I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

L'accueil était basique, loin d'être digne d'un 5 étoiles. On ne nous a rien expliqué sur ce qui était disponible, pas même une brève présentation de l'hôtel. Ils pourraient faire mieux ; le restaurant est moyen et très cher.

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

15 minutes walk to train station and major business area. Amenities are fantastic with swimming pool, kid's pool, jacuzzi (both indoor and outdoor with fantastic view), sauna, gym, spa and bars. Got a little treat if skipping the housekeeping service.

La piscine était inutilisée pendant notre séjour, parce que l'eau était congelée. Les petits-déjeuners étaient délicieux. Avant l'arrivée, nous avons dû payer un prépaiement pour le minibar, qui n'a pas été remboursé.

Housed in a beautifully restored historic building that once served as a legendary tourist house, the hotel features a striking ”highlander chic” aesthetic. The interior architecture showcases a masterful combination of local Tatra mountain craftsmanship and sophisticated modern design, utilizing massive raw wooden beams, heavy regional fabrics, local stone work, and custom artistic details.

J'aime absolument la position de cet hôtel, facilement un 10/10. Seuls 500 mètres à la place Rynek, 5 minutes à la gare principale, la métro et la Galerie Krakowska. Tout au long de la rue, KFC, Starbucks, et de nombreux magasins et restaurants, font tout incroyablement confortable. L'hôtel est propre, moderne et bien conçu. Toutes les installations, y compris les pantalons, le shampooing, le gel de douche, la brosse dentaire et le paste dentaire, ont vraiment une expérience “amenez votre sac et déplacez-vous”. La chambre était à l'abri du jardin, il n'y avait pas de vue. L'eau de piscine était assez froide, et le jacuzzi unique était souvent surcruffé. Cependant, pour un hôtel de cette catégorie dans la vieille ville, il y a très peu d'alternatives qui ont même une piscine. Le prix était élevé, mais j'étais globalement satisfait de la valeur.

Le meilleur hôtel de mon voyage en Europe, de Vienne à Prague en passant par la Pologne. Excellent service à la réception, qui m'a été d'une grande aide pour retrouver mon passeport oublié à Prague. Le spa, indispensable par ce froid glacial, était vraiment appréciable ! J'avais l'impression d'être dans un hôtel flambant neuf. En résumé, j'y retournerais sans hésiter, rien que pour cet hôtel.

Absolutely stunning hotel and located in the heart of Krakow! Upon arrival I was offered coffee, a soy latte to be exact which surprised me. Any help I needed from reception, they were attentive with maximum effort. Eg, I was unaware that the 100ml restrictions had been uplifted via many airports in Europe, so therefore I could do more shopping before I left. Everything was super clean, very sweet daily notes left about the history and tales of Krakow, the bed was super comfortable! This hotel really made my holiday experience 100 times better, I actually wanted to stay longer. The design itself is fun and creative, only small thing is that it is very warm inside, had the leave the windows open, being as it was the beginning of March, I do wonder what it's like in the Summer. Extremely good value, but that's the beauty of zloty to GBP, will happily stay again.

L'emplacement est parfait. L'endroit est vraiment agréable, juste à côté de la vieille ville et la ville est charmante. L'hôtel est chargé d'histoire. La climatisation fonctionne bien. La chambre était propre et le personnel était agréable. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était délicieux. Il est servi de 7h à 10h. Le départ est très bien jusqu'à midi. Un petit bémol cependant : la connexion Wi-Fi est défectueuse. C'est un point négatif. J'espère que cela pourra être amélioré la prochaine fois.
