This is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station. The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day. At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others. On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have ******* lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :) I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water. Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

Nous avons réservé la chambre familiale avec 2 chambres à coucher pour notre voyage en Nanjing et l'hôtel n'est pas vraiment décevant. L'hôtel est très propre et proche des attractions de Laomendong. Toutes sont à pied. Les attractions proches sont également très nombreuses et facilement accessibles à courte distance. La nourriture et le restaurant ne sont pas un problème. La chambre dispose de toutes les installations et, surtout, de lave-linge gratuite, ce qui est important pour mon voyage familial pendant de longues journées, car nous n'avons pas besoin de porter beaucoup de vêtements. Le propriétaire est amiable et a donné des suggestions à nos lieux de visite aussi. Le petit déjeuner est inclus. Même si simple, assez bon pour commencer pour la journée sans avoir à chercher de la nourriture avant de sortir. En général, une bonne et agréable expérience avec notre séjour.

Le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste. C'est très pratique pour moi de sortir à Suzhou avec ma famille. J'ai séjourné ici pendant 3 jours consécutifs et j'étais très heureux. La chambre était nettoyée, très propre et bien rangée. Les installations de l'hôtel sont complètes et complètes. L'environnement est agréable et magnifique. La terrasse est magnifique la nuit.

La vue depuis la chambre, le service de l'hôtel, objectivement, sont irréprochables. Le seul regret, c'est qu'un hôtel de cette taille n'ait qu'un seul robot de livraison de repas. Commander et attendre cinquante minutes pour être servi, c'est exaspérant. Le service client a été excellent, ils m'ont offert des bons pour du café, ont été très courtois et ont répondu à toutes mes questions. La deuxième fois, même si je n'ai pas demandé leur aide pour la livraison, ils ont anticipé ma demande et m'ont livré le repas à l'avance. Je pense donc que l'aspect humain du service est vraiment bien géré. Cependant, il faudrait que le service des achats d'équipements de l'hôtel et la direction approuvent l'acquisition d'un nombre suffisant de robots de livraison de repas pour répondre à l'affluence et améliorer encore l'expérience client. Le restaurant Ru Mian de l'hôtel a également offert une excellente expérience. Le prix n'est certainement pas abordable pour tout le monde, mais compte tenu de l'environnement, de la qualité des plats et du service, je pense personnellement que le rapport qualité-prix est bon.

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Environnement : Dans le quartier des affaires, il y a aussi une supérette en bas. C'est très pratique pour acheter des choses. Il faut glisser sa carte dans l'ascenseur pour accéder à l'étage. Service : Il suffit de contacter l'hôtel lors de l'enregistrement. Ils sont très responsables et enthousiastes. Équipements : ils sont tous complets et l'espace de la pièce est grand Hygiène : Propre et bien rangé

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est fantastique, situé sur le quai Moonlight du lac Jinji à Suzhou, très proche du lac et du quai. Le stationnement est également très pratique, l'hôtel offrant un parking gratuit, et le métro n'est qu'à 6-10 minutes à pied. Le service est très attentionné, ils appellent à l'avance pour confirmer votre itinéraire et les modalités d'enregistrement, et ont même gentiment surclassé ma chambre. La chambre a un design français, équipée de produits de toilette Diptyque, et intègre également des éléments de Suzhou. La chambre avec baignoire comprend aussi des éléments du Jardin des Attardements, ce qui est plutôt agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est servi de 7h00 à 13h00, il est de style chinois et occidental, avec des spécialités de Suzhou, et la formule est très originale.

Nous avons séjourné dans la suite loft avec une famille d'amis, l'environnement était excellent et les activités nombreuses. Le personnel de la réception était très accueillant et nous a offert des billets pour le parc d'attractions pour enfants et la piscine. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été très agréable ! Nous envisagerons de revenir la prochaine fois.

: Après l'automne de Yanzhou, je sens que les gens sont vraiment très peu nombreux, je sens que les gens quittent la gare de haute voiture et que la zone de scène est très confortable. Les gens qui habitent à l'hôtel sont également très peu nombreux, très confortables et pas congestionnés. Le service de l'hôtel est un vieux cinq étoiles, ou très professionnel, que ce soit la réception ou le serveur du restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est toujours beaucoup, Yangzhou a des petits déjeuners spéciaux, des noix et des paillettes. La chambre est très grande et il est très confortable de vivre.
