Absolutely perfect stay exactly where we wanted to be. Staff were helpful friendly. Rooms We're lovely, clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need. Breakfast was brilliant, fresh fruit, full English pancakes pastrys Looking forward to my next stay.

Had an amazing stay here the staff were lovely and we had an amazing sized room with everything that we needed. The beds were really comfortable. The location was really quiet and we got the room for a really reasonable price especially as it was a Christmas stay I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Not the best we’ve stayed at in Liverpool. On the plus side the room was clean and the location of the hotel is excellent.  On the other hand the rooms are very small, the shower door leaked and the air conditioning unit was very noisy (sounded like air bubbling in the unit). We reported the noise and were informed it was the same in all rooms.  I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat at the hotel.

Greeted and checked in quickly by the team at reception. It was a nice bright reception. Snacks and drinks for sale at reception. Spacious room, clean and nicely equipped room. I got a room on the top, 6th floor. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and kettle are available in the bedroom. Shower had only medium water pressure and narrow spray head. Water was nice and warm. Bed and two pillows were clean and comfortable. Woken up around 6am by a humming noise from either outside or above and unable to fall back asleep. Breakfast was chaotic, no staff to guide people. Not a lot of tables for the amount of people having breakfast. Do get a table before getting food at the self service. Good was replenished quickly. Unfortunately the cutleries were not and the staff were under a bit of pressure. Not a great breakfast experience. Due to the number of people at breakfast, the queue for the lift was longer than expected. Fitness room available but I did not visit. Check out was quick. I would recommend it for people looking for a simple place to stay for a night or two.

A fantastic place to stay! Warm, modern and welcoming. All The staff are lovely and friendly. Our private en suite room and bathroom was spacious, clean and tidy, the reception area modern and welcoming too. Car parking available if you need it. The staff even made us a pizza at 11pm as we arrived back tired, wet and cold from being at the match. The best bit was the breakfast, it was amazing and in a separate dinjng area. Full choice of traditional hot English breakfast or continental. Fresh coffee and tea and juices too.

The room was spacious and modernly designed. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities provided, including a refrigerator, slippers, a coffee machine, and conveniently located power sockets behind the beds. However, the bathroom design was quite impractical. The shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, likely due to low water pressure since we stayed on the 15th floor (the top floor). The sink and hangers also seemed poorly thought out, as if the designer hadn’t tested them after installation. Only one tissue was found inside the tissue box, and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust for proper ventilation.

Non, c'est très proche du terrain, je suis à quelques minutes de marche, la position est absolument bonne, il y a un magasin convenable à l'autre côté de la station-service. Si vous avez besoin de cuisiner, vous pouvez acheter des plats simples, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix pour sortir et dîner, il est relativement froid à proximité, parce que la première réservation de personnes n'a pas d'expérience, Je ne sais pas si vous n'êtes pas en contact avec vous. Rappelez-vous que vous avez le code de la chambre dans votre boîte aux lettres. Si vous avez un problème, vous pouvez également appeler ou envoyer un courrier.

Vraiment une super trouvaille et j'y reviendrai. Juste à côté de Liverpool Central pour visiter New Brighton tout en étant également à proximité du théâtre et des magasins de la ville. Je n'ai pas pris le petit-déjeuner comme il y en a beaucoup dans les environs. Personnel serviable et pas de bruit la nuit malgré la proximité des bars. Super séjour.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the past few years always clean and tidy. Lovely big room beds are always comfy and clean with everything thing you need for a few nights stay. Albert Dock is just over the road or town a few minutes walk couldn't ask for more 👍

Pour 1-2 nuits séjour en tant que fans de Liverpool, le lieu était chaud et amiable et à 5 minutes à pied du stade Anfield. Il n'y a qu'un bar, mais pas de nourriture, et a eu le choix de commander ou de trouver votre propre nourriture, ce qui peut être difficile si elle n'est pas la première saison de la Ligue.

