Hôtels 4 étoiles à Lam Dong, Vietnam

La location est excellente. Les cons sont de petite taille de toilette. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de place pour tourner une fois à l'intérieur et il sera un désastre pour les invités en surpoids. Son design de deux portes glissantes fermant au point diagonal n'est pas admirable et les portes glissantes ne sont guère fermées! La plus mauvaise partie ? La lumière de la salle de bains éclairage par la porte de verre (bien que conçue enroulée) séparant la salle de bains et la chambre ! ! Peut-être bon pour une personne mais certainement pas non pour 2 à partager! Veuillez hésiter à revenir.

J'ai eu une grande expérience avec l'hôtel Golden Boutique. Connexion rapide, attitude professionnelle et approche des clients. J'ai eu un grand séjour avec mes amis quand j'ai venu à Dalat. L'hôtel est très confortable, propre, le personnel a été enthousiasmé pour aller et manger dans la ville, vous recommandera à vos parents et revenir à cet hôtel la prochaine fois.

호텔 직원분이 룸까지 캐리어를 이동해 주시고 룸 시설 이용설명도 해주십니다. 3층 배정받았는데 룸과 화장실에 큰 창과 문이 있어 탁 트이는 전망도 볼 수 있고 개방감은 최고입니다. 큰 창문 좋아하시는 분에게 강추! 돌풍 바람 소리와 새벽에 닭 우는 소리는 들립니다. (소리에 민감하신 분은 참고해 주세요) 신축이라 당연 깨끗하고 특히 조식먹는 레스토랑 뷰가 최고예요 !!! 삼면이 탁 트임! 쌀국수도 넘 맛있었요 . 닭고기가 특히 ! 망고, 용과 등 과일도 신선해요. 조식먹으면서 힐링하고 싶은 분 가시면 넘 좋으실 거에요 ^^

Khách sạn vị trí gần trung tâm, đậm chất Pháp từ kiến trúc các biệt thự, màu sơn, âm nhạc, bố trí nội, ngoại thất…tóm lại không gian mang hơi thở Pháp. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, mới, sạch sẽ, sang trọng, bồn tắm cửa sổ view vườn hoa rất xinh. Đồ ăn sáng vừa đủ, đặc biệt nhiều loại bánh rất ngon. Nhân viên lịch sự, thân thiện. Cảm giác thư giãn, thoải mái khi nghỉ tại đây. Chắc chắn là lựa chọn đầu tiên của tôi khi nghỉ tại Đà Lạt.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! L'hôtel est situé au centre de la ville, près de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris le marché de la nuit. L'hôtel lui-même est propre et les lits sont confortables. Le buffet dispose d'une variété de nourriture, de fruits et de boissons vietnamiennes et continentales - toutes très délicieuses. Le personnel est très gentil et utile.

Ce qui me fait sentir mal pendant ce voyage à DL est certainement l'expérience de service à l'hôtel New Century. Il semble luxueux de l'extérieur, mais à l'intérieur, le service me permet de noter en détail : 1- Arrivée précoce 50% du taux de la chambre, sortie 2 heures tard 50%, sans mentionner le personnel nous a également dit de sortir à 12 heures sans être tard, Bien que je l'aie dit de retarder, demandez un check-out tardif et payez-le. 2- Notre voiture n'a été louer que le matin et a été laissée sous le fondement, parce que le check-out était tard mais n'a pas rapporté à payer la voiture à 12 heures, donc le loyer de voiture a toujours été facturé un jour supplémentaire, pour la raison du retard de paiement par 12h. 3- Service de lave-vaisselle 70k/kg , retourner des articles aux invités manquants. 4- PROS: Le jour où je suis venu ici, la salle de poussière était toujours poussières, nous avons réservé un panneau de nettoyage de la chambre et nous avons rapporté le bureau de front, mais quand nous sommes arrivés, je me suis étonné que le panneau de nettoyage de la chambre ait été tourné en mode sans perturber et la chambre était toujours Le 2ème jour, la chambre a été nettoyée par le haut-parleur, n'a pas lavé le sol et la poussière, la tasse que j'avais utilisée n'a pas voulu laver ni le remplacer. Le dernier jour, parce que la chambre était trop sale, j'ai dit à la dame de nettoyage de la nettoyer, la dame de nettoyage a dit: le jour du check-out, donc je n'ai pas nettoyé la chambre. Je suis souvent allé à DL et n'ai jamais été déçu comme cette fois, permettez-moi de me permettre de noter 1 * et ne rentre jamais à cet hôtel pour la deuxième fois.

During my inaugural visit to Vietnam with my parents, our stay at this hotel was refreshingly distinct from previous experiences. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the ambiance exuded a perfect blend of modernity with a touch of French style, harmonizing seamlessly with the essence of Dalat. Every aspect, from the facilities to the overall atmosphere, contributed to a smooth and enjoyable experience that left a positive impression on our stay.

hôtel à l'hôtel Bon, moderne. Personnel amical, au premier étage il y a un café avec bon café. Grand plus, salle de stockage de bagages, nous sommes arrivés tôt, quittés les choses et allés à pied. À partir de 10 h , si la chambre est gratuit, vous pouvez résider sans frais supplémentaires. Je recommande.

This was our first time in Dalat, and luckily found this lovely boutique hotel. The mix of French and Oriental vibes gives it a unique, Instagram-worthy charm, great for check-in lovers. Polite and friendly staffs. Hotel amenities are modern and spotlessly clean. We got a room on the 2nd floor, and it was just so roomy! You might hear a bit of city buzz at night if you're a light sleeper. That's not a big deal as you are right in the city center. Hotel breakfast is buffet affair with good taste, but the variety of choices might leave you wanting a bit more.

Lần thứ 3 đến Bl dịp lễ 30/4 quá bất ngờ khi vào khách sạn Vista này. Mọi thứ quá bất ngờ khi khách đông, các bạn chạy ra che dù, thủ tục không hề lâu như mình nghĩ, được 1 đĩa trái cây bự và free cf. Ko thể ko check in views và ăn sáng ngon. Ấn tượng nhất là nhân viên đẹp họ quan tâm mình lắm lắm. Cho 5 sao.
