then watched for us to arrive, and made us feel welcome when we did. The room rate was quite reasonable, and they were able to give us a ground floor room, as requested. The hotel was very clean and clearly well cared for, in our room as well as in the public areas. The breakfast options were fresh and ample, including fresh fruit as well as cereal (for me), a waffle iron (which my husband loved) and sausages that looked (and apparently tasted) like good quality sausages. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel wasn't just one of a cluster of such hotels near the 401, and that there were ample resources nearby for food, though we arrived in the late evening. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Belleville has become our go-to for our future driving trips up to Quebec. In fact, I wish I could clone it and set the clones down wherever we need to stop overnight! It is SO good. ~ Rebecca & James Longster (Stay: Dec 20-21, 2024)

1. Depuis la gare d'Ottawa, prenez le métro et descendez à Rideau. Vous pouvez facilement rejoindre l'hôtel à pied. 2. C'est un hôtel transformé en prison. C'est très créatif et mérite d'être découvert. 3. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. 4. Le café est gratuit. 5. Il vous suffit de marcher jusqu'au centre-ville pour découvrir pleinement les bâtiments et les rivières typiques de la capitale canadienne. 6. Il existe de nombreux restaurants dans le centre commercial proposant un choix varié. 7. De bons souvenirs. 8. Je reviendrai.
