Airbnb style rented thru Trip Platform. Doesn’t have your daily housekeeping. Drinking/Mineral water also not provided. You have to purchase yourself, no water filter/cooler in the room. Suggest buy from nearby KK Mart. Car park was damn crazy, stayed at Level 25 but allocated a guest parking lot at Level 11. The speed ramp is confusing for ppl at first. “Resident” carpark start at level 5. Every level of parking is actually two floors

Location was convenient, we checked in for the 2nd floor when it was repainted 1 Month ago. Since the 2nd floor had no access to windows hence no ventilation. The smell of paint was heavy and suffocating to bear with. We requested a room change and the staff said there were no more rooms (although there were other rooms available on Trip.com) and we were given just another key card to get some ventilation when opening the doors, mind you the whole floor was painted and ventilation was poor so that makes no difference. Only thing to do is to keep your washroom switch on so the fan will at least get some of that toxic paint smell out of the room. Oh and btw, TV does not work+the cabinets smell awful (not really a big issue if you dont care or use them). I would recommend elsewhere until the smell of paint wears off.

L'hôtel est très nouveau et très bien décoré. Grand prix pour une famille de quatre à ce prix. L'emplacement est excellent, avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques de confort à proximité. En général, un séjour très confortable et confortable.

Hôtel très basique près de City Square. Pour y accéder, traversez le centre commercial Zenith, en face de Komtar, au 2e étage, puis tournez à gauche. Les rues sont bien éclairées et quelques restaurants sont encore ouverts, je ne me sens donc pas en danger. J'y suis resté une seule nuit. La chambre n'était pas très grande, mais suffisante pour une personne. La télévision dispose des chaînes singapouriennes, ce qui était un plus. Le gel douche et le shampoing ne sont pas agréables, j'ai donc utilisé du savon. La pression et la température de l'eau de la douche étaient constantes. De l'eau potable est disponible au distributeur. Aucun papier toilette n'était fourni à mon arrivée et il a fallu un certain temps pour qu'ils me le livrent après ma demande.

L'hôtel est propre, confortable et situé dans une zone très stratégique à Desaru. Il y a beaucoup de parkings disponibles, et il est aussi facile de trouver de la nourriture à pied. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. This would be my third time staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient , easy to get around JB, also near a mall where I can shop for food and other stuff. The plus point is the breakfast, although they have the same menu for almost everyday, they do change a few to make it less boring like different type of nasi goreng, mee or meehoo also a switch from mee kari, beehoon soup and lontong. It adds options Would prefer to have an in room iron but it was stated ironing station are somewhere along the floor corridor. Thanks to the staff Ms Siti for helping me solve the issue with the elusive iron.😆. Staff are all nice and professional.

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

En général, très propre et confortable séjour ici pour 1 nuit. Location également stratégique, mais si vous appelez toute livraison rmb à double contrôle pour l'adresse coz, la défaillance sera placée à l'autre bâtiment. Vérifier vous-même dans aussi convenable 🙂

LE MEILLEUR HÔTEL POUR SEJOUR !! 🤍 si vous avez envie de temps, vous pouvez aller dans cet hôtel ! L'hôtel est propre et confortable pour un séjour plus long. La nourriture musulmane est un peu difficile à trouver autour de l'hôtel mais ce n'est pas grave, j'ai du foodpanda 😅 une bouilloire en fer est disponible à la réception il y a du coway à tous les étages mais le 2ème étage est endommagé. enregistrement: 14h00 départ: 12h heure de départ prolongée : 1 heure pour 15 RM

La chambre est de bonne taille et abordable, mais elle est très bruyante pendant notre séjour, vous pouvez entendre des gens parler des escaliers, donc si vous ne vous en souciez pas du bruit et si vous cherchez un endroit abordable pour une dernière minute, vous pouvez considérer cet hôtel.
