Hôtels 3 étoiles à Dili, Timor oriental

Positive: This was my first time in this hotel and I stayed for 10 nights. This is a reasonably priced and good hotel in Dili. The 25 square meters guestroom has everything that I needed, apart from a comfortable bed - a work desk, work chair, desk lamp, additional chairs, breakfast, wifi, a 1.5-liter water bottle daily, electric kettle, Chinese tea sachets, mini refrigerator, hot water for shower, free laundry service, plenty of natural light, and two wall sockets (combined US A-Type and Euro C-Type, and Australia Type I) on every wall. In fact, they do not properly advertise the amenities they provide that should be their main selling point, and the available photos of a guestroom is inadequate that do not show the whole range of amenities they provide. And their human quality is excellent - friendly, helpful, English speaking staff members, including some janitors. I will stay in this hotel when I visit Dili again. I highly recommend this hotel. Negative: There are a few negative things, but these are beyond the hotel's control. For example, poor internet connectivity. Suggestion: The hotel could install a central main light in the guestroom from the ceiling and include a pedestal fan, as air conditioning is not always required. Another important and sustainable suggestion is to provide continuous electricity connection to the mini refrigerator. Presently, electricity connection to the refrigerator is turned off when the door keycard is removed when leaving the room, but I think that power supply to the refrigerator should be uninterrupted to keep stored food items fresh and safe.

Il est difficile de trouver. Pas de Grab ou Gojek à Dili, donc j'ai demandé à l'avance sur le pick-up aéroport et n'a pas eu de réponse. L'entrée n'a pas l'air d'un hôtel, et le conducteur de taxi qui l'a trouvé insistait que c'était l'adresse erronée. Il y a un hôtel moins cher à 100 m de la route non listée sur Tripadvisor, ce dernier est un peu mieux. Le propriétaire m'a dit que le départ à 6 h serait bon pour un vol à 8 h. Il n'était pas terminé, et j'ai dû réveiller la fille à 4 h pour ouvrir la porte. Si j'avais manqué le vol après son conseil, cela aurait été entièrement sur lui. Dans le cas contraire, le lieu est propre, bien que les chambres ne soient pas averties quotidiennement.

Il n'y a pas de grands problèmes négatifs sur ce lieu, mais il n'y a pas de grands problèmes positifs. Le fait que Dili ait besoin de transports ou de transports ne favorise pas l'hôtel, mais il n'a rien à voir avec l'hôtel lui-même. Il n'y a pas de distance de marche à partir de là.

Le personnel était vraiment très sympathique ! Les installations étaient un peu vieillottes, mais c'est le cas de la plupart des hôtels à Dili. L'hôtel est situé directement sur la plage et il y a un supermarché à proximité, ce qui le rend très pratique. Ils proposent même un service de blanchisserie gratuit, ce qui m'a permis de passer une semaine confortable. Merci !

一大早的飛機，凌晨就得退房，所以早早就睡了，剛睡了一會，刺耳的警報聲就響起來了，於是趕緊穿衣服準備撤離，這時又一個刺耳的男聲在大聲的説著聽不明白的話，匆匆忙忙剛到樓下問原因，得之是有人偷偷抽煙觸發了報警器……再回房間怎麼也睡不着了，不到三點迷迷糊糊的退了房，酒店方不應該道歉甚至賠償嗎？
