Location is good. The place has lighting which makes it feel like it is an old run down hotel. Service was okay. I asked for ice and was told to go to ground floor. Don’t expect this from Radisson hotel chain. Carpets feel old. Lighting needs a bit of work to make it modern.

Centrally located. Beautiful old building, with rather strange modern/industrial trusts in rooms. Regular double room was rather tight on space. Bathroom large and great shower. Bit chilly in the evening, an electric heater was provided but did not work. I discovered later that none of the (10!!) plug sockets in the room worked.

The hotel was very smart modern and clean. Our room was small but we had booked a standard room. Price was good compared to other hotels locally. The hotel is right next to the harbour and in the middle of a bustling nightlife. We hadn’t considered this when booking. Although the location was great, the noise from outside could be heard so loudly in our room at night. I actually thought a window was open, but it wasn’t. This went on till the early hours, music, shouting etc, so we found it hard to sleep. The bed was very comfortable though and the room spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee facilities were provided in our room, an iron and hairdryer were also there. The bathroom had a good shower, towels were provided. We didn’t dine but I did purchase a drink from the bar. After paying I was told it would be brought over to me. When it was the bartender informed me my card had declined and asked me to pay again. I did, however when I checked my bank later both payments had been paid out. Not very happy about this. Although a nice looking hotel and great price, due to the noise level at night we wouldn’t stay again. If that wouldn’t bother you the hotel would be a great choice.

Easy to find and located very close to the hotel, a mere 5 minutes walk. There was a very large selection for breakfast, hot and cold foods, and they were tasty. Room was good and bed was comfortable. En-suite toilet was great.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, buffet de pain et de jus de fruits, ainsi qu'un pur petit déjeuner anglais, commande gratuite, très bon goût ! Boire du thé dans des tasses à thé est très exquis, un petit-déjeuner aux allures de vacances ! Une famille de trois personnes a demandé si elle souhaitait un lit supplémentaire à son arrivée à l'hôtel ? Nous ne l'avons pas ajouté, nous nous avons donc donné la plus grande chambre double. La chambre n'était pas aussi insonorisée que le commentaire dit. Très calme, juste à côté du pont suspendu. C'est aussi l'hôtel dont nous avons été le plus satisfaits pendant un mois à Bristol !

Great location hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of choice. Located opposite cabot circus shopping centre with free parking at nearby multi storey. We had a ok stay in an accessible room that comprised of a double bed and large sofa bed. Room was a little tatty and in need of renovation. Beds were poor, double had sagging mattresses but wasn't uncomfortable and matress on sofa bed was very thin and not very comfortable according to our 18 year old son. Facilities were very good as in plenty of clean towels, toiletries and bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits. I would stay again but if I'm honest I did feel it was value for money.

We had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.

Nous avons réussi à capturer un spectacle de merveilleux soirée, c'est un plus. Nous n'avons pas essayé la nourriture là-bas, donc je ne peux pas commenter. L'hôtel est un bâtiment très ancien, certains sont comme des chalets populaires, les installations sont très anciennes. Les anciens élévateurs sont des installations de chambre anciennes, les chambres sont plus grandes que les lits, plus douces et plus propres! Bien que les fenêtres soient très petites, les toilettes sont plus grandes que les toilettes indépendantes, le bain de cheveux est vide! L'hôtel est un bar en bas. La femme à la réception est très polie, amicale. Veuillez noter que la chambre d'hôtel est très différente de la chambre sonore. Tous les activités de la chambre adjacente peuvent être entendues avec clarté. Le bruit de la nuit dans le bar a également une influence très importante sur le repos.

The room was a great size, and the location was really convenient. However, if you have any kind of respiratory issues, DO NOT book this hotel! None of the windows open, and the air smells musty. We had slightly blocked noses due to spring allergies, but breathing in the room felt extremely difficult. The air was also very dry, and we both woke up with NOSEBLEEDS—something neither of us usually experiences. The moment we step out of the hotel, we can breathe normally- thanks to the lovely park nearby. The hotel couldn’t provide any assistance. We survived the London Tube, but this room defeated us.

Un grand endroit pour vivre en tant que hostel partagé, le meilleur parmi ses concurrents, le personnel est très ami et vous fait sentir comme chez vous, certaines limitations peuvent être supprimées dans un avenir proche, puisque de plus améliorer vient à cet endroit. Great hotel. Very reasonable for Bristol. I asked for a quieter room and had zero issues with noise bar the occasional siren. Slept well both nights. Ask for room 15 on the upper floor. Not the closest to the train station however. Breakfast standard. Room very spacious, good Aircon, great comfy bed. Will definitely stay again.
