An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and bottled water every day of our stay. Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday. The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.

Bel hôtel à la périphérie de Cracovie. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare, d'où 7 minutes à l'aéroport. La chambre avait de l'eau, une bouilloire, du thé et du café. A proximité, de l'autre côté de la route, McDonald's.

L'hôtel est une belle propriété. Belle chambre, bon petit déjeuner élargi. Et si vous aimez avoir une bière, le meilleur ****** à Kraków est en bas. Mon seul bétail est qu'ils se décrivent comme un hôtel cinq étoiles. La plupart du temps, pas cinq étoiles. Mais un bon hôtel tout comme ça.

Personnel sympathique et emplacement idéal ! J'ai eu un problème avec la serrure de la porte. Elle ne s'ouvrait pas avec la carte-clé. Le personnel de la réception a trouvé quelqu'un pour m'aider à l'ouvrir rapidement.

Nous célébrons notre jubilé de mariage le jour de notre arrivée. Ils nous ont fait une belle surprise : un surclassement de chambre, spécialement décoré avec des ballons, du chocolat, une campagne et une carte de félicitations manuscrite... Apprécié ! Tout le personnel était très sympathique et serviable, y compris ceux du restaurant. La piscine et les installations du spa sont relaxantes et confortables.

The location is unbeatable and you can’t get any more convenient than this. Everything is right outside of the hotel but still on a quiet road. Even is 4 years old the hotel feel new and clean. Spacious rooms comfy bed. Large size bathroom. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is amazing and

We had a quiet and peaceful stay in Zakopane. It’s further away from the main streets but within walking distance. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The sauna is well maintained. The only defect is the water temperature of shower in our room: it wasn’t very steady. But in general it was a lovely stay!

Tout est super. Chambres propres, très belles. Très belle et utile service. Je recommande avec une conscience propre :)
