For a hotel whose main purpose is to service conference guests, it is unfortunate that the in-room WiFi connection is utterly unreliable and makes working impossible - the signal could not support any remote working. I had to use my non-Polish cell phone data as a hotspot for my laptop. This is a huge issue that really needs to be resolved for business guests ASAP. When I complained about this, I was told to use the executive lounge for a better connection - yet I can hardly inflict a 2 hour long Teams meeting on the other lounge guests. The hotel road access must also be mentioned - frankly the design is stupid. The single access lane with boom gate to the hotel is constantly blocked by a steady stream of taxis and food delivery cars. They park there while waiting for customers or to drop off food orders, so guests cannot enter and must wait around - on one occasion this was for 5 minutes and the driver was rude and aggressive when I politely requested he move and wait elsewhere. Breakfast at the Fifth Avenue restaurant is barely acceptable - I have had better free basic breakfasts at a Hampton Inn. The quality of the food is lacking, but also the poor preparation/cooking really stands out - e.g. undercooked, cold hash browns. The guy on the desk was obnoxious and acted like it was my fault my name wasn't on the list - even though my Honors loyalty status means I'm automatically entitled to breakfast as a benefit. Apparently I was to blame for a lack of communication amongst hotel staff. The restaurant itself was heaving with poorly behaved guests, children running around screeching and spilling liquids. The young wait staff was overwhelmed - needed tables were left uncleared. I had to do this myself, then ask twice for fresh cutlery/china. The quality of food from room service was equally sub-standard and disappointing. The parking ticket machine does not work. After wasting a ridiculous amount of time trying to pay for parking, I went inside to reception where the guy laughed and said 'Oh no, it doesn't work. Pay here at the desk'. Maybe put up a sign? Guests should be aware that the pool is shared with guests from the adjoining Hampton. Apparently it's not intended to be used by child free adults before 20:00 - the rest of the day it's taken over by noisy kids playing ball games who prevent actual swimming. If you need to withdraw money from the automatic teller machine - good luck doing this of an evening when the area is closed off and inaccessible. Finally, the mattress was uncomfortable. Neither firm nor soft, just lacking in decent springs/support and in need of an update. The one positive was the evening happy hour at the executive lounge. Good quality options - goulash soup really good. The two male waiters very helpful and good at clearing and monitoring. Given the inconvenient location away from the city centre and the overall average quality of the hotel's offering, I've asked my company to avoid booking future stays

Très bon Novotel. On est rarement déçu chez Accor en Pologne. Upgrade et cadeau de bienvenu lie au statut gold. Petit déjeuner très bien. Resto très correct également. Petit bémol : un poil éloigné du centre si on souhaite s’y rendre à pied. Rapport qualité prix très favorable. Je recommande.

La chambre était bien décorée, les lits confortables, en suite propre, serviettes dans la chambre qui nous a fait pour notre temps mais si vous avez besoin de les changer, vous pouvez demander à la réception, nous avons demandé de prêter un sèche-cheveux, tea/café/ketle dans la chambre et demande de la tête/café qui n'était pas un problème pour le jeune personnel en service. Il est 24h de réception et nous avons pu laisser notre bagage pendant la journée pour faire une visite avant le départ.

This hotel is located in the Jewish area. It is an ideal location as on a square with lots of restaurants in walking distance. It is a really clean well run restaurant. We had bed and breakfast. The breakfast had a varied choice and was open till 11am. We ate dunner one night here. It was delicious.Our room was very spacious with 3 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, table and chairs. There is a mini bar, a kettle and hairdryer. The bathroom has a walk in shower. We were on the first floor. There is a lift to other floors. I would definitely recommend.

10-15 Pour une minute à la gare de bus, la gare, mais il n'y a pas de bouteille d'eau chaude dans la chambre d'hôtel, il faut boire de l'eau chaude, il faut aller au restaurant en bas. Il n'y a pas de dents, il n'y a pas de dents, même le chargement USB n'est pas disponible. Mais le prix est égal, mais il faut choisir de rester à l'autre côté de la gare. Il n'y a pas de restaurant à proximité, seul le café est ouvert à 9 h 30 .

