Le restaurant est très cosy ! Le petit déjeuner est bon ! Notre famille de trois personnes est restée cinq jours. Le personnel de service est très sympathique et réactif ! C'est un hôtel économique dans la région de Camberwell. A quelques dizaines de mètres se trouve l'arrêt de bus. Très pratique.

周邊環境來説酒店連着一個pub可以點酒啊飲料，pub裏一般都是周邊住着的老年顧客，白天還是蠻安全的（我沒在天黑晚上出去過），房間一個鑰匙，出門一樓一個鑰匙，老闆和員工人都很好，聊天知道我是中國人之後給我發的郵件都特意中文加拼音，特別可愛友善，需要客房清潔記得給酒店員工説，wifi比較流暢而且有冰箱

L'hôtel est très proche de la gare de Paddington dont vous pouvez prendre le métro, le train et l'Airport Express. Il ne faut que 8 minutes à pied de la gare de Paddington à l'hôtel. Les installations internes sont maintenues en bon état et le personnel est serviable et efficace. C'est une bonne expérience et je le réserverai certainement à nouveau lors de mon prochain voyage à Londres.

Lovely and modern inside main reception/restaurant area, but a few teething issues which will hopefully get sorted now up and running again. I was given the key to someone elses room, so walked into a room full of belongings and then the next day my key lost it's programming, so had to go back to reception yet again. Rooms aren't very sound proofed, so there was a few nights where I had people non stop walking through the corridors at gone midnight shouting and singing where likely drunk from the bar. Overall okay stay for the money though, bottles of water and a few biscuits were provided too which was a lovely touch. Bar prices very reasonable too

Les transports environnants sont très pratiques. Il y a de nombreux bus et le métro est à environ 500 mètres. Le service de l'hôtel est très bon et le petit déjeuner est copieux. La chambre est propre, la télévision est grande et il y a de nombreuses chaînes. Le plus important est qu'elle soit nettoyée tous les jours. C'était un séjour d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Si vous revenez la prochaine fois, ce sera certainement votre meilleur choix.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est plutôt bien, mais la particularité la plus unique est qu'il dispose d'un bateau platine qui va directement à Canary Wharf, ce qui est bien plus pratique que de prendre le métro ou le bus. Quant à l'environnement des chambres d'hôtel, je peux seulement dire que les chambres sont relativement petites, et certaines chambres ont des briques de ciment à l'intérieur, ce qui est un peu exagéré. Le petit déjeuner est également très moyen, pas de saumon.

très bien. L'emplacement est très bon, proche de la station de métro, la chambre est petite et le lit est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est un peu simple et coûte 25 £ pour un supplément. Des bouteilles d'eau sont livrées tous les jours et il y a un bar en bas. Dans l'ensemble toujours très bien

Très bon hôtel avec un personnel sympathique et de belles prestations ! Tout a l'air joliment meublé et il n'y a eu aucun problème de propreté. La nourriture était bonne aussi et était assez variée. Les seuls problèmes étaient la table manquante, comme indiqué sur les photos de la chambre familiale, et l'hôtel n'utilisait que des rideaux de salle de bain au lieu de verre, ce qui était esthétiquement étrange étant donné le joli mobilier du reste de la pièce. A part ça, c'est un super séjour et je recommande cet hôtel.

Le restaurant est très confortable, mais il est très bon de rester à l'hôtel Bankside. Nous avions demandé une chambre tranquille mais nous étions placés juste près du lobby de l'ascenseur et à l'encontre de l'évacuateur d'eau, et avec des étages durs dans toute la zone de l'ascenseur et de l'entrée des chambres, cela signifie un lot de bruit qui arrive dans la chambre à toutes les heures. En équité, le bureau de front essayait de trouver une alternative, mais ce n'était pas ce que nous cherchions, donc nous avons choisi de rester où nous étions et de faire le meilleur de cela. A côté de tout ce qui est resté sur le séjour, c'était un très beau hôtel moderne avec un personnel très aimable et amusant, un grand petit déjeuner (mais pas bon marché) et une bonne position sur la Banque du Sud. Nous resterions certainement ici (même si vous demandez de ne pas être dans cette chambre). Mention spéciale au personnel de petit déjeuner qui a aidé à obtenir des fruits supplémentaires pour notre concierge et concierge qui lui a donné des cadeaux de Noël de l'arbre ... joli touches.

