Staff members were helpful. Patio accessed from room was very cosy and pleasantly set up. A gentle reminder that the bathtub/shower floor was extremely slippery, to the point of being potentially hazardous when in use. Lighting in room a bit weak to our liking; some dust on the reading lamp on the desk yet to be cleaned.

I recently stayed at the Sandman Hotel and had a great experience overall. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome. There’s also a nice restaurant attached to the hotel, which was very convenient and served excellent food. The only downside was the loud noise from the train on the street below, which could be disruptive at times. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its prime location and excellent service.

La location est ok 20 mins.drive à la tour de calgary, la chambre est spacieuse avec cuisine vous pouvez cuisiner ou utiliser la micro-ondes.. il n'y a pas de pantalon, brosse dentaire, petit déjeuner est œufs de base, waffles, sauce à toast et café.. La chambre est à côté de l'ascenseur et vous pouvez entendre le bruit dehors.

Le processus de check-in et de check-out rapide et facile. Nous étions sur un plancher non-fumeur, et nous avons malheureusement eu les pires odeurs d'inondations dans notre chambre. Nous avons appelé le bureau de front, qui allaient le regarder. Rien n'a été fait à son sujet. Conseil de la première place à l'échec de la situation et ils ne semblent pas s'inquiéter. C'était un bon endroit pour nous aussi.

Je n'ai pas pris de petit-déjeuner, mais le déjeuner au restaurant du premier étage était correct, la chambre était grande, la chambre double semblait permettre à quatre personnes, car nous avons ouvert deux chambres à quatre, la réception a commencé à se tromper et a pensé que nous étaient une chambre, puis nous a donné quatre cartes de chambre, n'a rien dit de mal, et a appris plus tard qu'il s'agissait de deux chambres. Il y a une petite piscine au premier étage et l'environnement est correct. Les lits doubles de la chambre double sont grands, avec balcon, machine à café et hygiène. Vous pouvez voir la tour de Calgary lorsque vous sortez. Il faut environ cinq ou six minutes pour marcher.

La première entrée est un peu confuse si elle se rapproche de l'arrière de l'industrie. Le personnel était ami et professionnel, le dépôt de dommages habituels et la personne qui attendait. La chambre était très spacieuse et propre, bien que un peu datée. L'AC était un peu plus lourd que prévu, mais elle pouvait dormir. Je n'avais pas le temps d'utiliser les équipements (pool et saloon).

L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport et non loin du centre-ville. Il y a des restaurants et des supérettes à proximité. Il appartient à la chaîne Wyndham. La chambre est propre et bien rangée, le petit-déjeuner est bon, le personnel de la réception est aimable et un service de navette depuis et vers l'aéroport est assuré. Le chauffeur qui nous a déposés à l'aéroport était particulièrement enthousiaste et patient. Un séjour à nouveau dans cet hôtel est une excellente idée.

L'hôtel n'est pas loin de l'aéroport de Calgary, mais il est adéquat pour conduire. Le stationnement est gratuit. Il n'y a pas de centre commercial à proximité et le supermarché T&T chinois. Il y a un certain espace sur la porte de l'hôtel à décorer. Fournir un petit-déjeuner américain gratuit. Nous avons réservé des suites, dont deux chambres de lits et deux salles de bains indépendantes, une cuisine et une salle de séjour connectées, un canapé (pour une personne), une cuisine offrant des réfrigérateurs, des micro-ondes et des accessoires et des tables nécessaires, et des plats de cuisine offrant du chauffage et du four à four. Les installations, les meubles et les décorations sont très utiles, même si elles sont quelque peu obsolètes.

the rooms are very spacious and seemed very sound proof. easy check in they also have where u can book for the day as we just got off the bus at 600 am And u can’t check in till 2-300pm well after 16 hours on a bus ect u are tired so to me this was the best thing i hear of. so thanku!!! the only downfall was that my reservations that i had made a few times said breakfast inc if u pay extra but there is no breakfast at all so that should be taken off the advertisement other than that it’s a great place to stay and good value!!! :) i would recommend to all my friends

Very good, clean hotel. Not brand new, but in excellent condition. Pool and exercise room - EXCELLENT The restaurant food was a little pricey, with no offer of complimentary breakfast. BUT excellent value for the prices overall. It was for a funeral, so they helped me save a little - which is hard to do NOWADAYS

The room smelt like someone had smoked in it. The elevator had unofficial repairs and was 5-6 layered pieces of broken mirror. The elevators and doors were tigher so it was hard to manuever the cart and our stroller around. The food was really good in the morning. The staff was pleasant and due to delays they extended our checkout. The shuttle was also really nice and they were super helpful.

