Tout était bon sauf la propreté de la chambre. La chambre était ouverte tous les jours, mais les feuilles de lit devraient être changées lors de l'entrée de la nouvelle cliente. J'ai 2 grands cockroach sur le lit.

The location of the hotel is good. Quite centrally located on the swargadwar beach. The food in the hotel's restaurant is good but there is a long waiting time for food ordered. The room is small in size. Faced a few maintenance issues during our stay. Though the rooms are not sea facing, the sea view from the verandah is good. There are chairs kept in the verandah to enjoy the sea view.

Hotel Location is just 100mtrs from sea beach. I have booked a standard room for 4 nights. Hotel has given me provided room which has acommon balcony. Room is spacias and good with very basic amenities. Based on price we are happy. Me and mother were staying here and we did not faced any issues. Staffs are good in behavior.The only request please allow guests to do a bit late check out those have train in the afternoon. Obviously it will depending on accupency. Hence we have train at 12:50 hours and we have asked ti check out at 7:00 hours. It's was difficult to roam around to the city in the hot and tempted weather. Even we checked out on Sunday 12th November. Most of the rooms were vacant. We have requested the person to allow us 1 hour but the housekeeping was stand out side the door and every after 2mnts asking us to leave the room. I have been working in tourism industry since 12 years and travelled a lot including different countries. Never face d this issues.The only problem which we faced at the time of check out.Otherwise the total stay was very good and we really enjoy our stay in this hotel. I will surely recommend my friends and knowns to stay here.Thanks.

Nous avions réservé deux chambres pour 5 personnes. Nous attendions un lit unique supplémentaire, qui n'était pas disponible. Cette option a été montrée. C'est une sorte de tromperie. Il y avait une odeur bizarre, soit provenant des filtres a/c ou de la salle de bain. Le plafond de la salle de bain avait des champignons partout. Les télécommunications a/c n'étaient pas en service. Les batteries étaient faibles. Ils devaient être attaqués ou enlevés chaque fois que nous avons échappé et désactivé. L'eau de la baignoire fut échappée d'un côté dans un angle de 30 degrés et elle a mis nos vêtements mouillés. Nous avons séjourné pendant 2 jours depuis que la réservation a déjà été effectuée.

I visited puri with my family on the next day of the baleshwar train accident and missed the first day of my room booking because the train cancelled. The next day when we reached, i found the rooms allotted to us were different from what it has been said in makemytrip. Basic amenities were missing such as kettle, extra pillow etc. Most importantly, hotel manager's responses were not friendly. Overall, i found the hotel is very average as compare to its price tag.

I booked this hotel for a short stay as my train was in the evening but I was amazed to stay this hotel when I reached there. The hotel and both the room were much beyond expectations and we enjoyed relaxing for few hours there with a perfectly tuned AC which is an absolute necessity when outside temperature is 38 degrees. They also do have a Chinese restaurant in house and their menu options looked exciting but unfortunately, we couldn’t tried this time. We should plan for a longer stay here in near future.

the check in process was smooth... the room was kept ready for us... the room was cosy and tidy... because it's an old property there are certain repairs that needs to be done... but the rooms do have a vintage charm... our balcony had views of the pool and sea from far... room service was prompt and food tasted good... swimming pool is well maintained and supervised constantly... there is a gate which opens directly into the beach and new marine drive road... so access to beach is easy... breakfast was a good spread and variety of options was available... overall a pleasant experience. the only suggestion that I want to give is apart from maintainance, they can also work towards sustainable approach...the first step can be by removing plastic packaged drinking water bottles and replacing them with glass bottles and refilling them whenever required.