L'hôtel est dans une colonie indienne et les gens sont très sympathiques. Rencontré beaucoup de gens qui ont pris l'initiative de dire bonjour. L'hôtel est très propre et le quartier est petit, mais l'eau chaude est très bonne, les draps sont propres et l'attitude du serveur à la porte est également très bonne. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit 24h/24

Stayed for 3 nights with my mum in 2 rooms, I requested side by side or same floor rooms when I made the booking 3 months ago, however they put mum on ground floor and me in the basement. My mum’s room was terrible, smelt like damp wet carpet, it was tiny, dark and had no airflow. The bathroom was oddly located outside of the room through another door. My room was opposite a large storage space and next to the breakfast room. The noise from guests in neighbouring rooms, breakfast room in the morning, staff going in and out of store room and the constant sound from underground train every few minutes was quite unbearable. Even though I booked the same room type my room was much larger and better configured than the one my mum got. The place was a maze, the room numbering made no sense and we were forever getting lost. Staff were polite but definitely not service professionals and it was obvious that none of them wanted to be there. The only plus was location location location!!

Le service de la réception est chaleureux et standard, et l'environnement est propre et hygiénique. Il se trouve à environ 7 minutes à pied de la station de métro la plus proche. Soyez prudent lorsque l'entrée de l'hôtel se trouve sur la petite route, sinon il est facile de la manquer. .

L'emplacement est pratique. À 10 minutes à pied du métro, je vais au centre de Londres, je viens de laisser ma voiture au parking de l'hôtel (parking gratuit) jusque tard dans la soirée. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, le lit est confortable et c'est calme la nuit. Le bar/restaurant a l’air classique, même si je n’y ai rien mangé.

À l'entrée, nous avons demandé un départ tardif, mais la personne à la réception semblait un peu abrupte, comme il l'a fait avec un couple plus âgé devant nous qui avait des questions sur leur emplacement dans l'annexe et qu'ils espéraient rester dans le bâtiment principal. Les pistes fournies n'étaient pas très favorables, car elles étaient déflatées à presque rien. Le petit déjeuner nous a demandé les options disponibles et nous avons été informés qu'ils avaient offert du café et des pâtes. Il aurait été bon d'avoir le choix du petit déjeuner continental avec des viandes froides et d'autres articles ; nous aurions été disposés à payer pour cela parce que nous voulions seulement une légère lumière. Les équipements de la ville sont très agréables.

Les chambres sont bien. La salle de bain est un peu petite mais toujours fonctionnelle. Le bus est littéralement à l'extérieur, ce qui est incroyable. Le parking est sûr car il y a un gardien de sécurité 24h/24 et 7j/7 et une barrière pour entrer. Super espace de réception L'inconvénient est de 15 £ pour un petit-déjeuner inutile et sans colonne vertébrale. La variété est très réduite et ils ne vous feront pas non plus d'œufs frais. Leur réponse a été qu'il n'y a pas de cuisine pour préparer des œufs. Il n'y a qu'un œuf brouillé pré-préparé que vous retirez du plateau, ce qui vous donne envie de vomir en le regardant. J'ai l'impression de manger de la nourriture d'avion boiteuse en plus j'ai payé 15 £ pour cela. Perte de temps absolue. C'est aussi une approche à prendre ou à laisser. Si c'était 5 £, cela en vaudrait la peine. Mais pour 15 £, c'est une perte de temps, d'argent et un gaspillage pour votre système digestif. Les pauvres intestins doivent passer par là. Comment pouvez-vous facturer 15 £ pour un petit-déjeuner mais dites-moi qu'il n'y a pas de cuisine. Un vol en plein jour. J'ai de meilleurs petits déjeuners dans les pays du tiers monde, c'était comme un comportement de paysan. Je préférerais mourir de faim. Honnêtement, ça a gâché tout le séjour. À part ce super hôtel.

C'était un choix judicieux de choisir cet hôtel cette fois-ci. Le prix est avantageux. L'hôtel est très sympathique avec les Chinois et a fait de son mieux pour nous aider à répondre à nos divers besoins quotidiens. Il est également très pratique et proche des déplacements autour de Londres. Merci beaucoup à Romya et Pedro. Ils ont une très bonne attitude et un service attentionné. Ils sont très appréciés et nous ont fourni une aide très pratique. Pedro est originaire de Hong Kong et est très sympathique avec les touristes chinois et nous a beaucoup aidé. Reviens la prochaine fois

Nous sommes arrivés assez tard vers 23h00. Aucun problème, le service d'enregistrement était excellent. La chambre était grande et propre. Les lits séparés sont très bénéfiques pour un sommeil réparateur. La paroi anti-éclaboussures de la baignoire était assez étroite, de sorte que le sol était un peu mouillé pendant la douche. Sèche-cheveux, bouilloire, réfrigérateur, on s'y sent bien. L'arrêt de bus à 150m rend la vie agréable. Quand il faisait beau, nous préférions découvrir Londres à pied.
