Hôtels 4 étoiles à Visayas centrales, Philippines

Très bel hôtel et très pratique. L’hôtel n’est pas nouveau mais vient de passer chez Accor. Le checkin pourrait être amélioré (monde conséquent), mais l’expérience globale est très satisfaisante. Je recommande ! Étant membre Accor plus platinum, j’ai dû réserver par trip car le prix était moins de 2 fois moins cher ! Incompréhensible.

Fantastic stay and real island getaway!  View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.  Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.  Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.  wifi connections are good islandwise but it’s more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.  do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

Une si belle station !!! Je n'ai pas eu l'enregistrement le plus accueillant, mais Ralph a enregistré mon ami et il a immédiatement eu une chambre. Nous sommes passés à Ralph et il a tout remis rapidement et il y avait de la place pour nous également. Il est tellement compétent, approche et très chaleureux envers le client. Mis à part l'enregistrement, le petit-déjeuner propose de nombreuses options, bars à cocktails / happy hours du lundi au jeudi, une bonne affaire !! J'ai adoré le Salt and Sky Bar sur le toit, la vue sur le coucher du soleil est incroyable. Paddle board, kayak et les 8 piscines différentes que nous avons testées. Vous voulez un menu de grillades incroyable, et le serveur apportera également votre cocktail à la plage. Le personnel amical a rendu le voyage si agréable et les autres invités, principalement coréens, sont très sympathiques et gentils. J'ai passé le meilleur Noël dans ce complexe et j'ai hâte de revenir avec mon mari.

Hotel was lovely. Gym was good and not too busy. Pools in good condition and able to get a sunbed. The beach was good but a lot of seaweed and they run water sports from it so only a small area to swim. No drinks service on the beach. Happy hour was good value from 4-7 which was BOGOF. Room service pizza was delicious! Only negatives were that my room was on the beach and there was an event on so it was quite noisy. Also the air conditioning was awful and would switch off frequently So constantly being woken up too hot and having to switch it back on. The place also attracts a lot of Americans so prepare for people screaming across the room/pool/beach at each other 😂

Love this place and will definitely come back! We’ve only stayed here for 1 night on our way back to Manila. I wish I’ve booked for a few nights. The ambience was nice. My kids loved it there- the lifeguard was very proactive too. They have the best spag bolognaise and great service from the restaurant. My only negative feedback - the check in was a bit of a hassle. Check in time was 3pm which is already a bit late, I’ve checked in to find out our room was not even ready. But it was ok though because we were allowed to use the swimming pool and beach access whilst we were waiting, it would be annoying though if you just wanted to go straight to your room to lie down and rest. In saying this, I’ve seen their housekeepers working really hard as the place was understandably busy. Will 100% recommended this place to my friends and family who would travel to Cebu. :)

Found main resturant staff and reception very helpful and happy in their work. Skybar staff need a good shake up. Please be aware of dress codes for hotel. Not that it affected me but it may some on holiday. Pool dress code. Sykbar dress code. Resturant dress code. Pool and rooms very clean. A big thank you to Bryan for arranging our trip to Oslob.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? L'hôtel est à 10 minutes du centre-ville, mais une navette gratuite propose des horaires réguliers. Le front de mer est un peu petit et la plage n'est pas très propre. Je recommande néanmoins cet hôtel. Nous y sommes allés pendant la saison des typhons à Manille, notre vol a donc été modifié. Le personnel a eu la gentillesse de nous permettre un enregistrement anticipé et un départ tardif. Il y a un buffet pour le petit-déjeuner et j'apprécie particulièrement le changement de menu quotidien. Nous espérons simplement qu'il y aura plus de navettes vers le centre-ville afin de réduire les frais de transport. Merci de votre accueil, Solea Coast :)

Dans l'ensemble, c'est correct. Chambre et installations propres. Le service à la réception est lent. J'ai attendu presque une heure pour l'enregistrement. Probablement à cause des vacances. Les employés de première ligne sont fatigués et ne peuvent même pas sourire. Comparé à l'hôtel Belmont, un hôtel adjacent, et également sous Megaworld, le Savoy est à la traîne en termes de service.

C est un grand hôtel, avec un personnel très à l écoute. Dommage pour la piscine qui est en réfection depuis longtemps, il pourrai le signaler, je ne pense pas que se soit fini bientôt; Petit déjeuner varié
