L'hôtel est très beau et dispose d'une plage privée. Vous pouvez rester à l'hôtel toute une journée. Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux, comprenant des nouilles vietnamiennes, du riz gluant à la mangue, etc. La chambre est également très surprenante. la terrasse et voir le paysage de tout l'hôtel. C'est bien un hôtel Kai Yue, la piscine est très belle, mais c'est dommage que les environs soient vraiment désolés. On ne peut prendre qu'un taxi pour aller en ville. manger (il y a plusieurs restaurants dans l'hôtel, mais ils sont assez chers). De plus, la piscine est adaptée aux parents et aux enfants. Elle est relativement peu profonde et semble difficile à nager, mais je la recommanderai. amis. Rester deux nuits est parfait. Il convient aux amis qui veulent jouer dans les hôtels.

Upon arrival you are surprised that unlike most hotels is da nang this property is not vertically high rise but rather horizontally wide giving everyone view to beautiful landscape, 5 pools as well as the most in demand beautiful beach. Check in process - 5 star - it was efficiently done with zero delays or hassles, the room key was handed over along with explanation document of the facilities. The bags were sent to the room before my arrival to the room. Having an expat manager at the reception was definitely a big plus. Rooms - 5 star - it’s a classic property newly renovated while maintaining its classic atmosphere. The rooms are very large with large bathrooms that offer bathtub as well as walk-in shower which is very convenient and offers you a choice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was absolutely silent. They offered every amenity possible including bath salt which was refilled daily and turndown service was great as they always left some sweet savory to enjoy before bed time :) Dining experience - 5 star - they have two restaurants. One is French Vietnamese and the second one is on the beach. The Beach restaurant offered very nice grilled platter, which was perfect to Enjoy the evening by the Seaside as well as the draft beer to go along during lunch they offered burgers and pizzas. The French-Vietnamese restaurant offered meals that were presented with right balance of flavors and local twist that were almost like a Michelin star restaurant. Thanks to their executive chef who made sure that all guests were given attention and collected their feedback for improvements. This is unlike most hotels in Vietnam. Safety - 5 star - this is a special appreciation for the lifeguards, which are constantly around all five pools as well as on the beach lifeguards made sure of guest safety and not just stand there, but also to guide people where not to swim or where it could be dangerous to swim. The Spa - 5 star - having a Malaysian receptionist was definitely an advantage, due to language barriers, and the massage they offered was heavenly. A 60 minute massage every day would leave you wanting for more next day.

J'ai séjourné 2 nuits à Naman Retreat, et c'était un grand temps. La chambre était propre et les piscines sont bien gérées. Le personnel était gentil et surtout, je me sens particulièrement reconnaissant à celui qui s'appelle Tam. Il m'a maintenu en contact chaque jour et a vérifié les inconvénients ou mes plans de voyage. Même après avoir vérifié, il m'a aidé à passer ma dernière fois à Danang plus significatif. J'étais si satisfait. Je souhaiterais pouvoir revoir Naman, en raison d'une chance.

Tôi đến Wink với gia đình, lần này là lần thứ 3 tôi đến đây. Phòng thì không rộng đâu nhưng nó vừa đủ để cho những ai chỉ có nhu cầu ngủ khi thuê khách sạn. Lần này tôi có sử dụng dịch vụ giặt sấy và thật bất ngờ khi view ở phòng giặt sấy rất là đẹp. Các bạn nhân viên thì vẫn luôn nhiệt tình và năng động như mọi khi, điều này làm tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái khi giao tiếp với các bạn. Đặc biệt cảm ơn Lucas khi cả 3 lần ở khách sạn của tôi đều là do Lucas checkin và hỗ trợ, tôi cảm thấy rất vui vì điều này

Cet hôtel est spécialement génial car le personnel de la réception et en particulier, Chilli, vous accueille et vous aide dès l'arrivée et de manière très naturelle et joyeuse. Il est dommage que je ne comprenne rien au vietnamien car j'aurais aimé communiquée davantage avec les autres personnes de l'hôtel, qui parlent très peu anglais. À noter que pour les végétariens, le petit déjeuner offre beaucoup de choix en légumes et salades, même si j'aurais aimé avoir plus de choix en fruits, car il n'y en avait pas beaucoup. Je suggère que pendant les heures où le personnel n'a rien à faire, car peu de clients en journée, il y ait des cours de langues pour eux, spécialement au petit déjeuner où je trouve qu'ils sont trop nombreux et ils pourraient utiliser ce temps d'une super manière, en se formant..Merci pour tout et j'espère y revenir en fin de séjour.

