Good location in the downtown, near restaurants, bars, waterfront parks and other attractions. Reasonable pricing. Easy booking. Very nice bed, bedding, shower & sprayer, bath tub, toliet and bathroom well stocked with supplies. Kureg Coffee Maker & coffee and botted water supplied. The rooftop level has large indoor bar, tables and couches. There is also a large outdoor area with tables and seating. Both indoor and outdoor areas on rooftop were packed on the Sat evening in mid-May when I stayed there.

The snowstorms have started early in Iowa so I was extremely happy to walk into the warm hotel and check in. The desk clerk was friendly but not overly so. Check in was very quick and I was quickly on my way to a beautiful and blessedly warm room. Noise was a bit loud as wedding guests came in after 1am and I was near the elevators. Check out was seamless and breakfast at the hotel cafe was quick, friendly and tasty.

Un hôtel charmant avec des chambres confortables et un personnel amiable, situé au cœur du centre-ville de Grinnell et à quelques minutes à pied du campus. Le restaurant de la salle dispose de boissons agréables et de bonnes aliments.

Poor lighting, couldn’t figure out how to just turn on 1 light. Bathroom lights to bright to keep light on all night. You should install small night light in bathroom. Refrigerator too small and u need coffee maker in room Beds comfortable, bedding cozy, and quiet room. Thanks for great weekend in Des Moines.

The rooms were very spacious including the bathroom that had really nice shower products! Super comfy beds and blackout curtains. Location was great and in walking distance of many restaurants. Cute little outdoor pool area with comfortable loungers and seating!

Tout est bon, les gens sont très utiles et chauds. Très bon navette à l'aéroport, mais pas sûr pourquoi ils m'ont donné une chambre au 2ème étage qui est en fait sur une plate-forme pour l'aération ou le chauffage du système, un type de bruit, mais je suis en retard de jet et ne peux pas dormir bien de toute façon.

Tout était merveilleux. Super propre. Le lit King était tellement confortable ! La réception nous a offert des bouteilles d'eau et des biscuits chauds aux pépites de chocolat, aux noix et aux flocons d'avoine à notre arrivée. Chambre spacieuse. J'ai adoré l'expérience.

Hôtel propre et excellent service ! Le personnel était très sympathique et un hôtel super propre ! J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Le bain à remous ne fonctionnait pas mais des choses se passent et ce n'était pas de la faute.
