Hôtels 4 étoiles à Visayas centrales, Philippines

Très bel hôtel et très pratique. L’hôtel n’est pas nouveau mais vient de passer chez Accor. Le checkin pourrait être amélioré (monde conséquent), mais l’expérience globale est très satisfaisante. Je recommande ! Étant membre Accor plus platinum, j’ai dû réserver par trip car le prix était moins de 2 fois moins cher ! Incompréhensible.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by clear blue waters that create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The tranquil environment made it an ideal choice for a quick getaway. The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort. However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return. Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests. In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable.

Une si belle station !!! Je n'ai pas eu l'enregistrement le plus accueillant, mais Ralph a enregistré mon ami et il a immédiatement eu une chambre. Nous sommes passés à Ralph et il a tout remis rapidement et il y avait de la place pour nous également. Il est tellement compétent, approche et très chaleureux envers le client. Mis à part l'enregistrement, le petit-déjeuner propose de nombreuses options, bars à cocktails / happy hours du lundi au jeudi, une bonne affaire !! J'ai adoré le Salt and Sky Bar sur le toit, la vue sur le coucher du soleil est incroyable. Paddle board, kayak et les 8 piscines différentes que nous avons testées. Vous voulez un menu de grillades incroyable, et le serveur apportera également votre cocktail à la plage. Le personnel amical a rendu le voyage si agréable et les autres invités, principalement coréens, sont très sympathiques et gentils. J'ai passé le meilleur Noël dans ce complexe et j'ai hâte de revenir avec mon mari.

Mon premier voyage en Asie du Sud-Est a été incroyablement agréable. L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer Mactan à pied. Il y a un grand supermarché à proximité, fréquenté par les locaux, donc tout est moins cher qu'au centre commercial. De nombreux restaurants proposent également un service de livraison à domicile, ce qui est très pratique. Comme l'hôtel est situé directement sur la plage, je ne me sens pas en danger pour sortir le soir. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait et la vue sur l'océan était fantastique. Les travaux de construction près de la piscine principale étaient un peu décevants, mais j'ai passé un excellent moment à profiter de la belle piscine sans aucun inconvénient. ~^^

We loved the convenient location, especially being so close to the airport. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant staff were especially kind and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

Nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit à cause d'un vol retardé. La réceptionniste était extrêmement accueillante et aimable. Elle nous a tout expliqué. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables. Il y avait peut-être trop de meubles, ce qui limitait la circulation. Les oreillers étaient beaucoup trop mous et étaient complètement aplatis le matin. L'emplacement était idéal, avec de nombreux commerces et services à proximité, et l'établissement était propre.

It's one my memorable experience hotel in my recent trip. All staff are very friendly. If you're looking for the best sunset view, look no further because their rooftop bar is amazing and have incredible sunset view. Gym is very tiny  so I think that this facilities that they need to improve and expand if they can. In terms of location, a bit out from the central Alona beach but I like that it's quiet and closer to The mist restaurant. Around 5 to 7 mins Tuktuk ride to Alona Beach. I would not recommend booking an activities via reception tho as I find it a bit overpriced. There are other options! Buffet breakfast has a variety of selections. My room and the bed is heaven and the  balcony is overlooking the beach and with an amazing sunset view and it soooo spacious!! If you're going out at night for bar hopping and clubs try to leave a little early as there's not enough tuk tuk outside around 10 or 11 to take you there. Going back to your hotel is not a problem as there's more transport in the central area. Overall, it was an amazing and memorable experience. 

Avantages et inconvénients de séjourner ici.. Avantages : 1. L'emplacement est super 2. Navette gratuite vers la plage 3. Espace piscine 4. Salle de sport 5. Petit déjeuner à emporter pour nous lorsque nous avons dû partir à 2 heures du matin pour une visite 6. Espace plage exclusif et privé Inconvénients : 1. La chambre sentait l'humidité et le moisi 2. Les salles de bain sont TRÈS petites. Aucune porte vitrée ne les sépare. Ils utilisent un rideau. 3. Il fallait demander des chaussons et de l'eau. 4. Le processus d'enregistrement a pris 4 heures. Oui. 4 heures. Apparemment, la chambre n'était pas prête. Nous sommes arrivés à 12 heures et ne nous sommes enregistrés qu'après 16 heures. 5. Le petit déjeuner est décevant. Optez plutôt pour une chambre sans petit déjeuner et mangez à l'extérieur de l'hôtel car il y a beaucoup de choix. 6. La nourriture est vraiment mauvaise. Surtout la nourriture indienne et certains plats occidentaux. Nous avons commandé de la nourriture assis à la piscine. Le mouton vindaloo était comme un ragoût épais avec une pointe épicée. NE COMMANDEZ PAS DE NOURRITURE À L'HÔTEL. Faites une promenade à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, il y a peu d'endroits où manger et prendre un café, y compris Starbucks.

Hôtel agréable et très bien situé, à proximité des restaurants, du centre commercial et des plats à emporter. Seul bémol : l’attente à la salle de sport était de 6 h, comme indiqué, alors qu’elle n’ouvrait qu’à 7 h. Cependant, la salle était bien équipée et mon fils a beaucoup apprécié la piscine. J’y retournerai sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Cebu.

Liked this place. Not quite sure what was newly renovated as the room was still quite basic and no hot water to speak of. Fortunately the amenities (pools) made up for it. It’s far from other amenities for shopping etc and the shuttles are limited and generally full but grab is easy to hail. It’s a shame they don’t allow grab drivers with food in though and you have to meet them at the gate. If you don’t want this service affecting your catering business then improve your catering facilities to offer more of what people want. Highlight - pools and inflatables, beach clearly man made and more like concrete than sand. Low point - loud and noisy functions in the numerous tented venues.