체크인 하려는데 자꾸 호텔쪽에는 결제가 안되었다고.. 트립닷컴 영수증도 보여주고 바우처를 보여줬는데도 돈이 안들어 왔다고 같은말만 반복.. 한참을 말이 안통하는데 지쳤었네요.. 트립닷컴측에 문의 하는중에 됐다고해서 별무리없이 체크인 했어요 서론이 길었네요~;; 방은 넓고 조리도 해먹을 수 있고 맛집은 걸어서 15분~30분내외 . 메인거리 한블럭 뒤편? 느낌이라 조용해서 너무 좋았구요 수건이나 이불에 예민한편인데 머리카락이나 묻은 얼룩같은게 보여 좀아쉬웠어요 그러나 이모든걸 다 감내하고도 가격적인 메리트와 시설(조리,세탁기까지 있어요^^) 이 완벽합니다

Je ne peux pas dire que le personnel était utile ou inaide, car nous ne parlions pas l'une à l'autre et aucune langue de signe nous a permis de dire au récepteur que notre caisse était fermée quand nous sommes entrés dans la chambre, ce qui la rend inutile pour nos 4 La chambre qui nous avait été offerte était énorme avec une grande terrasse et une vue fabuleuse sur le pont Dragon, malheureusement ce n'était que le seul positif. Comme je l'ai dit, nous étions là pendant 4 nuits et il n'y avait pas eu d'essai de nettoyer notre chambre jusqu'au 3ème jour de notre séjour. Nous étions sortis pendant des heures par jour, donc je n'ai aucune idée pourquoi il n'était pas fait. La plupart des meubles de la chambre étaient dans un bon état, à part le réfrigérateur qui avait certainement vu des jours meilleurs mais la salle de bain était terrible. Je n'ai pas aimé que chaque fois que nous sommes entrés ou quittés l'hôtel, quelqu'un ait été assis à la table de café dans la réception, qui aissait à la mâchoire sur les graines de fleurs de soleil et jetait la peau et la peau, quel que soit le lieu de la table de café. Un habit détestable, mais nous étions là pendant la peur du coronovirus et avoir la spécimen des gens partout sur la table est un danger pour la santé, mais aussi un danger pour la santé, et nous ne reviendrons pas.

À l'arrivée, vous avez servi avec des boissons de bienvenue et un toile-frigo à l'entrée. La salle de bains est remplie de toilettes complimentaires, de bains, de salle humide et de sièges de toilette automatiques (la belle avec bidet). Nous avons pris l'avantage de mettre à niveau le tout inclusif en raison du temps de pluie. Et c'était la meilleure valeur jamais. Avec le tout inclusif, nous avons eu 2 x 60 minutes de traitement de spa quotidien. L'utilisation de l'intérieur Onsen chaud printemps. Le restaurant offre une bonne sélection de cuisines et ils sont tous délicieux. Le personnel de cet hôtel est toujours si utile et amiable. Ils essaient toujours de leur mieux pour aider. Le minibar est rempli quotidiennement de bière, de boissons douces et d'eau. Ils sont heureux de le remplir à la demande. La piscine et son vue sont étonnantes. Contrairement à tout grand hôtel, nous ne nous sentons pas en train de travailler ici. Nous avons eu un séjour étonnant. Nous nous réserverons certainement une fois de retour à Da Nang.

