This is our first time staying here. The location is highly convenient, with shopping, food, massage, and a salon all nearby. The host's customer service responded very quickly. Everything in this condo is new, and our family is happy to stay here. The only issue is the lack of kitchen utensils—no cups, no plates, no bowls. If you order food to the condo and want to eat there, it's not very convenient. Fortunately, the place is accessible to many locations and is kept clean, so we would still like to book here again.

Joli petit hôtel économique. Confortable et propre. Le seul inconvénient est que la salle de bain n'avait qu'une douche à effet pluie, mais pas de pomme de douche extérieure si je ne souhaite pas me mouiller les cheveux. De plus, le climatiseur est directement au-dessus du lit, ce qui fait qu'il fera extrêmement froid à l'avenir.

We booked this accommodation at the last min as we were looking for a play to stay. Location was great, near CIQ and Komtar JBCC. Room wasn’t very clean but liveable for one night. There was a stain on our comforter and bedsheet (as seen in pic) and we told the staff to change it but I think due to miscom they gave us a thin piece of blanket (?) instead. So we basically slept without a comforter but it’s fine cos the aircon wasn’t very cold. It got colder towards the morning. There wasn’t any hair dryer too. We could also hear vehicles passing by and people closing their doors etc, the area wasn’t very soundproof. Still, we managed to get a good rest. Would recommend if you’re not fussy and looking for cheaper alternatives.

I wld like to mentioned reviews about this hotel cleanliness and warm was superb! Warm welcome was given to us i give 100/100! Thanks to Natasha and Manager allowed us to checked early as we reached there in the afternoon! Nearby Sks Mall Mr Dollar, food, pharmacy, saloon spa, good satay n amazing shop along the n opposite hotel! Its a wow!

La location était excellente, mais à la nuit il y a trop de pollution sonore car l'hôtel est situé devant une rue principale. Peut-être il y a moins de bruit pendant les jours de semaine. Mon autre problème était la douche n'était pas grand. Il avait trop de cloche construit et affecté le flux d'eau, bien que la pression de l'eau de l'hôtel était vraiment bonne.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

La nourriture musulmane est un peu difficile à trouver autour de l'hôtel mais ce n'est pas grave, j'ai du foodpanda 😅 une bouilloire en fer est disponible à la réception il y a du coway à tous les étages mais le 2ème étage est endommagé. enregistrement: 14h00 départ: 12h heure de départ prolongée : 1 heure pour 15 RM

Stayed at Fives Hotel DNP JB for one night and overall I’m very happy with the stay. The room cleanliness was superb — really impressed. The beds were very comfortable, everything felt fresh and well maintained. The condition of the room was good and cozy, definitely a comfortable place to rest after a long day. The lighting and setup made the room feel warm and relaxing. The only downside for me was the lobby and location. The lobby feels a bit too simple and doesn’t really give that welcoming hotel vibe. Also, since it’s located at the old plaza area, the surroundings don’t feel very lively or comfortable, especially at night. But overall, for room comfort and cleanliness, I’m satisfied with the stay. Would still consider coming back for a short stay 👍

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. I will definitely not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night’s sleep. ------------------------------- Saya sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini. Saya telah menghubungi kaunter hadapan untuk meminta penukaran bantal, tetapi diberitahu bahawa semua bantal adalah sama dan tidak boleh ditukar. Jawapan seperti ini langsung tidak boleh diterima bagi sebuah hotel yang kononnya menyediakan keselesaan dan servis. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman ini sangat mengecewakan.
