Really enjoyed myself staying in this hotel during this trip, hotel room is very spacious and sanjeet & the staffs are very nice, friendly and kind people who helped me and my colleagues our way around the city and also treat us really well. Giving 1 star as no option to love formward without star.Wrost hotel with wrost customer service. Staff is so unprofessional. We booked a hotel for 5 nights and they advised us price is Rs5460 total and we paid Rs1000 at the time of booking and asked them remaining balance of Rs4460 we can pay while check in. Today when we arrived for checkin it was me myself and my my mother in law with me. As we arrived we asked for check in they asked us to pay the balance which I paid straightaway and asked the guy that our balance is nil now and he told me this Rs5460 is just for one night after arguing they said Ruchi Madam spoke to you she might didn't explained you clearly. And after travelling for 7 hours from ludhiana they didn't accepted their own bill given to us and we had to move to different property now.

It was a good experience staying at orana aurnum hotel. Rooms were extremely nice and spacious. The staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. J'ai visité l'hôtel, mais il n'y a pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour quelque chose que je dois aller à la réception aussi ils n'ont pas de serviettes ou aucun autre pour le même même, aussi le couvercle était très petit, Je dois demander un autre parce que le petit couvercle est habituellement dans les hôtels que nous attendons un bon couvercle long.

Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas bon. Je ne l'ai pas fait par moi-même. Il a été livré à emporter. Le chef a placé la nourriture directement avec ses mains. Je n'étais vraiment pas particulier à ce sujet. Il n'y a pas d'usine de stationnement. L'emplacement n'est pas non plus idéal, il suffit de gagner sa vie.
