Hôtels 4 étoiles à Vilnius, Lituanie

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und wirkt von außen sehr modern. Zumindest das Zimmer, das ich bewohnte (1206) war jedoch veraltet (fleckiger Teppichboden, kein Smart-TV, alte Möbel, altes Bad). Man sollte darauf achten, ein Zimmer mit Außenfenster zu buchen, diese haben einen schönen Blick auf die Kathedrale. Geschlafen habe ich sehr gut! Im Zimmer fehlte die ”Green Card”, ohne diese wird das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Der Safe war am Boden des Schrankes angebracht, so dass man jedesmal in die Knie gehen musste, um diesen zu benutzen. Frühstück ist sehr gut, wenn jedoch eine Busgruppe kommt, ist der große Frühstücksraum schnell voll. Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber es gibt keine Rezeption, sondern nur eine Infobox, besetzt mit einer Person, da man dort einchecken muss, können lange Schlangen entstehen. Trip.com hat bei meiner Reservierung zwei Personen gemeldet, statt einer, also musste ich, obwohl alleinreisend, die doppelte City-Tax bezahlen, um einchecken zu können, dies ließ sich angeblich im System des Hotels nicht ändern!

Very nice hotel. Well located in Vilnius old town next to every interesting point. Room is claen with plenty of space. Only bit of downside is the curtain cannot keep outside light in the morning. Breakfast is average. Staff are nice.

Un grand hôtel!! Oui, un peu daté, mais c'est le charme. Bons chambres de taille, chauffées chaudes en hiver, avec une belle salle de bains et une BATH! Le petit déjeuner était aussi super! N'essayant pas la piscine et la sauna, mais il semblait populaire!

Les chambres et l'hôtel lui-même sont un peu fatigués, mais rester ici pour la nuit est tout à fait correct. Non loin de l'hôtel se trouvent Užupis et les principales attractions de la ville. Malgré le fait que l'hôtel ne soit pas neuf, je peux hautement féliciter le travail du personnel - politesse et propreté de haut niveau.

It's my first time to stay at holiday inn and I would say that it was a memorable experience. The location is near from the old town. Many restaurants, pub and grocery stores. Only from 5-10 mins walk. Public transportations like trains/buses are nearby. Easy to locate and find. The room was clean and spacious. Modern and useful. Comfy beds with fresh towels/linens. Fast check in/out. Staff attentive and professional specially ”Lina” she allowed me to check in early and helped me about my questions regarding where to goad etc. The breakfast was amazing! Many varieties and rich. Hotel amenities like gym, spa and toiletries are the only cons that I could say. Gym small but useful. I wasn't able to use the sauna because of short time/stay. While toiletries has no slippers, extra toohbrush/paste and etc. my overall experience was great. I will definitely come back here again and highly recommended!

L'hôtel est dans le centre de la vieille ville. Lors de votre séjour, une belle sœur de la réception a fait le travail, la voix est particulièrement chaude et le goût de la sauce de Taiwan. Il y a une bouteille d'eau chaude. L'espace est OK, la lumière est bonne, vous pouvez également voir le paysage. Il y a une bataille dans les rues.

This is a theme hotel and the theme is poets and authors, so each room is named after a different author and inside the rooms there are paintings and photos and books of the author and other authors. But one goes to a hotel to find a comfortable stay and leave the authors for the museums. Why does the theme interfere with having a shower curtain and not have the water spill all over the floor or have the bath on legs so tall that I almost lost my balance twice and then almost slipped on the wet floor????? And only one toilet paper roll? And no phone connecting to the front desk which is really far away from the room. So each time to walk back and forth. And when you get there it is unmanned so go ahead and wait some 10-15 minutes until someone will come. The location is really great. The breakfast is regular nothing to write home about.

Check in was a breeze and was greeted by Justas, who has an amazing smile and was really helpful, showing me Vilnius map and saying hi every time we meet. Such service surpass many of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was clean and has: shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, cotton pad, kettle, cups, mini fridge, normal Europe plugs and usb A and C chargers, TV, nice pillows (4 in total), towels. There’s no bathrobes, WiFi sometimes drops off during peak hours but one is not supposed to be staying in the comfortable room but should be out exploring. Love this hotel and will stay here again if I’m in Vilnius.
