We checked in late at night, the night staff including the receptionist and bell boy needed some more guest oriented training. Overall a good stay, there's a small pool on the terrace too, nearby to both railway station and KSRTC bus station.

|À 11.39km du centre-villeThe stay at ginger was excellent and supporting staff were polite, interacted and helpful in guiding me through timely responsive action for attending the workshop nearby, though i reached late night there were no delay in allotment of room, which are near, hygienic and well maintained. The breakfast, dinner served is good, authentic, traditional and affordable. Especially, the manager abhilash sir is knowledgeable, positive response, patience enough and good guiding manager to the guests. So, i sincerely recommend ginger trivandrum for families and everyone for their stay.

But the biggest letdown was the very very small room size. Room size would be max 75 sqft. Not enough moving space. It was like a closed and compact compartment. Not sure about the size of other rooms. Apart from that, all other aspects were good.

I had a good experience staying there. location is great as it's close to tourist locations as well as local markets. The mall of Travancore is just walkable distance away and Lulu mall is just 10-15 min ride. I was there for work, so wifi service in the room and conference hall is excellent ***** with continuous service from the staff for any amenities or snacks. Overall had a good time.

Room was on forth floor, due to new year programs happening on 5th floor and poor sound proofing was having some level of disturbance, the intercom was not working properly, additionally they key-card was not properly assigned to checkout dates, i had to get that fixed continuously for 2 days. Apart from these inconvenience rest everything was amazing, room was comfy and clean. Bathroom and bedroom was well maintained
