Great hotel and location, but noisy nights and chaotic breakfast Overall, this is a very good hotel with an excellent central location. However, breakfast was quite chaotic every morning. This could easily be improved by extending the breakfast hours or organising time slots more effectively to avoid overcrowding. The main reason we wouldn’t return to this hotel, though, is the noise during the nights. There were frequent street races taking place right in front of the hotel – loud engines, screeching tyres, and cars repeatedly circling the block. This made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Surprisingly, nobody seemed to intervene, not even the police, even though it involved the same cars night after night. We can’t imagine we were the only ones disturbed – surely this must affect other guests and residents in the area as well.

Great stay overall! The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a good variety with something for everyone. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere made for an enjoyable visit. I would happily stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful. Best hotel in Sundsvall, no other hotels can compare with this one. The staff is exceptionally amazing and friendly!

aurait été mieux si la chambre double avait un lit de reine- ou de taille royale au lieu de deux lits uniques placés ensemble

Il n'y avait absolument rien à plaindre, sauf possible qu'il n'y avait pas de bouchon d'eau dans la salle de bain quand la douche n'avait pas de porte et il était mouillé sur le sol. Le petit déjeuner était fantastique à la fois sur la qualité et la variation. Un supplément pour payer le minibar directement de la chambre.

조식 시간보다 이르게 출발해서 로비에 조식 포장 부탁했는데 미리 잘 해주셨어요

Bra bemötande av personal,men..de hade glömt extrasäng. När jag fick en extrasäng va den trasig och stenhård att ligga på. Vid utcheckning Så personal att de hade 5 gamla extrasängar kvar och jag hade fått den gamla. De 50 nya extrasängarna fanns väl inte tillgängliga antar jag. Så sov inte en blund.Så varmt i rummet och bara en liten fläkt. Men god frukost 🤗

飯店本身沒有停車位，但附近街道及碼頭周邊有許多公有付費車位（Parkering），停好車後需使用瑞典通用的停車 App（如 Easypark）繳費。飯店到Stora Torget（大廣場）：城市的靈魂心臟步行很近！只是飯店房間數超多，我們的家庭房竟然在飯店裡面的最角落，提著行李要走很久！飯店的早餐務必要加購！美味！可以自己烤鬆餅，烤出來的鬆餅好吃！
