Great hotel, great location! Housekeeping did not replace items in room (toilet paper, cups, etc) but room was clean.

Le cow-boy urbain est un beau bâtiment et a un beau sentiment communautaire. Le porch frontal, la salle de séjour et le restaurant sont tous connectés, donc il y a des endroits pour se loger au-delà de votre chambre. Les rayons de ma chambre m'ont fait un peu nerveux. J'étais inquiet que je puisse frapper ma tête sur le chemin de la salle de bain à la nuit, donc je me suis stratégiquement placé ma valise pour me garder de sortir du lit au mauvais endroit. Heureusement, je n'ai pas frappé ma tête. La salle de bain était magnifique et j'aime qu'elle fournisse un bain de bubble. Les bouteilles d'eau étaient aussi un joli touche. Les seules oddités étaient le pas dans la salle de bain et la cour de douche était un peu noire. J'ai dîné à l'hôtel et j'ai apprécié les deux boissons complimentaires. J'ai commandé une pizza. C'était bien, bien que j'ai trouvé la sauce de tomate un peu douce. Je vis en Europe et je suis habitué à la pizza de style européen ou italien, donc la pizza américaine est souvent un peu différente de moi. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner. Pour les clients qui restent seulement une nuit, il peut aider à confirmer leur horaire de départ à l'avance, de sorte que les arrangements pour les bagages peuvent être plus facilement faits.

Having stayed here before, I had a little bit of an idea of what to expect. But it had been a while, so there were a few things that caught me off guard. There is only one negative that I can think of, and it's not a huge one, but I think it's necessary to point out.... 📱📱There were zero USB plug-ins in the room. There were a couple of different standard plug-ins that if you had the charging head for your cables, you would be okay. But between two people we had one charging head so it caught us a little off guard. It wouldn't take much to swap out an outlet in the living area. 🛏️The bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable and used the down alternative which was nice. As somebody who constantly has to check if hotels are offering down pillows and bedding, it's nice when I find that it's not there. 🚗 If you are planning to self park, do not drive up to the front of the hotel. That area is utilized strictly for valet parking. Go ahead and go to the underground garage near the corner of 4th and Demonbreun. You can access the hotel from that parking garage. 🚽 ☎ I meant to get a picture but the standard of luxury in the 80s still exists with a phone next to the toilet. Ahhh, simpler times. 😂️

My stay at TownePlace Suites Nashville Midtown was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The check-in process was seamless, and the hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchenette was a great touch, making it easy to enjoy a meal or snack without having to go out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring Nashville. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great selection to start the day. The location in Midtown was perfect—close enough to downtown for easy access but far enough to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. Overall, TownePlace Suites Nashville Midtown exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

L'hôtel Read Hotel est un beau hôtel historique. Le lobby est classique et notre chambre Manor a été bien désignée. Nous avons toutefois rencontré deux problèmes. Le bureau principal était très court avec nous au check-in et semblait annoncé de répondre à nos questions sur le parking valet. Mais surtout, notre chambre était si bruyante à la nuit. Les murs sont en papier mince et nous avons entendu toutes les conversations dans la chambre voisine. Nous avons aussi fermé les portes de notre hall avec un bruit fort chaque fois qu'un invité ferme leur porte. C'était l'une des pires nuits de sommeil que nous avons rencontrées dans un hôtel. À l'excursion, le clérigé ne nous a pas accueillis, sauf nous demander si nous voulions que notre réception soit imprimée ou e-mailée. Nous avons choisi de ne pas lui plaindre au check-out, car elle ne semblait pas préoccupée par nous en tant qu'invités.

My trip started off with a flight cancellation that put us into Nashville 13 hours behind schedule & into the next day.  I called the hotel at 10:00 pm on August 8 after landing in Chicago & was denied check-in via phone due to booking through trip.com.  I was told to send an email by the female worker to Placemakr to hold my room, which I did immediately.  This made no sense to me as I was talking with a worker from Placemakr.  When I arrived at the hotel at 9:00 am on August 9, I was listed as a no show & had to rebook my room.  Thankfully, the gentleman working the desk that morning understood the situation & kindly took care of getting everything set back up.  I worried myself sick not knowing if I was going to have a place to stay when arriving in Nashville.  I would love for this employee to know how much her unwillingness to help me that evening affected my trip.

Very clean room, quiet. Initial greeting very nice (Manager). Restaurant is really just open bar concept. Bartender couldn't care less about friendliness or service. Wasn't speaking to any of us seated at the bar. No name tag. No greeting, or true service. Ordered wings for dinner. Arrived on plain plate, cold, side container of dipping sauce. Not impressed. No offer of ”anything else?” etc. Turned TV's onto sports but no volume. As if anyone is into leg volleyball? Indoor pool is UNHEATED, slick flooring as is the pool deck. Could not enjoy it at all. Pool needs to be declared UNHEATED! Had to interrupt desk clerk at checkout (she was texting on her phone). No questions as to how was stay, etc. Very disappointed, needless to say. Will not be staying there again..

It was a great stay, but I had one issue: as an IHG rewards member, I requested a late checkout for 1:30 p.m. because I have an extremely long international flight (44 hours) in the afternoon, yet housekeeping knocked and woke me up at 7:30 a.m. This is far too early, even for a normal checkout time. I am the type of person who cannot go back to sleep once I am woken up, so it is going to be an exhausting trip because I cannot sleep on planes. I notified the front desk, and the clerk apologized, stating there was a language barrier with the housekeeper, who must not have understood the paperwork. This is understandable, but I do think it should be addressed; otherwise, the stay was good.

After a friend's birthday weekend in Nashville, I had an extra day before flying out and found a reasonable rate on a room at a Tapistry, which Hilton brand I have enjoyed. I also saw a segment on a local TV station about the location as well. The ONLY issue I found was the layout of the room. No bar to hang hangars from the drawer, the floor length mirror was in a corner, and the brand new Keurig was blocking the TV when laying in bed (and the cord was too short too move elsewhere) - among other just-not-right items. If that could be figured out I'd come back and give the hotel 6 stars! It was clean, quiet and I had a great view of the city - thank you.

Cet hôtel est un hôtel très bon avec des chambres propres et un lit confortable. Très grande télévision dans la chambre avec port HDMI accessible pour apporter votre propre appareil. Je sais que vous ne réservez pas un hôtel pour se coucher et regarder la télévision, mais il est agréable de se débarrasser des choses après un long jour de sortie. La location est excellente, à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Beale St, et à 20 minutes de Sun Studios, où la magie a commencé. La réception est rénovée alors que nous étions là, pas assez fonctionnelle comme il devrait, mais le personnel était terrible et incroyablement poli.
