Hôtels 4 étoiles à Shéfa, Vanuatu

The amazingly lovely smiling friendly & efficient staff at the Beachfront Apts definitely make the stay worthwhile. Aside from that the location away from the main tourist hub areas of Port Vila allows for more relaxation & enjoyment of the gorgeous beach which is totally safe for swimming among locals & sweet dogs. Every Friday just a few steps away is a fantastic fireshow put on by the Beach Bar which also has very good food. Mele Bay area is so nice that we extended from 3 to 10 days! To get to the town of Port Vila simply walk a couple hundred metres to the main road, flag down a passing minivan with “B’ on the front plate, state your destination & pay about $2 when you get off. On a food note it’s a bit of a walk along Devil’s Road to get to Island Magic Resort but it’s so worth it to eat at Birdie’s Restaurant! The locals are super nice along the way, calling out “Good night” as you pass them in the dark on the potholed road. A stay here is highly recommended!

Disappointing for a reputable resort. It is very dated, needs an upgrade. Our Lagoon view room and a an adjoining door, the neighbours sounded like they were living in our room. Gym was old, torn equipment & malfunctioning. Room wasn’t ready at 4pm, breakfast kept running out of rentals such, milk, coffee, plates, teacups etc (staff were working hard), when wheeling luggage in path, surface is rough and dangerous. Staff were the exception to our experience, they were friendly and would go out of their way to help.

De nombreux hôtels au Vanuatu n'ont pas de climatisation, et celui-ci semble également y avoir une électricité très chère, donc les habitants ne sont pas habitués à utiliser la climatisation, les chambres sont très bien, un bâtiment séparé, le seul inconvénient est qu'il il fait chaud et il y a des moustiques

Un endroit fantastique pour une courte escapade de dernière minute ! A tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Je le recommanderais certainement à d'autres et réserverai à nouveau à l'avenir. Merci pour un excellent séjour! ??

Friendly and helpful staff. The furniture is old and needs to be updated. Hot water is unstable, it was often necessary to rinse with cold water. A broken clock hung on the wall, which was very annoying. At night, small lizards run along the walls inside the bedroom and the ceiling, which made sounds, which is also not pleasant to hear at night. The pillows are long and hard. Dirt accumulated in the washing machine in the tank, which did not wash, but, on the contrary, stained the washed clothes.

I stayed here for just 2 nights recently, my stay here was magical. All the staff are amazing, so welcoming and frendly. The pool was so nice, a great place to cool off in the hot sun. The harbour views from the room are just breathtaking and some of the best in the world. The waterviews from the restaurant are also amazing. Thank you to everone at The Grand Hotel and Casino for making my stay so enjoyable.

Je suis absolument amoureux de cet endroit! La piscine est merveilleuse la vue du lagoon encore plus si. Ils ont thémé buffet nuits, et ont kayaking. La salle de sport est petite, mais elle a les choses de base. Il y a aussi un petit spa. l'hôtel ataff sont merveilleux. J'aimais tout à propos de ça sauf une chose qui n'est pas leur faute -- vous ne pouvez pas nager dans le lago ! !

Nous venions de l'hôtel voisin, Lagoon Gardens, où le propriétaire était indigne de confiance, un menteur invétéré et d'une impudence sans nom. La réceptionniste de cet hôtel, après avoir entendu notre expérience, a confirmé que le propriétaire était effectivement ainsi et a mentionné que plusieurs groupes de clients venant de Lagoon Gardens avaient séjourné ici. Quoi qu'il en soit, les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et lumineuses, avec une vue fantastique depuis le balcon du deuxième étage. Le personnel nettoie la plage quotidiennement et l'eau est parsemée d'étoiles de mer. L'hôtel met également des kayaks à disposition gratuitement, que les jeunes clients utilisent souvent pour faire du kayak. Keven Paul, à la réception, a été très aimable ; nous voyant nous préparer à sortir, il nous a avertis de la pluie imminente et nous a proposé de nous prêter des parapluies, ce qui s'est effectivement produit sur le chemin du retour. Le seul point négatif pourrait être le petit-déjeuner, qui pourrait être amélioré.

We had a great stay in a studio apartment. Very spacious and a nice breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Staff are very friendly and it's a short walk to a big supermarket. Port Vila seafront was about a 20 minute walk.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre-ville. L'hôtel ne fournit pas de repas, mais les chambres disposent de cuisines, de micro-ondes, de cuisinières à gaz, de fours et de réfrigérateurs à double porte. Vous pouvez cuisiner vous-même et il y a un supermarché à 5 minutes de votre sortie, avec toutes sortes d'ingrédients. Vous pouvez manger dehors si vous n'aimez pas cuisiner. Il y a plusieurs restaurants chinois à proximité, qui sont tous bon marché et bons. L'hôtel dispose également d'une piscine, Port Vila est plus chaud, et vous pouvez nager en plein air toute l'année.