Only 1 lift working so 5 minute delays most of time. Breakfast was 15 £ and had to wait for all the items to be available at same time.Meant I had to go up 3 times. When checking in got a double even though had requested a twin.Had to wait for lift and go back to reception. Took 15 mins. Overall haven't stayed here in about 15 years and looks like they have done Nothing with it in the interim.

La position est très bonne, je pense que c'est un bon endroit pour visiter Liverpool. Le premier jour de son arrivée, le bouton de la salle de bains de la chambre a été mal placé, mais le personnel a répondu immédiatement et préparé une autre chambre. En outre, quand je me demandais si il y avait un lave-linge à proximité, il m'a dit gentilment où. En outre, il y a plusieurs fois que je me suis senti enthousiaste et que je voulais utiliser cet hôtel quand j'étais à Liverpool.

Le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel est très bon, très bon. La chambre n'est pas bonne ni mauvaise, je peux entendre le son de la chambre adjacente et le son du corridor, mais je m'en fiche parce qu'il n'y a pas de clients amusants. La première question est la mauvaise position, il est difficile d'atteindre la gare de Lim Street et les attractions touristiques. Et la route vers l'hôtel est presque une piste, ce qui est difficile. Je pense qu'il s'agit d'un bon hôtel, sans problème, sauf la position.

Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Je n'ai pas vu d'achats à proximité immédiate, mais je n'ai pas besoin de ces magasins, donc peut-être trouver un peu si vous regardez. En général, il s'agit d'un auberge. Vous pouvez dormir là, stocker vos affaires et peut-être avoir une conversation avec des personnes intéressantes.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel, especially as my family and I were unfortunately left in the city after we missed our last train. The staff were very accommodating, and we were given a free upgrade to the executive suite after a mishap and explaining our situation. The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, very well ventilated, and clean. The towels were extra soft, and there was more than enough to accommodate my family. We received cosy dressing gowns and slippers. We had extra pillows in the bed, and it was extremely comfortable. The bathroom amenities were divine, too. The shower room was a great design with very good lighting. The location was perfect, under a 10 min walk from Liverpool Lime St rail station.

L'hôtel est situé sur la mer, à proximité du port d'Albert, à 20 minutes à pied à la gare James St, à 15 minutes à pied au centre-ville, à la cathédrale de Liverpool, etc., et à la pratique de la visite. La puissance thermique, la température appropriée, le lit confortable, la fenêtre peut être ouverte, le WiFi est bon, c'est la lumière du bureau sombre, il est meilleur si vous ajoutez une lampe de bureau.

We came here to celebrate my sisters birthday. I have a disability so asked for a accessible room. Well all i can say is wow!! The room was very big, with a full wet room with slip mats, plenty of towels with shampoo conditioner and shower gel, (which wasn't the cheap stuff) a fridge microwave sink coffee machine kettle were all in our room but cleverly hidden in what looked like wardrobes. Staff were outstanding in every way. We arrived with a card and chocolates on our table wishing my sister a happy birthday, Monday to Thursday they have an hour of free win or soft drinks in reception. The hotel was spotless lifts working at all times, we were close enough to all the bars and shops yet didn't hear any noise when in our room resting. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I'm honest Liverpool itself what a lovely lovely city!!! Will absolutely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

Liverpool, une ville si belle quand il fait beau. Quand je suis arrivé à l'hôtel, parce que la décoration était à l'extérieur, le nom de l'hôtel était trop petit. Mon fils et moi n'avons pas vu l'hôtel en face de vous. Ensuite, j'ai tourné autour d'un grand cercle et j'ai découvert que j'avais trouvé le bon endroit pour la première fois. Les installations sont bonnes. La chambre du quatrième étage où nous habitons, même si la décoration n'altère pas la vue, les étages inférieurs ne sont pas clairs. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, allez au musée, allez à la gare sont très proches, de toute façon, nous sommes restés deux jours, pas de voiture bonne expérience