nous sommes arrivés à la propriété le soir après une journée complète de visites. La propriété a déjà été payée via l'application et nous voulions organiser un barbecue dans notre villa. J'ai essayé d'informer l'hôtel pour organiser le barbecue mais ils veulent une confirmation de carte de crédit avant, j'ai dit à la dame que je voyageais et que ce n'était pas pratique. imprimez le formulaire d’autorisation. Puis elle m'a dit qu'avec le paiement, le service comptable ne leur permettrait que le nécessaire pour le barbecue. Tout ce que je voulais, c'était un barbecue, acheter la piscine pour ma famille et mes amis de 8 personnes et elle me donnait du fil à retordre. J'ai payé 3 nuits à la Villa et il est difficile d'imaginer que l'hôtel aura besoin d'un paiement pour cela. Donc, à la fin, nous finissons par commander la livraison de nourriture Grab. Après notre enregistrement à l'hôtel, je voulais demander plus d'eau car j'aime boire beaucoup de thé chaud. la villa est pour 8 personnes, j'ai donc demandé 8 bouteilles d'eau, la dame au téléphone m'a dit qu'elle devra me facturer cela. C'est absolument absurde et on n'en a jamais entendu parler. J'ai donc commandé une caisse d'eau chez Grab Food Delivery. Mes amis qui séjournaient dans la chambre d'hôtel du bâtiment principal m'ont dit que les travaux de construction avaient commencé vers 7 heures du matin et les ont réveillés. Ensuite, le travail s'est arrêté au bout de 30 minutes et a repris au bout de 15 minutes. C'est totalement inacceptable car le complexe est censé être relaxant et apaisant. Le lendemain matin, nous avons vu le responsable et lui avons raconté toutes les choses inhabituelles que nous avons rencontrées. J'ai l'impression qu'il s'est sincèrement excusé et a essayé de rattraper le reste de notre voyage. J'ai oublié son nom mais il est venu nous rendre visite à la villa et je le voyais tous les matins pendant le service du petit-déjeuner. Je sens qu'il fait de son mieux pour nous aider à améliorer notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bon et nous l'avons tous apprécié. L'inconvénient est que la rivière à côté de la villa n'est pas très propre. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'activités à faire à la villa à part la piscine à débordement. La vague à la plage était trop forte pour que nous puissions nager..... Mais la propriété est très proche de la montagne de marbre (5 minutes à pied), ce qui est un avantage supplémentaire. Dans l’ensemble, le personnel semble inexpérimenté et essaie de résoudre le problème une fois qu’il s’est produit. Ils ne sont pas en mesure de gérer de nombreux problèmes liés à l'hôtel, car ce ne sont que des problèmes très mineurs.

We booked for (a) one triple room with 3 king size beds (b) one apartment with one room come with 2 king size beds and another room with 2 single size beds. However, we were provided (a) 1 twin sharing king size beds (b) 1 apartment with 1 room with king size bed, 1 single bed and another room with 1 king size bed only. Thanks to the one staff that managed to provide us the correct room finally after checking although the hotel was full on the day we checked in. 2. One lift was out of order but was quickly repaired

Le centre-ville est très confortable et très confortable. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Et puis les verrous - homme, ils sont ouverts par la carte-clé, mais Ainsi FREQUENCE il n'a pas fonctionné, j'ai eu plusieurs fois quand je l'ai juste mis là - ils sont bips - et rien ne se passe et je dois le mettre à nouveau comme 6 fois en ligne pour l'ouvrir. Obtenir un vieux assez rapide ... Et même si vous l'ouvrez à la gueule - il commencera à signaler non-stop assez loud, c'est vraiment obsédé. Les raccords doivent donc être fixés/modifiés + ajouter des réservoirs.

Mình và gia đình đã có dịp đến Đà Nẵng và lưu trú tại khách sạn Pandora đợt cuối tuần vừa rồi. Vị trí khách sjan cực kỳ thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, tham quan. Từ khách sạn đi bộ ra biển tầm 2 phút. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, bữa sáng cũng rất ngon. Đặc biệt là các bạn nhân viên rất vui vẻ, dễ thương hết sức. Các bạn lễ tân rất nhiệt tình tư vấn các điểm đi chơi, ăn uống. Rất cảm ơn team Pandora. Chambres gardées toujours propres et propres. Fruits dans votre chambre à l'arrivée. Vous pourriez marcher à Dragons Bridge & Marble Mountain si vous vous sentez bien. J'ai fait, agréable Time, voyant différents types de bâtiments, ****** pas loin. Gestion de bureau frontal, très aimable. J'ai été assez bien avec tout le personnel. Aucun problème n'a été sur quoi que ce soit. J'ai aimé mon temps là.

Have to cross the big road to the other side to go shopping eating etc. Hotel building is 4 stars, but need lot of upgrade and maintainence to keep 4 stars status. Exhaust fan in toilet not working, no air flow, not good. Good about the room which has 2 nice windows, but only problems, one window facing main road, also facing the mobile phone transmitting tower almost directly facing the room. Breakfast is too ordinary for 4 stars with little food options available. But still it is the best 4 stars which I stayed in Danang, too many hotels claiming to be 4 stars but all fake. I have to physically go to check out 4 stars hotels to see if real 4 stars hotel or not in Danang, and in that day, I checked 4 of 4 stars hotels which all fake 4 stars. It seems no regulation and standards there. Bed sheet has hole and room not well maintained, they put a carpet there in the room probably to cover up something, and carpet did not look that clean. But still it was the best 4 stars which I could find in Danang..