Un endroit étonnant avec un personnel si gentil et utile dans toutes les situations la chambre que nous avons était très agréable et confortable jaezka et ustijna et Evelyn sont très agréables ils sont grands pour l'information autour de Cracovie et parler anglais très bon place it's self est magnifique et entouré de la vie et de nombreux arbres et 2 minutes à pied aux magasins et le parc autour de 20 minutes par bus au centre-ville qui coûtent environ 4.5zl ou vous pouvez commander un taxi bolt en utilisant l'application environ 12 à 15zl nous avons vraiment apprécié ici merci, les gars nous souvent être de retour et ils ont également la cuisine que vous pouvez utiliser et le lieu est très propre nous avons réservé 3 hôtels à Cracovie et ont choisi chacun et ont décidé d'annuler parce que nous ne voulions pas que nous sommes reconnaissants de trouver cette une grande location et de grands prix Il y a aussi des restaurants à proximité

I stayed here 6 years ago and returned with 5 friends as it is so well located and we were so well looked after by the staff previously. This hotel is 80 metres from the main square, local Polish restaurants in the same street were delicious and such fantastic value if it’s too chilly at markets to eat outside. The hotel is older in style, we loved its grandeur. It is immaculately clean with a wide choice of food for breakfast. What has made this hotel so fantastic is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. They arranged taxis, luggage, always checking we had all we needed. We celebrated one lady’s birthday requesting from the restaurant manager a reserved table for 6 of us at a busy breakfast time. She truly surpassed expectations. We arrived to a beautifully decorated table, they played happy birthday and our friend was thrilled. Andreja one of the doormen is a sweetheart. He gave us a tour of the old ballroom, lighting up the gorgeous glass ceiling for us to see, did lots of photos by the Christmas tree of us all and treated us like royalty, helping with bags, getting coats on. We had a wonderful stay and this wonderful hotel. Thank you to all at The Grand Hotel, Krakow

L emplacement de l hôtel est pas top il faut compter 10 minutes à pieds pour prendre le tram ou télécharger l application Bolt pour les taxis et s est environs 15 zloty pour aller à la gare. Le lobby est de petite taille mais très agréable. La chambre est assez grande et confortable de style moderne le lit est trop petit. Le WiFi passe très bien Petit déjeuner au top bien assez de choix. Et pour finir le spa de taille moyenne mais très agréable.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. La seule chose que je n'aime pas à propos de cet auberge était le petit déjeuner, trop cher pour le hame de basse qualité, les œufs (boisés), le pain toast. Je conseille à l'avocat de trouver et dîner à un petit déjeuner (il y a beaucoup!) près où vous payeriez la même somme mais obtenir un meilleur repas. Oh et j'espère aussi que l'auberge organisera des activités pour les voyageurs solitaires, ce qui serait génial si les invités ont la chance de se socialiser.

Wow what can I say about this hotel, the rooms are amazing loved the view from mine, very clean and spacious. There is a little shop just on the ground floor! But the really stand out part of this hotel are the staff every day when I would come and go they would all say hello and have big smiles , even one day had a tour booked ( nothing to do with the hotel) but there was an issue with the tour company and they staff helped me and ended up getting the tour company to get it sorted .

Le centre de Krakow, la gare, la vieille ville, Kazimierz, nous avons reçu une chambre avec vue sur le jardin, qui était sombre et sans cuisine, pas comme les photos sur ***********. Il a été changé en une chambre avec balcon et cuisine, mais sans climatisation. Il était OK, mais toutes les chambres étaient censées être avec climatisation... Le petit déjeuner était OK au mieux, dans une petite chambre avec chaises horribles. Aucun œuf disponible. Basic. Le service est très confortable, mais aussi un endroit merveilleux.

