Nothing special, just a clean room in a good location to the airport. Nothing to do with kids, but no complaint. We just needed two beds... FREE airport shuttle is plus

Blu chips spa tower is my favorite place to stay when I visit Michigan City IN. The rooms are always clean and so spacious and up to date. The bathroom Vanity has plenty of room for necessities. There are ample outlets for phone chargers and watch chargers next to each side of the beds.

Lovely and convenient room. Hot water, coffee and tea are provided at the dining area. The pool is also enjoyable. Great location (close to the downtown area), with only a few minutes’ walk to important business district and sightseeing places.

La chambre était propre et confortable. La piscine était fermée et c'était le 1er juin, c'était un bumper. Ils annoncent un petit-déjeuner gourmet, à ma surprise --- il n'était même pas proche, pas de crème pour le café, une des boissons de jus était hors , pas de yogurt, puis pour le débarrasser tout --- La machine à waffles était détestable!!! Putain, & quand j'ai demandé à la dame de faire un waffle devant moi sur son waffle de coller au fabricant de waffle, l'hôte dit ”Bien, c'est parce que tout le non-stick coating sur le fabricant de waffle est dégagé” et l'hôtel était censé avoir un nouveau !!! Lorsque je l'ai éliminé avec un couteau - des choses noires apparaissaient sur elle ... Alors inutile de dire NO Waffle pour moi Aujourd'hui!! Le fabricant de waffle n'aurait même pas dû être en utilisation! Wow. Et la température des liens de sauce était froide au touche!! Très déçu, Louann Archer/Steven Vaughn

We arrived an hour early for check in but the lady at the counter pointed at sign that they are still cleaning the room. I understand but the parking lot was empty, and surely there was at least one ready. However I understand its a rule for a reason. She seemed troubled that we were there wanting to try to get unpacked early. If it was exceedingly clean I may not write a review. However there was a used coffee pod still in coffee maker, and the bathroom coulda used some additional cleaning. Toilet had stains and tubs corners were dirty from buildup.

L'hôtel était très confortable pour visiter ma grand-mère. Très nombreux restaurants à proximité. L'un des problèmes était la pression de l'eau dans la douche. Mon cheveux n'est pas très long et il a fallu éternuement sortir du shampooing. Total, confortable visite.

We were traveling for a volleyball tournament and needed a hotel for Saturday/Sunday. I had read an earlier comment that the hotel was very loud with the volleyball teams staying there. We did not have any problems with noise of any type. Check in and check out were very quick. The room had 5 USB ports for charging electronics along with the regular outlets that you could put a charger into. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee, and microwave. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Would stay again and will recommend to friends.

J'ai demandé une restitution et ils me disent TRIP.COM Ils doivent les toucher directement. S'il vous plaît aidez-moi. La chambre était près de l'ascenseur et de la chambre mécanique. C'était si bruyant que nous n'avons pas beaucoup dormi. La douche était à l'arrière et quand une personne est venue pour expliquer cela, nous avons demandé le bruit. Il a dit que les gens dans 108 (nous), 208 et 308 se plaignent toujours. Il y a 60 chambres et 10 voitures dans le parking. Il était tout à fait inutile d'être dans cette pièce.