L'hôtel était en rénovation pour que les choses puissent avoir un impact. Le personnel de la table frontale était aimable et utile, ils m'ont laissé check-in plus tôt que leur check-in à 15 heures, mais, pour être honnête, ils n'étaient pas pleins et empêchant les gens de check-in plus tôt quand ils ont des chambres libres est juste un mauvais service. L'hôtel lui-même était en train de se faire ennuyer, tout était un effort minimal, il sentait la solution de nettoyage et les cigarettes, et il n'a pas de qualité sonore. La chambre n'avait pas d'eau et leur machine de vente était vide, donc j'ai dû aller à une station de gaz proche pour boire quelque chose. Je pense que c'est ce que vous obtenez dans cette gamme de prix à Calgary.

She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

來卡爾加里找朋友，出於對萬豪的信任就定了這家，實際體驗挺不錯的。房間稍微有點小，但一個人住還是沒問題的。酒店早餐非常不錯，無論是自助餐還是點餐的，最後一天要趕很早的飛機，還辛苦廚房以前幫我打包了一份，晚上幫我訂餐的前台工作人員態度也很好，很有耐心地給我介紹每一種菜品。 唯一的不滿是房間浴室的門同時也是衣櫃的門，浴室門關上後就會把衣櫃裏面露出來，不是很喜歡這種設計… 除此之外其他的都不錯，酒店位置挺好的，離中國城和商場都挺近，我全都步行的，離輕軌站也不遠。離機場Uber差不多二十分鐘也能到，不算特別遠（畢竟卡爾加里就那麼大個地方）。 下次來卡爾加里還會住着！

On the website we chose a room with a jacuzzi, but when we checked in, it turned out that the room was given without it. My husband and I were not happy because we expected one thing, but it was completely different. Moreover, the price was higher than a regular room. At the reception, the man did not want to clarify this issue and said that it was all the fault of the people who put false information on the website. There was no tea in the room, only coffee, which I don't drink at all. There was no ordinary water. Also, when we went to bed, we turned on the heat, because the room was cold, but when we woke up in the morning, our noses were stuffy and the air conditioner was working very loudly, and we realized that it was working all night, it was cold. There were no things like bathrobes or slippers in the room, which also outraged us. In general, the hotel did not make a great impression and satisfaction that we would have liked.

Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so  minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered. Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card. Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge. “No apologies or thank you for staying with us”. Disappointing. Side note - Service in the casino was great - including the restaurant.

L'hôtel est ouvert en 1913 depuis 110 ans, et le même hôtel de la reine Elizabeth Pu. La réception a été mise à niveau pour les chambres au plus haut niveau. La chambre est grande, la salle de bains est grande, les accessoires sont LeLabo, la salle de sport et la piscine à l'hôtel B1, la piscine est petite, mais la température de la piscine est très confortable cet hôtel est le salon Hawthorn, le premier étage, le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel prend la forme d'un point complet, avec un service spécial, La position de l'hôtel est très confortable pour la réception de la carte postale de l'hôtel, à seulement un pas de Calgary Tower et Wonderland Sculpture; le service de la chambre est rapide.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL on Trip! Front desk staff did not accept prepaid checkin voucher when I arrived. It took several minutes, a call to Trip and much discussion, showing of documents and receipts, until clerk finally called senior staff. Poor training? Maybe. Rude and unpleasant? Absolutely! Apologetic? Definitely not! Last time I will stay here no matter how I book.

老牌酒店，位置和服務態度都很好，地下停車場可以免費泊車。離Banff Trail 輕軌站很近，交通便利。 房間衞生打掃很乾凈，設施有點老舊，不過維護得不錯，有冰箱和微波爐，房間內插座很多，非常人性化。 早餐中規中矩，北美酒店早餐就這樣，和國內沒得比。