My stay was between 26th-29th Dec. 1. Prior to my stay, I emailed the hotel to arrange transport numerous time, but did not get a response. later found out they had an unfixed IT issue.Had to arrange for an alternative pickup from airport 2. I got a city view room with a complimentary 30 minutes massage to make up for the list of emails not responded to 3. Hot water was out for 2 out of my 3 day stay despite them claiming to have fixed it (it’s winter btw) 4. Room service was missed once 5. Plug points did not quite work. There wasn’t a remote control to the tv in the room 6. Breakfast-they really have to work on VARIETY 7. Gym needs an update,equipments are super rusty. No mat. Dumbell rack has got stagnant water build up. Nothing like what are in the pictures advertised (shared some pics) 8. They dont have proper shade /awning at the entrance to keep the guest away from heavy downpour-lobby floor doesnt have a rubber mat(not that i recall) .Tendency to fall is high Plus point: wake up call was on time and front office crew were absolutely nice and hospitable (Lily,Cara,Cindy and Louis) This is my 3rd visit to Vietnam. Overall, Danang experience is quite the disappointment to be honest. Hotel reception offered me VND100,000 for airport departure transportation token, ( i didnt take it as damage was already done-money is not going to fix it is it now, plus ive already paid for my transport) Hotel wrote an apology email to me right after- it is what it is. I expected more for a hotel that has a 9.2 rating card on their front desk

Ils n'ont pas nettoyé la chambre pour 3 nuits continues même si nous l'avons demandé. La réception n'y a jamais de frais qu'ils doivent se déplacer entre 2 autres hôtels. Lorsque vous en avez besoin, nous avons une bicyclette à votre propriété ~ 10min. Nous venons de la station de gaz et attendons à la porte pendant 15 minutes pour qu'il arrive et ouvre la porte. La maison est pleine de la maison de la maison, ma mère doit l'empêcher de se vider. En bref, il n'y a personne, il est tout à fait auto-service! Le gestionnaire dont le nom est Ngan Katy n'a jamais pardonné ce qui signifie que c'est leur standard. Je ne l'ai même pas vu parce que je n'ai jamais vu son numéro, mais je ne l'ai pas appelée. Elle nous a dit qu'ils n'étaient pas erronés et nous devons faire une erreur. La première que j'ai rencontrée là, Mme Duy a dit que elle avait informé 2 jours par nettoyage qu'elle ne pouvait même pas faire. Ne pas mentionner la politique dit garde-house quotidien sur booking.com il n'y a pas de compensation, pas de visage à visage excuses et pas de serviettes. Bonus: il y a un boom bar au-dessus de votre tête à 3 heures!

Der Raum und das Hotel sah aus, wie auf dem Foto. Wir hatten uns bewusst für ein größeres Zimmer ohne Balkon dafür mit mehr Platz entschieden. Die Angestellten konnten etwas Englisch. Es war sauber. Alle waren super freundlich. Man ist schnell am Strand. Das Badezimmer war sehr schön und es roch sehr gut. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt! Am Strand sollte man ruhig etwas weiter nach rechts laufen - dort hatte es uns besser gefallen. In unmittelbarer Nähe haben wir ein paar süße Cafés getestet. Die Restaurants der Umgebung sind eher gehobener und bieten viel Fisch. mit dem Grab ist man für ca. 2€ schnell an der Dragon Bridge. – In Danang scheint aktuell überall viel im Aufbau zu sein, wir haben viele Baustellen gesehen und eine eben auch direkt neben unserem Hotel. Das sieht zum einen nicht schön aus und kann auch Recht laut werden (tagsüber). Wir fanden es nicht negativ aber es sollte erwähnt werden, dass es kein Frühstück im Hotel gibt. Im allgemeinen ist das Haus / Zimmer genau so Schallgedämmt, wie wir es überall auf unserer Rundreise erlebt haben ;-) Kleines Manko: es gibt keine Nachttische/schränke. Das sieht man auch auf den Fotos, uns wurde es erst wirklich bewusst, als es neben dem Bett keine Ablage gab und auch Lichtschalter und Steckdosen an anderen Stellen waren.

Les chambres sont incroyables, le petit déjeuner est divers. Les employés de l'hôtel sont amis et gentils, tout le monde travaille pour vous rendre très confortable, le bâtiment est devant la plage, vous devez juste marcher un peu à une zone de plage que vous pouvez nager, et il y a des restaurants de bar juste à côté de la rue.

