L'hôtel est très confortable, mais vous pouvez vous rendre plus facilement informé. Durant le séjour, seuls des serviettes grandes sont fournies. Pas de serviettes petites. Pas de problème pour moi, je voyage seule. J'avais la vue de la mer et la vue est aussi grande. L'endroit est confortable. Les pigeons sont aussi très bons.

hôtel propre. Le service de la réception est très agréable. Parlé amiable et doux. Si je reviens ici, je resterai certainement à cet hôtel.

Everything ok except for the receptionist/staff. Not friendly, need to call many times to request for iron. Managed to get but iron functioning not good😅1st day check-in, request extra bed/towel but nothing left at all, need to wait for the next day. Santika Padang much better as compared to BktTinggi.

Location bonne, lit confortable. La chambre est assez bien couru, moulage et humidité sur le mur dans la chambre, et dans la salle de bain. AC très lourd. Les meubles et les sièges sont teints et raffinés. Les chambres ne sont pas acoustiques, vous entendrez tout du couloir, y compris la musique de l'hôtel qui se déroule presque 24 heures.

This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.

Good location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

Hai This Hotel generally found to be satisfactory. Clean and good service. But breakfast is limited its not buffet as mentioned. This hotel is last minute booking as the Hotel we booked earlier found to be Horrible

Keren banget, makanannya enak, kamar nya rapi, pegawai nya top bgt, saya kasih rating 5 untuk pegawainya, Saya cuma mendoakan semoga parkiran motornya dikasih kanopi biar ga panas lagii.
