Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is great and convenient, rooms are clean spacious and nicely deco. Most impressive, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My children and I stayed at AC mid December. We are so thankful and grateful for their help when our bus back to Boston did not turn up after a 2-3hr wait at the bus stop and it was -11degC in the evening. We had to wait for another 7hr for the next available bus. We needed a warm place to wait in and we decided to head back to AC hotel, hoping to wait at the lobby. The young lady at the reception was sympathetic and kindly suggested we rest at the lounge and make ourselves comfortable. the staff at the lounge after hearing about our situation came over to offer snacks and gave advice about our bus. Shortly after, the young lady at the reception offered us a room so we can rest better till we could catch the next available bus. Thanks to AC hotel staff, they made our wait so much more comfortable and turned an unfortunate event into a heart warming experience.

Hotel is centrally situated in Burlington. Check-in was smooth with a tasty chocolate chip cookie each. However, pool was very cold. We heard a lot of other guests also complaining about the temperature. Was mostly only kids that went in several adults went in up to the knee and then got back out. Breakfast the 1st day, a lot of food was missing and we had to keep asking for it to be restocked. It was also long to get a table. Second day, was a lot better. Breakfast was included in our reservation.

Les alentours de l'hôtel sont très pratiques. Il faut 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre les magasins et les restaurants les plus centraux. Il existe différents types de nourriture, la plupart d'entre eux sont à pied. Certains bâtiments anciens sont magnifiques et il y a un parc. De plus, l'hôtel n'est qu'à quelques minutes du lac. Vue, il y a un musée pour enfants au bord du lac, et vous pouvez aller sur un yacht. Chaque vendredi soir, il y a un buffet de homard sur le yacht. Vivre ici est un très bon choix pour les familles et les individus.

Prachtige accomodatie. Schitterend gelegen in de natuur, met veel zitgelegenheid buiten. Heerlijk ontbijt en erg mooie inrichting van zowel de kamers, de gangen, als het restaurant. Ook de sauna en het zwembad waren goed verzorgd. Wij hebben genoten!

L'hôtel est au centre-ville, l'architecture de l'hôtel elle-même est longue. Ainsi les installations seront plus anciennes. Les autres sont bien. Le petit déjeuner est basé sur le point de menu, 15 couteaux par personne dans le prix de la chambre, il faut encore corriger la différence. Tout est bien.

It is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The surrounding nature and views are magnificent. It features spacious areas, an outdoor pool, and a beautiful interior. Valet parking is available.

Such a lovely place, beautifully furnished and so well maintained. The breakfast was so homely and wholesome. Nice conversations with the hosts and guests too. Awesome experience.

Put 4 stars for amenities because construction was underway during our stay, and we had to listen to drilling while in the pool.
