Hotel is well maintained and a great location if you’re heading to the Paycom Center! We had a couple of glitches getting in as the line for dropping off cars for valet was stopped for 20 minutes. Once we were able to pull in, the attendant was quick. Only one computer was working at check in, then only one elevator was working- in a large hotel with 15 floors. That caused a long wait after the concert when everyone got back to the hotel. Room was very clean but the bathroom wallpaper is coming off the wall AND the toilet did not flush 50% of the time. We realized it at 11 pm, so we didn't report it until we checked out. I will say they sent a couple of texts to check in- that was a nice touch!

L'hôtel propose un parking valet à USD 20, mais si vous préférez en économiser, vous pouvez parquer gratuitement à The Oaks Public Parking, qui est à seulement 2 –3 minutes de marche. Ce que j'ai trouvé convenable était de quitter mon équipe à l'hôtel avant de passer au parking. Le service de cloche n'était pas disponible à l'arrivée, nous avons dû gérer tous nos bagages. Le salon est très confortable et bien entretenu. Mais le garde-fous pourrait être plus attentif my verres et la zone de décharge du bain n'a pas été nettoyée de façon constante, et le drain a finalement été fermé pendant mon séjour, que j'avais à nettoyer moi-même. Pour ce qui est du prix, j'aurais attendu un peu plus d'attention à ces détails plus petits, ce qui a dit que le séjour global était encore agréable. L'hôtel est situé près de la région de Oaks, qui est magnifique, et j'ai vraiment apprécié les éléments artistiques autour de la propriété. Chaque œuvre d'art a sa propre histoire, et vous pouvez en apprendre plus sur elle par un livre disponible dans le lobbya un joli et unique touch. Globalement, il est une bonne option si vous cherchez un séjour confortable dans la zone, bien qu'il y ait un espace pour améliorer la cohérence des services et l'attention de la maison.

River Spirit exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. I didn't realize that a shuttle from the airport to resort needed to be booked 24 hours in advance. I called when we landed and they sent someone to get us. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was large. We had a view of the river, which was very high from recent storms. The bed was comfy. The toiletry products provided were very nice. Water, coffee, and tea was free in the room. Self-service drink stations with soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade were all over the casinos, and free. The pool area was clean and large. There were plenty of chairs. There was a swim up bar and regular bar with food. Towels were provided. We explored the fitness center. It had everything needed for a good workout. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, unlike other casinos we've been to. For example, domestic beer was $4.50 & imports were $5. A cheeseburger was $14. They had breakfast sandwiches for $4 as well. Our reason for going was a concert at the casino. That venue was very nice as well. The seats were comfy and no bad views. The sound was great. I played some blackjack and was happy to find $10 tables. It's a rarity now. I play for fun, so don't want to risk $25 per hand. The dealers were funny and professional. We walked from the resort to the aquarium. The Riverwalk path was beautiful and took us there. We rented Lime scooters to return. We will definitely be returning.

L'A-C était trop bruyant et perturbait le sommeil car il s'allumait et s'arrêtait régulièrement. Le plus important pour moi est une bonne nuit de sommeil. Ce n'est pas arrivé. Tout le reste était super. Le buffet était chaud et bon pour le petit déjeuner.

I had an excellent stay at Golden Mesa Casino and Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was welcoming, clean, and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The hotel room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean, which made it a great place to relax. The casino added a fun atmosphere without taking away from the comfort of the hotel stay. Everything felt convenient, well-managed, and enjoyable from start to finish. Golden Mesa Casino and Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

L'hôtel a dit que la réservation était pour 2 nuits et m'a demandé de partir ou de payer un autre $150.00. Parce que j'ai déjà payé pour la chambre que j'ai dit non. Ils ont eu la sécurité de me retirer de la chambre et je suis sorti de l'hôtel.

As expected although the facility is a bit old.

The photo stand in the lobby was super cute and free and fast to use. The Roof Sixty Six bar was really fun. Great vibes, great service. Everyone who worked there was very friendly. If we need to stay downtown again, we will probably go back.

La chambre aurait pu être plus propre, mais la situation était grande. L'hôtel a une bonne combinaison de restaurant et bar. Rien de trop adorable, mais très confortable. Nous restons en fait ce soir de nouveau, car nos affaires ont prolongé notre séjour à Tulsa.

We were there to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. The people that greeted us inside and outside were so friendly. The room we excellent and very clean with a perfect view, as requested, of the city. Will come back again soon!