De la gare à gauche, il faut moins de 3 à 5 minutes pour voir cet hôtel. La bonne direction de l'hôtel est très pratique pour le site pittoresque de la vieille ville. Juste à côté de l'autobahn A4 et de nombreux parkings, personnel amiable et grand service. La chambre était très grande propre et spacieuse avec l'apparence et les caractéristiques d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Grand lit confortable, grande salle de bains, bureau, mini bar, plein d'espace de garde-robe. Le restaurant est spacieux et vous remercie beaucoup le gestionnaire qui m'a fait très agréable l'expérience de manger. Le service de table était très professionnel et comprendait clairement un bon service client 10/10 pour elle. Le petit déjeuner était un grand buffet et servi à tous les goûts de viande, de chèvres, de céréales et de cuisine pour tous.

Je crois être plutôt déçue de mon séjour. Oui l’hôtel est bien placé, 5 min à pied de la place principale. C’est bien là son seul avantage. La chambre est standard. Très bien. Cependant on retrouve de la moquette au sol ce qui signe un cruel manque d’hygiène. On y retrouve des cheveux qui ne sont pas à soi. Matelas très mou. Seul l’oreiller est bon. Pas de volets , donc à 6h3o vous êtes réveillés par la lumière du jour. Ou par les voisins de palier que l’on entend distinctement dans les couloirs. Vous l’aurez compris, c’est très mal insonorisé. L’hôtel est non loin de la caserne de pompiers. Donc vous entendez les sirènes à l’extérieur et à l’intérieur, les voisins qui parlent, utilisent leur salle de bain , les portes qui claquent. Enfin on ne se repose absolument pas. Bon, On s’en remettra avec un bon petit déjeuner! Ah bah non. Là encore, déçue. L’offre est très pauvre et encore plus réduite en semaine. Quasiment rien pour les végétariens, je ne parle pas pour les véganes. Même pas de fruits frais. Les jus de fruits ont un goût industriel épouvantable. Je n’ai absolument pas retrouvé les prestations d’un ***.

It’s a simple hotel located on the edge of town but only 15 mins from the airport by car. I stayed here 3 years ago but it has changed ownership since. Helpful staff but initially they couldn’t find my booking causing some stress and confusion. Good restaurant but no alcohol served as they are waiting for a new licence! Free parking in front. Some shops nearby but limited restaurant options.

L'hôtel est situé dans la rue piétonne animée de la vieille ville, à environ 500 mètres du Grand Bazar et à moins de 100 mètres de la ville. Il y a un arrêt de bus là-bas et la circulation est très pratique. Mais c'était un peu bruyant la nuit et il y avait un bar à 50 mètres de l'autre côté de la rue. Le serveur était très poli et s'est levé et a salué les invités chaque fois qu'ils traversaient la réception. Cracovie est magnifique et mérite une visite. Malheureusement, le petit déjeuner est plus monotone.

We stayed at the Hotel Logos in the old town of Krakow for our four day trip in October. We were welcomed by Beata on arrival who gave us a very pleasant and informative welcoming. The hotel is well positioned within Krakow with a ten minute stroll up to the main square in town. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very polite indeed. Our room had all the items required if needed, ie hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee making facilities and even a small sewing kit. The bed was very comfortable and noise levels were low, considering we overlooked the street outside. We had a late check out when we left and our bags were stored for us so we could spend the day sightseeing without worry. Beata was on reception again when we left and made our departure hassle free, if somewhat sad at leaving. Krakow is a fantastic place to visit and staying at the Logos certainly helped us enjoy our trip. Would I stay there again? Most definitely yes. Thank you.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my friend, the location was great not much of a walk into the town and very close to bus and metro links. The hotel provides a great hot and cold buffet breakfast. We stayed at the top of the hotel and let me tell you the room was HOT. We were melting and this is in January and the heaters weren't even on. Good shower and there was also a luggage room which was great as we left our bags when we checked out and picked them up later in the day when we went to get our flight.

Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 nuits et l'hôtel était étonnant. À environ 5 minutes à pied du centre commercial et à 5 minutes du centre. Les chambres étaient propres et vraiment grandes avec des lits confortables. Le personnel était très aimable et utile et nous laissons nos sacs avant de nous rendre à l'intérieur et nous asseoir au restaurant quand il était fermé pour attendre un taxi nous ramasser à la maison. Nous n'aurions pas choisi de rester ailleurs si nous rentrions parce que notre expérience était si bonne.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon et les attractions sont très proches. Nous sommes passés devant et ne savions pas grand-chose de la gare. Il y a un parking à proximité, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de vous garer sur le bord de la route. Les frais de stationnement maximum par jour sont de 40 yuans (roupie polonaise). L'hôtel est un bâtiment à l'ancienne et aucun ascenseur n'a été installé. Nous avons commandé une cuisine, au plus haut niveau, une nuit réservée cet après-midi, 300 yuans, rentable. C'est une suite à une chambre, mais il n'y a pas de porte au milieu. Le salon est plus grand avec un balcon, un lave-linge et une salle de bains plus grande.

The apartment was clean, well appointed and in all respects better than we expected. The Wi-Fi was good, the place was quiet and very restful. It is very well situated being a short walk to the centre of the old town, and an even shorter one to the nearest tram stops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, without being at all intrusive. In fact every Polish person we interacted with was unfailingly polite and helpful, beautiful people to match a beautiful country. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody at all. The only caveat would be that we were on the top floor and, for an old, disabled man like myself, 8 flights of stairs were a trial sometimes! However, the apartment went an awful long way to compensate for that.

Charming decoration, located 10m away from old town and railway station, friendly and 24hs reception, clean and tidy. With elevator. I stayed one night, just to take a cab the following day to go to the airport at 6am. I didn't taste the breakfast. Unfortunately my low rate comes from the bad insulation of the rooms. This is an old house that has been converted into a hotel. There should have been a bigger investment in buying insultation material for the walls. If somebody just talk in the neighbour room you will hear everything. I was first located in a room that looked at the road, and the windows also didn't insulate the sound. I requested a change, but in the second room I was still hearing the talk of the neighbours next door.

L'hotel Indigo a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Nous avons séjourné à l'hotel Indigo en décembre alors que tout était fermé et l'hotel a mis les petits plats dans les grands pour qu'on passe un excellent moment. L'hotel est très agréable, les chambres sont bien décorées et le personnel est charmant. De plus, on y mange très bien. Je ne peux que recommander cet hotel! Vu qu'il n'y a personne en ce moment, vous aurez peut-être droit à un upgrade de la chambre :)

Hôtel très propre, personnel très convivial, petit déjeuné au top (si vous n'aimez pas les petits déjeuner à l'anglaise vous risquez en revanche d'être déçus ). Les chambres sont propres et équipées d'un coffre fort, un mini frigo, une bouilloire, un sèche cheveux et sèche serviettes. Deux bouteilles d'eau sont mises à disposition chaque jours ainsi que des petits sachet de café et de thé. A 5 minutes à pied du centre ville où vous pouvez aussi opter pour le tram, un arrêt ce situe juste devant l'hôtel !

a circa 20 min a piedi da stare miasto . zona tranquilla a un minuto dalla sinagoga e dal quartiere ebraico . cucina purtroppo sporca , ma le camere e le zone in comune pulitissime . è all'interno di un cortile ,molto grande e silenzioso . prezzi buoni

Mon séjour à Apartamenty Bracka 6 était un très agréable ...Ma chambre était propre et tranquille ...La localisation de l'hôtel est centralement située à quelques pas de la place principale et tous les restaurants et attractions principales ...Agata et son personnel étaient excellents hôtes. et répondit à toutes les questions qui existaient ...I fortement recommande Bracka 6...when à Cracovie de nouveau, je resterai à cet hôtel encore ... Situé près de la vieille ville de Cracovie, 10 rue Estery, à côté du bar, Jewish Memorial, 252 de l'aéroport de Cracovie à la gare ICE (25 arrêts, environ 28 minutes, 4,6 polonais), 10 minutes à pied. Petit déjeuner dans la cour au premier étage, il y a des gâteaux, du lait, du bacon, etc. L'hôtel est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix, marcher jusqu'à l'université Jagiellon pendant environ 25 minutes, jusqu'au château pendant dix minutes.

Un excellent séjour passé à cracovie. L'hôtel est génial, bien accueilli, bien renseigné. La chambre est vraiment agréable et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est super complet et délicieux ! Les employés nous on bien écouté et ont répondu à toute nos demandes. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Floriane