I enjoyed every minute of staying in this wonderful hotel. The rooms are cozy and neat. I loved it so much that stayed there for entire month ! Staff was extremely helpful. Especially adorable Tuyet Hao who helped me a lot in sorting out some paperwork issues. Make sure to say hi to her when you come by ;) I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit da nang. Location is perfect. It’s quiet and calm with a beautiful cafe next to it.

The triple room is made up from a double bed and a super single bed. The double bed is overly too small to accommodate even 2 small-medium size ladies- 150cm(51kg), 156cm(53kg). The bath room shower is rusted and water leaking everywhere, there is no hand towel on second night stay. The breakfast is terrible, the coffee taste like Chinese bitter medicine tea- look very black, u can taste the power and extreme bitterness. Very amazing and totally brand new taste for me on Coffee . The toaster need to manually control with your own timer in order not to burn the bread, after u pressed the switch down, it won’t jump up automatically . Moreover, there is not much choice for breakfast. Basically you can ignore the breakfast offer from the hotel and look for ur own choice of breakfast. I can hear the sounds at next door (my cousin is staying besides of my room) and even 2floors below. The sound from street is also very noisy at night. We are happy to move to another hotel in next visit.

L'hôtel se trouve sur la plage, le personnel et le service sont bons. Nous pouvons utiliser la bicyclette gratuite pour faire la route directement sur le côté de la mer. L'hôtel est proche de nombreuses attractions touristiques. De là nous pouvons louer une voiture pour aller à Hoi An Old Town à seulement 25 km. La location est bonne et le prix est bon marché.

Stayed at the Crystal Hotel during our visit to Da Nang. Check in staff was ok. No issues checking in. The room was ”oldish” with a bit of damp carpet smell but was clean. They tried to accommodate us for breakfast for vegetarian meal. The breakfast area needs lots of attention. They were helpful arranged same day laundry.

The people working at the hotel couldn't be nicer, always friendly and attentive. The rooms were decorated with a modern touch, comfy beds, and with everything you need at a hotel. The pool was nice, and the breakfast was very good. Location was superb, close to the beach. Totally recommendable if you're spending a few days in Da Nang. ;)

It's a bit disappointing that the shower and toilet are right next to each other on the same floor. The glass-covered toilet, although separated by a roll curtain, offers limited privacy, as it's slightly visible from the room. On the bright side, it's handy that you can communicate with the staff using LINE, so there's no need to deal with translation apps for language barriers. The rooftop pool is really clean and has a nice view. The elevators are quick, the place is quiet, and there's a washing machine available, so there's nothing to complain about there. But, do keep in mind that there's some noise from the surrounding area. Even though the hotel itself is peaceful, you might hear loud music and singing from nearby shops late into the night. Personally, I wasn't too bothered by it.

カビ臭く、清潔感に乏しい。エアコンを使用を何度も何度も何度もオーナーの母親らしき女性が誤魔化し室内が蒸し暑く不快でした。　スタッフに室内が蒸し暑いことを伝えると設定温度を即時22°C〜24°Cにしてくれますがスタッフが数分後に部屋に入って来て設定温度を28°Cに変更して退出します。　何度も何度も繰り返されたので、２泊目以降をキャンセルして近隣の他の宿泊施設に移動しました。

Très satisfait de l'hôtel, à deux minutes de marche de la mer, la chambre n'est pas petite et il y a un balcon. Le petit déjeuner est fait, le goût et le service sont complets. L'eau de la piscine au toit de l'hôtel est propre et vous êtes tranquille à la visite

When I arrived at 6 pm they said that other guests had chosen a late check out and that I could not check in until 7 pm (I got no prior information about this). When I said that my confirmation stated that the check in was at 2 pm they said that ”the other guests were there before [me]” and, as I interpreted it, the other guests therefore could stay there instead of me…At check out they first asked med to pay (twice as much as the price) even though I already paid. However, at all other occasions the staff was friendly and very service minded. For being a hostel the breakfast was good. Everything was very clean and the location is ok.

Le Seahorse est probablement l'un des meilleurs hôtels de qualité que nous ayons jamais séjournés. Comme c'était l'Année Nouvel Viet Nam, il y avait un bruit dehors, mais il semble que tout doit s'arrêter à 11 h. J'espère que vous ne remarquerez pas quand vous serez sorti et sur l'échantillonnage de la grande vie nocturne locale. J'espère que vous apprécierez votre séjour autant que nous l'avons fait x
