Hôtels 3 étoiles à Johor, Malaisie

Good location, close proximity within few minutes walking distance to KSL and many eateries. Nicely decorated and clean unit, aircon is powerful and wifi is working well. Thanks to the host for helping us book the Karaoke room, my family had a great time singing. Unfortunately our stay is too short and we didn't get a chance to use the pool table when we realised the apartment also has one. Only shortcoming is the pungent smell especially in the common bathroom coming from the sewage, but I realised it is very common in most apartments in JB that I have stayed so far. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Bel hôtel. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est sympathique aussi. La chambre est propre et le lit est très confortable. L'emplacement est proche du centre commercial et de la douane JB. J'ai essayé le loklok à proximité... Délicieux mais un peu cher 😜 C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. Je reviendrai bientôt

Hôtel très basique près de City Square. Pour y accéder, traversez le centre commercial Zenith, en face de Komtar, au 2e étage, puis tournez à gauche. Les rues sont bien éclairées et quelques restaurants sont encore ouverts, je ne me sens donc pas en danger. J'y suis resté une seule nuit. La chambre n'était pas très grande, mais suffisante pour une personne. La télévision dispose des chaînes singapouriennes, ce qui était un plus. Le gel douche et le shampoing ne sont pas agréables, j'ai donc utilisé du savon. La pression et la température de l'eau de la douche étaient constantes. De l'eau potable est disponible au distributeur. Aucun papier toilette n'était fourni à mon arrivée et il a fallu un certain temps pour qu'ils me le livrent après ma demande.

Pros: The location is excellent, with plenty of halal dining options nearby and a small shopping mall just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel is conveniently located about 25 minutes from the Mini Zoo and only 10 minutes from Desaru Beach. The room rates are affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a connecting room, which we greatly appreciated. The room was also clean and comfortable. Cons: One major inconvenience was that the refrigerator automatically switched off whenever we left the room. After spending a long, hot day outdoors, it was disappointing to return and find our drinks no longer cold. On our first night, we requested an extra towel and toothbrush set since there were three guests in the room. Unfortunately, the items were not delivered, even after we followed up at the front desk. There was also no floor mat provided. Thankfully, our experience improved the next day thanks to Zamre at the front desk. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure we received everything we needed. He also ensured our room was ready by 1 PM. Zamre’s excellent service truly stood out and made a positive difference to our stay. He is probably the main reason we would choose to return to Fives Desaru on our next visit. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, and with improvements in housekeeping responsiveness, the experience would be even better.

Great value for money! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For just S$50+ per night, I think Crystal Crown Hotel offers good value. The room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay pleasant. One thing I really appreciated was having two vanity areas, one inside the bathroom and another in front of the bed. It was especially convenient since we were getting ready to attend a wedding, so we didn’t have to take turns. The room also came with a bathtub, which was a nice bonus at this price point and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, while the hotel may not be the newest, it’s clean, comfortable, and practical. If you’re looking for an affordable stay in Johor Bahru with spacious rooms and useful amenities, this is definitely a solid option.

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Had a pleasant stay at Austin Regency by MWM. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short getaway. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options, shopping malls, and attractions nearby in the Mount Austin area. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions throughout the stay. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable experience. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Johor Bahru and would consider staying here again in the future.

la propreté est médiocre, les draps, les serviettes et les couvertures ont été lavés avec un détergent parfumé. De petites taches visibles ont été observées, mais c'était principalement dû à l'âge, donc c'était acceptable. Cependant, la cuvette des toilettes était tachée, ce qui était assez dégoûtant 😅 L'emplacement était bon car il était proche de nombreux magasins d'alimentation et cafés. Le parking était correct car il y avait beaucoup de places (pour les Singapouriens qui viennent en voiture). mais attention à ne pas vous garer sur certains parkings qui étaient payants. Le personnel était sympathique pour celui qui m'a servi à mon arrivée, je n'ai pas eu son nom mais j'ai vu de nombreuses critiques, il y avait certains membres du personnel hostiles et je suis reconnaissant de ne pas avoir Kena? Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel valait le prix payé pour une nuit ! juste un peu loin de la douane 🫤 pour les mamans avec des bébés, il y a un magasin à proximité où vous pourrez faire des achats pour vos enfants !

The location is okay, quite near to KSL but not worth walking there. Room size is huge, enough for group of 6 people! Price point, this place is okay! Hotel staff were also very friendly. The only downside is theres dustmites on the bedsheets, and theres a stain on the carpet.

The hotel is well maintained and the room is clean and quiet. It is also quite large at 25m².The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is basic but adequate. VIP parking is 50 ringgit ...just outside the lobby and sheltered. Parking away from tbe lobby is 30 ringgit but not sheltered. There is another carpark in the basement which is free for hotel guests. There is a big supermarket and a Mr DIY at basement 1. There are many eateries and restaurants around the hotel...and I really mean many. We felt safe and comfortable staying in this hotel.
