Located in a nice suburb of Cologne with a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants (including a very fancy restaurant across the road). Very simple and frequent transport to/from Cologne via the train station which is just 2 mins walk. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great. Loads of options including some freshly made 'hot options' like eggs, bacon and sausages. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cologne or the surrounding towns.

Nous vivons dans une maison d'hôtes. Tout est très agréable et propre. Petit déjeuner buffet très copieux et délicieux. Il faut 2 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le S-Bahn. Vacances en ville parfaites. Nous reviendrons certainement la prochaine fois.

L'hôtel se distingue en premier lieu par sa magnifique position, sa propre et sa propre chambre. Je voudrais souligner la communication très professionnelle et amicale des employés de la réception, en particulier M. N. Fuchs! Aucune question n'est trop et il a toujours été bien servi! Contrairement au restaurant qui y est associé. Le serveur Antonio diffuse une extrême axis parmi les formateurs, vous fait incertain, donne des commandes sans choix! Les deux employées de formation étaient toujours très aimables et professionnelles. Antonio était toujours aimable à mes côtés, mais par son comportement à l'égard de ses collègues, je n'ai pas vraiment pu profiter de mon repas. Quand une appel a été reçue de la réception pour recevoir une commande, Antonia a été bruyante et a refusé de téléphoner. Il a même demandé à la formatrice de terminer le téléphone. Il n'a pas le temps! Pour savoir, j'étais au bureau, car le jardin de bière était plein d'épaisseur. C'est pourquoi j'ai vécu l'interaction en direct, malheureusement, et ici, on devrait penser.

My wife and I stayed for one night in late-October 2021 as part of a short road-trip. We were welcomed in a very friendly way (by a young male receptionist/manager) who helped direct our car when we couldn't find the hotel (despite being very near to it) - and were treated really well throughout. Our room was fantastic and the breakfast area is very pleasant. Also great to have such easy parking on site. NB We are (now, belatedly!) reading in some of these reviews that there's some kind of mini-bar (!?) with complimentary drinks... we didn't know/weren't made aware of that, but I guess that may have been our own fault! Damn! Oh well! :-) Anyway, big thanks to the hotel. We would love to stay here again whenever we are back in the area.

Une très belle expérience dans cet hôtel qui mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles. Tout est soigné dans les moindres petits détails. Le personnel est professionnel et à l'écoute. Notre chambre était propre et conforme à la description. Le spa est très agréable et le petit déjeuner, servi dans le parc, excellent. 2 petits bémols : - la salle de sport mériterait peut être quelques machines supplémentaires ; - Nous n'avons pu obtenir une table dans un des restaurants de l'hôtel alors que nous y étions clients. (Nous aurions dû réserver en amont. C'est de notre faute mais nous pensions que l'hôtel prévoyait quelques tables pour ses clients). Malgré ces tout petits détails, nous avons passé un séjour mémorable et nous recommandons cet établissement.

L'hôtel est venu dans les années. Les meubles sont vieux, le bain devait être rénové. La couche de silicone s'est dissoute dans la toilette.La propreté de la chambre était bonne, je trouve que le rapport prix-efficacité n'est certainement pas vrai. Malheureusement, à la suite d'une foire à Cologne, la seule chambre qui était encore à avoir, je ne la réserverais jamais. Cependant, la station de bus est devant la porte, on ne parte pas de nuit et de retour, car le bus de nuit ne se déplace que vendredi et samedi.
