Good location, close proximity within few minutes walking distance to KSL and many eateries. Nicely decorated and clean unit, aircon is powerful and wifi is working well. Thanks to the host for helping us book the Karaoke room, my family had a great time singing. Unfortunately our stay is too short and we didn't get a chance to use the pool table when we realised the apartment also has one. Only shortcoming is the pungent smell especially in the common bathroom coming from the sewage, but I realised it is very common in most apartments in JB that I have stayed so far. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Joli petit hôtel économique. Confortable et propre. Le seul inconvénient est que la salle de bain n'avait qu'une douche à effet pluie, mais pas de pomme de douche extérieure si je ne souhaite pas me mouiller les cheveux. De plus, le climatiseur est directement au-dessus du lit, ce qui fait qu'il fera extrêmement froid à l'avenir.

We booked this accommodation at the last min as we were looking for a play to stay. Location was great, near CIQ and Komtar JBCC. Room wasn’t very clean but liveable for one night. There was a stain on our comforter and bedsheet (as seen in pic) and we told the staff to change it but I think due to miscom they gave us a thin piece of blanket (?) instead. So we basically slept without a comforter but it’s fine cos the aircon wasn’t very cold. It got colder towards the morning. There wasn’t any hair dryer too. We could also hear vehicles passing by and people closing their doors etc, the area wasn’t very soundproof. Still, we managed to get a good rest. Would recommend if you’re not fussy and looking for cheaper alternatives.

Perfectly located with restaurants, convenience stores, and everything you need within walking distance. The room and bathroom are on the smaller side, but they're functional and fine for a short stay. Just note that if you're a larger person, the compact bathroom might feel a bit cramped. ---

Great value for money! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For just S$50+ per night, I think Crystal Crown Hotel offers good value. The room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay pleasant. One thing I really appreciated was having two vanity areas, one inside the bathroom and another in front of the bed. It was especially convenient since we were getting ready to attend a wedding, so we didn’t have to take turns. The room also came with a bathtub, which was a nice bonus at this price point and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, while the hotel may not be the newest, it’s clean, comfortable, and practical. If you’re looking for an affordable stay in Johor Bahru with spacious rooms and useful amenities, this is definitely a solid option.

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Had a pleasant stay at Austin Regency by MWM. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short getaway. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options, shopping malls, and attractions nearby in the Mount Austin area. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions throughout the stay. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable experience. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Johor Bahru and would consider staying here again in the future.

La nourriture musulmane est un peu difficile à trouver autour de l'hôtel mais ce n'est pas grave, j'ai du foodpanda 😅 une bouilloire en fer est disponible à la réception il y a du coway à tous les étages mais le 2ème étage est endommagé. enregistrement: 14h00 départ: 12h heure de départ prolongée : 1 heure pour 15 RM

Résidé à Fives Hotel DNP JB pour une nuit et en général je suis très heureux de l'hébergement. La chambre était très confortable, les lits étaient très confortables, tout se sentait frais et bien entretenu. La condition de la chambre était bonne et confortable, certainement un endroit confortable pour se reposer après un long jour. La lumière et le décor ont fait que la chambre se sentait chaude et relaxante. Le lobby est un peu trop simple et ne donne pas vraiment la vibe d'un hôtel bienvenu. De plus, puisqu'il est situé dans l'ancienne plaza, l'environnement ne se sent pas très vivant ou confortable, surtout pas la nuit. Mais globalement, pour la confort et la propreté de la chambre, je suis satisfait de la séjour.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. I will definitely not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night’s sleep. ------------------------------- Saya sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini.
